Aim: To investigate the observed issues about the economy units? importation in the municipal of Bollnäs, Sweden, and study the internal communication according to this matter. Method: This paper is written as a process where the information flow has been decided by the information held in the interviews. The interviews have dealt with the economy units issues and the communication linked to it, within the oganization. The persons that have been interviewed are Olle Nilsson Sträng -principal of the municipal executive board, Leopold Stoltz - head of the municipal, Jan Lahenkorva? principal of the youth and child care board Maj ?Britt Karlsson? head of the youth and child care management and Eva Eklunddirector of junior school.

Today, Sweden is to be regarded as a country formed by the influences and effects of immigration. The government is considering integration as a process aimed to influent all forms of welfare politics and as a project working both at an individual and at a social level. The aims of integration policies are to guarantee equal rights and opportunities, to form a public community characterized by diversity, and to mobilize all citizens to participate in and to be jointly responsible for a social development characterized by mutual respect and tolerance. During the Swedish election campaign of 2002, integration policies became one of the most reported and discussed political questions in the media. The aim of this essay is to study and analyze discursive statements on integration policies made by politicians during this election campaign.

Denna uppsats är en studie av hur Socialstyrelsen och Försäkringskassan hanterar ordet hen med särskilt fokus på åtta medarbetares attityder till ordet och vilka ideologier dessa bottnar i. Metoden är kvalitativa forskningsintervjuer och mejlintervjuer där medarbetarna har fått resonera kring hur de ställer sig till ordet och till att använda det på sin respektive myndighet. Ytterligare två komponenter har i enlighet med Bernard Spolskys teori om språkpolicies, undersökts - den explicita språkvården med avseende på hen samt om ordet förekommer i språkbruket internt och externt på myndigheterna. För tydlighetens skull är uppsatsens analysdel indelad efter dessa tre komponenter: den explicita språkvården, attityder och ideologier och språkbruket. Informationen om den explicita språkvården och det interna och det externa språkbruket bygger främst på informanternas egna erfarenheter och observationer.

The aim of this study is to make clear the conception ?Sustainable Urban Development? through an investigation dealing with how the sustainable goals are attained in today?s Swedish urban planning. And also try to clarify where and why sustainable development is failing or lacking. Besides that I have investigated how actors take position towards urban sustainability. Studiens syfte är att undersöka spelaktörers konkurrensförutsättningar över Internet på den svenska spelmarknaden.Den teknologiska utvecklingen har bidragit till ökad tillgänglighet vilket lett till att spelande över Internet vuxit sig starkt. Spelmarknaden är komplex gällande marknadsföring och på grund av att aktörer ska sälja en produkt till konsumenten som samtidigt kan ge negativa påföljder. Spellagstiftningen i Sverige är inte uppdaterad och är orsak till att landet blivit kritiserat av EU-kommissionen. Egentligen ska det råda monopol på den svenska spelmarknaden, men monopolet har blivit utsatt för konkurrens av externa aktörer som kan verka fritt på Internetmarknaden.Teorier som appliceras i denna studie är Internets påverkan på branschstrukturen och teorin om konkurrensutsatta marknader.Slutsatsen är att befintlig reglering med det svenska spelmonopolet kan ses ur olika perspektiv. Det ena är att marknaden kan betraktas som fungerande på grund av det ?Moment 22? läge som uppstått.

The retail sector is in a continuous development. What demand looks like and where the consumers want to shop has changed during the last years. Market place, demand, supply, external factors and politics affect how the retail sector develops. To make a market place attractive a variety of factors have to be considered.In Hong Kong a model called Rail & Property is used, this means that the development of the subway is integrated with the development of the city. The model is both successful and economically sustainable.Today the supply of shops and services in Stockholm´s subway stations is rather small.

Studiens syfte är att kartlägga yrkesverksamma sfi-lärares kunskaper om ordförråd och ordbildning i svenska språket och vad de anser vara bra undervisning i detta ämne. Frågeställningarna är vilka grundläggande kunskaper sfi-lärare har om ordförrådets uppbyggnad och organisation hos enskilda språkanvändare, vilka grundläggande kunskaper de har om det svenska ordbildningssystemet och vad man anser vara god undervisning i ordkunskap. Materialet som har använts för att besvara frågeställningarna är en enkätundersökning som också innehöll en kunskapskartläggning. Denna undersökning kompletterades med fyra intervjuer, genomförda några veckor efter den skriftliga undersökningen. I undersökningen deltog tio sfi-lärare, yrkesverksamma inom två olika kommunala vuxenutbildningar.Resultatet visar att sfi-lärare har grundläggande kunskaper om det svenska ordbildningssystemet och om ordinlärning men att det finns utrymme för kunskapsförbättringar.

The aim of this study is to analyse the Swedish state´s ambition in achieving equality among its citizens. By studying the new urban policy introduced by the government in 1998 from a theoretical perspective the purpose of this essay is to understand the ideational dimensions in this policy project, in regard to established understandings about equality.The theoretical framework on which this study is based consists of two different parts. The first presents dominating models on welfare states, mainly focusing on the socialdemocratic welfare state. The second introduces influential theoretical views on equality, primarily discussing universalism and a differentiated equality view. It also presents theoretical views on how to understand the relationship between the state an its citizens.

Swedish Development Cooperation emphasizes the need for collaboration among actors on a national level. In that context, the purpose of the thesis is to investigate how Public Private Partnership (PPP) on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) may influence the changing role of the state. The thesis is informed by Critical Discourse Analysis. In order to investigate the social constructions of reality, the thesis is a critical study of language related to ?Globalt Ansvar: Swedish Partnership for Global Responsibility? to identify through what discourses Collaboration on Corporate Social Responsibility is produced; and the implications in relation to Public Private Partnership.

The methodological starting point is the ideology-critical analysis; in which their arguments in the current globalization debate is highlighted and categorized.
