Vid ett företags internationaliseringsprocess ställs det mot olika hinder, vilka kan vara svåra att passera. I den här studien undersöks ett svenskt småföretag för att besvara frågan om hur dessa kan nyttja sitt kontaktnätverk för att övervinna de barriärer de ställs mot vid en geografisk expansion utomlands. Studien avser också beskriva hur de relevanta relationerna ser ut och vad de medför. Som teoretisk referensram används ARA-modellen och modellen för political embededness. En fallstudie av företaget görs, vilken visar att företaget har ett etablerat kontaktnätverk såväl politiskt och affärsmässigt.

The writing style of a particular author can be divided into many subfeatures, for example use of words, language and syntax. Focusing on the latter, this study aims to show how well syntactic information alone can attribute the correct author to a document. Syntactic information is defined as overlapping syntactic subtrees of height one (1) for all sentences of all included documents. The performance is compared to that of the previously very successful method of comparing stop word frequencies. These are words normally excluded from search engine queries, because they are present in all sorts of texts regardless of topic.

Background Apartment ownership is a popular and well established type of housing in many countries, such as Norway, Denmark and UK. During spring 2009 the Swedish Parliament passed a new legislation which made it possible for apartment ownerships also in Sweden. But apartment ownership has had a slow start, which partly can be explained by the recent recession.Purpose & methodThe purpose of this paper is to study the market of apartment ownership in Öckerö, Stockholm and Karlstad. The study is a qualitative examination where relevant companies from the submarkets have been interviewed.ResultThe result of this study shows that the interest for apartment ownership is over all high in all three submarkets. It is yet clear the knowledge about apartment ownership is generally poor among the public, and when the banks still misses proper routines for mortgages, it creates uncertainty, and slows down the market.

Syftet med denna studie var att utifrån olika kvalitetsnormer jämföra och analysera skillnader mellan professionella undertextares undertexter och amatörers undertexter. Dialogen från fyra filmer parades med motsvarande undertexter av professionella undertextare så väl som av amatörer, varpå skillnader registrerades, viktades samt analyserades. Resultaten visar att det föreligger signifikanta skillnader mellan undertexter av professionella undertextare och amatörer på ett flertal punkter, som till exempel struktur och semantik, reduktion och expansion, antal tecken, antal ord, exponeringstid samt antal undertextenheter. Genomgående så översätter amatörerna originaldialogen mer ord-för-ord än vad de professionella undertextarna gör, samtidigt som de professionella undertextarna stryker stora delar av dialogen, vilket innebär att tittare som använder amatörundertexter får betydligt mer text att läsa, vilket i sin tur innebär att mindre tid ägnas åt filmernas bildmässiga innehåll..

Detta medför svårigheter vid prissättning och kan ge oönskade resultat vid expansion av företaget.Syftet med uppsatsen är att finna en användarvänlig och resurssnål produktkalkyl för vår uppdragsgivare samt redogöra för urvalsprocessen vid valet av denna.I arbetsprocessen har vi använt oss av en kvalitativ undersökningsmetod och en abduktiv ansats. Genom besök och intervjuer med företagets VD har vi skaffat oss underlag för fallstudien.I empirin beskrivs verksamheten, dess problem och tillverkningsprocessernas utseende. Empirin täcker även de intervjuer vi genomfört med uppdragsgivaren.Genom de empiriska undersökningarna och studier av befintlig litteratur inom ämnet har vi funnit att en sammanvävning av flera olika modeller ger bäst resultat för uppdragsgivaren. Vidare anser vi att uppdragsgivarens kostnadsbild samt krav på vilken information de önskar kunna utläsa ur kalkylen är av avgörande betydelse för hur en lämplig produktkalkyl utformas..

The Swedish academic libraries have gone trough radical changes during the last decades. The development of information technology, the educational expansion and new pedagogical ways of learning within the higher educational system have changed the conditions, not only for the academic libraries, but also in many ways for the librarians. The aim of this Masters thesis is to examine how Swedish librarians experience their pedagogic role and task in the context of an academic library. The following four questions in this investigation were asked: How do the librarians experience the formal task that they have? How do the librarians experience the physical library environment? How do the librarians experience the co-operation with others involved in their work? How do the librarians experience their own pedagogic knowledge and competence in their daily practice? The study showed that these librarians believed the physical environment to be very important and is seen as a pedagogical tool in their daily work.
