The number of new estate agent offices is increasing yearly and each year many hundred new estate agents graduate. The comparing of estate agents by sellers has perhaps been most common in larger cities, but as competition has increased even in smaller towns we experience that it has become a common phenomenon even there. We both come from a small town but are not afraid of the idea of moving to a larger city as newly Qualified estate agents. We ask ourselves, which are the determining factors in the choice of a estate agent in a large city as opposed to a small town? Can we see any differences? The purpose with this essay is to give us added knowledge about which factors private persons consider to be important in their choice of an estate agent when selling a house.The body of information is based on two parallel surveys, one in Hudiksvall and one in Stockholm, together with interviews of people in this line of business.

The aim of the study was to examine individual staff experience and management of threats and violence in the acute psychiatric department for children and teenagers in Uppsala. Previous research shows that the experience of threats and/or violence is individual, and that it is difficult to distinguish between these concepts. Research shows that it is particularly vulnerable to work in psychiatry when mental illness is a cause when threats and violence occurs. Threats and violence can result in different consequences for the individual. The study is based on qualitative interviews and the material was collected in the autumn of 2012 at Akademiska sjukhuset.
Projektmodell för införande av affärssystem : Ett konsultbolags implementeringsprocess i tjänsteföretag
Companies acquiring ERP systems are often dissatisfied with the project and therefore consultancy firms wish to make use of project models in order to achieve success in implementations. Since research on ERP implementations in service companies is limited, there is a need for mapping of critical activities in implementation projects in this line of business. Under these premises, the purpose of our master thesis is to develop a model for implementation of ERP systems, specified in activities, which can be used by mid-sized consultancy firms with mid-sized Qualified service companies as customers.A literature study including project models, modern models and methodologies for ERP implementation, commonly existent activities, success factors and system development methods was carried out. Starting out with this, a theoretical model for ERP implementation was generated. In excess of this, a case study was conducted, where the implementation of the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics AX at the service company Eurostep, performed by the consultancy firm Medius, was studied.

The aim of this study was to explore how young students can be taught during their first year of learning English towards the A1 level according to The European Framework of Reference for Languages, and how the students understand their own learning. The study was carried out in two different classes but with the same teacher, who is Qualified to teach English to young learners. The result is based on the analysis of a total of twelve observations of English lessons in two classes in school year one and eight group interviews with the students. Recurrent ingredients through all lessons were activities such as listening to teacher talk, watching films or film clips, singing songs and doing rhymes, using drama activities, talking about the meaning of learning English, practicing guessing competence and learning new vocabulary. The teacher consistently talked about and taught different strategies for language learning.

ABSTRACT
This study consists of a comparison between a public and a private organization that works with people with mental unhealth. The first organization is an authority that conducts investigations to determine if their clients are Qualified to receive some sort of help in their daily lives as a part of the Swedish welfare system. The private organization works with offering different kinds of daily activities for people with mental unhealth as a work-training program or to help them create a daily routine in their lives. Our purpose with this paper is to compare the work of the two different organizations based on their organizational framework to see what similarities and differences there are in their work and their chosen approach in meetings with their clients. Our chosen method is that of semi-structured qualitative interviews with three different employees in each organization.
Directing Consultants' Effort -A Study of Four Staffing Companies
Background and discussion of the problem: In the staffing company business a unique situation exists because of the three part relation between the staffing company, the users of the staffing companies? services, and the consultants employed by the staffing company. To over bridge the conflicting objectives of the staffing company and the consultant incentive systems are designed. Research question: What effects on the consultants? effort direction do the staffing managers expect of the formal or informal incentive system? Method: The authors have found that a suitable method for the thesis is a survey study.

With increasing demands from the society regarding company?s CSR - Corporate social responsibility, the perspective of accounting gets broader and covers even non-financial information to meet not only the owners? demands but also others stakeholders' requirements. Sustainability has become an important tool for creating company?s business value and a positive sustainable external image.

Bakgrund: Revisionsberättelsen är den rapport som intressenter kan ta del av. Det är revisorns uttalande som har högt värde då det är revisorn som är informationsmedlare mellan parterna. Tolkningar som revisorn gör, är grund för andras beslut. Tidigare forskning visar att en revisionsberättelse inte signalerar tillräckligt om företagets fortsatta drift, samt att det var endast 20-27% som erhållit orena revisionsberättelser innan företagen inlett konkurs. De olika anmärkningarna i orena revisionsberättelsen har olika allvarlighetsgrader enligt andra studier.Syfte: Vi vill med denna studie undersöka om aktiebolagens sist erhållna orena revisionsberättelser, har ett statistiskt signifikant samband med aktiebolagens inledda konkurs under året 2010.Teori: De teorier som har använts i denna studie är agentteorin och intressentmodellen.

Background: Female representation on boards is an ongoing debate. The European Parliament voted in November 2013 in favour of a proposal that it should be at least 40 percent women on company boards by 2020. Jens Spendrup, president of the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise, was interviewed on Swedish Radio in February 2014 and stated that there are not enough Qualified women to recruit to the company boards. The listed companies in Sweden only have 22 percent of women in their company boards and given Jens Spendrup?s statement should they have difficulty reaching up to 40 percent by 2020.
Nyutexaminerade allmänsjuksköterskors upplevelser av att vårda patienter i livets slut : En kvalitativ intervjustudie
Syfte: Att beskriva nyutexaminerade allmänsjuksköterskors upplevelser av att vårda patienter i livets slut. Metod: Författaren har genomfört en kvalitativ intervjustudie med beskrivande design. Undersökningsgruppen valdes ut genom bekvämlighetsurval och bestod av sju allmänsjuksköterskor som jobbat max två år som sjuksköterska. Det insamlade materialet analyserades utifrån en kvalitativ innehållsanalys. Resultat I analysen framkom sju kategorier. De intervjuade sjuksköterskorna beskrev en tillfredsställelse i arbetet med patienter i livets slut, vilket kunde dels bero på att de utvecklades i det jobb de gör, men det kunde också bero på att de fick uppskattning från patient och anhöriga. Trots arbetstillfredsställelsen som sjuksköterskorna beskrev kunde de även få en känsla av otillräcklighet i vårdandet av patienter i livets slut, vilket kunde vara en konsekvens av brist på tid och personal.

This bachelor thesis discus how store managers at Clas Ohlson motivate their co-workers at their everyday work.Motivation at work is essential, since engaging co-works makes the everyday routine work more effective. Otherwise that type of work can easily lead to unhappiness at the workplace which leads to less motivated workers, poor performance, even less motivated workers and this will start a negative circle.Other studies has shown that to in order to be pleased at a workplace and to keep Qualified co-workers, the leaders needs to have knowledge in how they can use different techniques to increase staff motivation, but still motivation is not considered being an economic means of control. This has made me think about how leaders can motivate their workers at their everyday work.The questions at issue are:o How can leaders motivate co-workers in everyday work,o Which preferences the leaders consider control the individual motivation ando Which methods they can use to increase the motivation in the routine work.The purpose with this thesis is to study how leaders use their leadership to motivate workers to perform everyday work with more enthusiasm. To answer the question I have interviewed store managers at Clas Ohlson.In this thesis I have used a qualitative method, and I have compared relevant theories with the interviews I have done. Thus primary data has been gained through one-to-one interviews but also through mail interviews.

The application of the LSS law and how the public organization (Municipality of Hudiksvall) later had to reform their organization to fit the new demands is the foundation to this master's thesis. An internal evaluation was performed due to this reorganisation process within the social care department (LSS unit). The aim was to investigate and evaluate if the reorganization resulted in a better working environment and if the work load (distribution of work) became more evenly divided between the different unit managing directors. The primary empirical information to this master's thesis is collected from that evaluation report. The main aim of this master?s thesis is to answer if the organisational choice between specialised or de-specialised working tasks has an effect (experienced and measured) on the level of stress among the unit managing directors.
