Organic food is produced in a way that strives towards maintaining and improving natural resources. The welfare of both producers and consumers is central, also taking both animals and the environment into account. The Swedish government finds this important and in 2006 they made a resolution that the consumption of organic food should be stimulated. The goal was that 25 % of the municipalities? consumption of food should be organic in 2010.The municipality of Ludvika reached the government's target in 2011 and is currently increasing their proportion of organic food by one new product every year.  Ludvika is a member of The National Association of Swedish Eco-municipalities and the town of Ludvika is also a Fairtrade city.

Allt fler individer väljer idag att utbilda sig på högskole- och universitetsnivå. Utbildningspolitikens mål är att öka inflödet av studenter i det svenska samhället och därmed har stora satsningar gjorts på utbildning. År 2014 har Sverige en budget på 60 miljarder kronor för utbildning och universitetsforskning men ändå går det 70 000 arbetslösa akademiker idag. Under utbildningens gång har det växt fram ett intresse att studera vad som händer på arbetsmarknaden när allt fler individer väljer att vidareutbilda sig. Syftet med studien är att öka förståelsen gällande individers uppfattningar kring utbildningens betydelse på arbetsmarknaden idag.

The reason to why phosphate coated wire is used in the production process is because phosphate acts as an accumulator, where it stabilizes the lubricant on the surface of the wire. Lubrication is important because it plays a major role in the roll quality and characterizes important benefits regarding the outcome.Currently, SKF has to wash away all phosphates residues after extrusion process in an operation called tumbling. The main reason for this is simply because the surface has to be completely free from lubricants and coatings till the next step of process.

The present BSc thesis is part of a newly established collaboration between the Swedish zoo Skansen and Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS), and constitutes of an inventory of the Nairobi Animal Orphanage (AO). As a refuge for wild animals found orphaned, abandoned or injured throughout Kenya, the AO has grown over the years and reached an unsustainable point where external help is needed for solutions and improvements. The aim of the inventory is to specifically consider the husbandry and enclosures of spotted hyena (Crocuta crocuta), serval (Felis serval), Sykes? monkey (Cercopithecus albogularis) and vervet monkey (Chlorocebus aethiops) and with the aid of facts about the species, estimate how well their biological needs are satisfied. Different educational elements are also reviewed since one of the main purposes of the AO is for education.

Three main questions give the fundamental structure for this master thesis: 1) In what way is the notion of law being perceived in the following theologians respectively; David P. Scaer, Dietrich Bonhoeffer and Wolfhart Pannenberg? 2) In what way is the notion of law being perceived in the encyclical Veritatis Splendor? 3) Which similarities and divergences can be found in the respective expositions of the notion of law?For the purpose of comparison, I have employed four questions of analysis. These are: A) What is ?the law?? B) Is the law being effected, or is it working, in the world and if so - in what ways and for what purposes is it meant to serve? C) Does human beings have any capacities to understand and/or live in accordance to the law? D) Does the Gospel, perceived as the earthly life, actions, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, effect any alteration with respect to the purpose, range, function or interpretation of the law?In order to better understand Roman-Catholic concepts of law, the treatise on law of Thomas Aquinas Summa Theologica is briefly presented.

Holmen Skog, region Norrköping, is located in an area with good potential for backhauling because a large number of geographically scattered mills. However, despite these factors there are many difficulties preventing the realization of this potential. The purposes of this study were twofold. First, from a hauling contractor perspective, to calculate backhauling profits and suggest a profit sharing scheme. Second, to identify and quantify obstacles and possibilities for realization of backhauls.The study required the use of three different types of methods.

Syfte och frågeställningarSyftet med denna studie är att kartlägga attityder på ledningsnivå till att använda fysisk aktivitet för de anställda som medel för att öka de ekonomiska vinsterna i företaget.Frågeställningar:? Hur ser attityderna till fysiskt aktiva medarbetare ut, utifrån ett ledningsperspektiv på företaget?? Hur ser företagsledningen på kopplingen mellan medarbetarnas fysiska status och företagets ekonomiska resultat?MetodInsamling av material till studien skedde genom intervjuer och utgår ifrån en kvalitativ undersökningsansats. Kontakt togs med en person på ledningsnivå på fem företag. Denna person kom sedan att representera respektive företags attityder. Intervjuer gjordes även med två ledande organisationer på den svenska arbetsmarknaden, en på arbetsgivarsidan respektive en på arbetstagarsidan som komplement till övriga intervjuer.ResultatDe attityder kring hälsoekonomi som framkom i denna studie var av varierande karaktär.

Kommunerna ska enligt Kommunallagen inte redovisa sina pensionsskulder som uppstått före 1998 som en skuld, utan ska istället redovisa den som en post inom linjen på balansräkningen.Följden av detta blir att det egna kapitalet blir högre än vad det skulle varit om pensionsskulden var medräknad. Precis så agerar också de flesta kommunerna vid budgetering, som om skulden inte existerar, och använder ekonomiska resurser som inte finns. Problemet blir att en undanträngning av de kommunala verksamheterna riskerar att ske. Varifrån ska kommunen få pengar?Kan man säga att dagens kommunala redovisningsregler upprätthåller krav om balanserad budget? Bygger kommunerna luftslott av ekonomiska resurser som de enligt lag inte behöver ta hänsyn till? Med ett kommunalt självstyre enligt regeringsformen anses det vara kommunernas ansvar att själva styra sin verksamhet.

The occupational group who works in the care of older people in Sweden is an exposed group since the work is often defined as a strenuous profession, both physical and psychically, and this puts comparatively many workers on sick leave. To promote good health, as well as prevent bad health is the main purpose of the work environment development. The attitude of the care manager towards work environment development may have a significant impact on the co-workers health. The purpose of the study was to investigate the attitude of care managers towards work environment development and the co-workers work environment and in the same time get knowledge in what issues they have a salutary approach respectively a pathological approach. Empirics were gathered from semi-structured interviews with six care managers from the care of older people administration in municipality of Kalmar.

Erna Terzic och Anna Väisänen (2013). Föräldrars upplevelser av föräldrasamarbetet i förskolan. Parents´ perceptions of the collaboration whit preschool. Malmö: Lärande och samhälle. Syftet med denna undersökning är att få en fördjupad förståelse för hur föräldrar upplever samarbetet med förskolan. Arbetet utgår från följande frågor: Vilka erfarenheter har föräldrarna av samarbetet med förskolan? Vad uttrycks som viktigt/centralt för ett fungerade samarbete? Hur ser föräldrarna på möjligheten till inflytande och delaktighet i förskolans verksamhet? För att få svar på våra frågor har vi gjort kvalitativa intervjuer med elva småbarnsföräldrar från Malmö. Ett gott samarbete är en förutsättning för att barnen ska trivas och utvecklas i förskolan. För att inte förskolan och hemmet ska bli två åtskilda värdar för barnet måste familjen och förskolan informera varandra om barnets situation.

Jällaskolans upper secondary School is situated on a big farm just outside Uppsala. The School is focused on agriculture, forestry, gardening, animal care and science. Jällaskolans staff has whished for a school garden for educational purpose where students can practice their gardening skills and learn more about plants. But most important, a specially adapted outside environment such as a garden, would be a great advantage for the students with special needs. This garden could even be an asset for other visiting school classes in the region.

This masters thesis is a study of the ideas brought forward in the literary magazine 40-tal. The methodology involves the adaptation of a literary sociological perspective where the ideas of the young literary avantgarde in the magazine 40-tal interplays with the established philosophy of the Swedish society during the period 1944-47. The main purpose has been to examine 40-tal as a product of supreme individuality that originates a unique climate of ideas which exceeds the involved collaborators individual writings. I have thereby related my analysis to the Marxist oriented theories of Raymond Williams. This has been done in order to see how the external pressure of the social structure and the market acts together with the internal pressure of keeping up with the times and how this affects the individual authors and the process of creating.

Den teoretiska referensramen baseras på vetenskapliga artiklar, böcker om ekonomistyrning och två statliga utredningar.           Slutsats:            Studiens jämförelse mellan kommunala och fristående gymnasieskolor visar att de olika aktörernas verksamhet och styrmedel till stor del liknar varandra. Samtliga skolor har resultatansvar, resultatstyrning, målstyrning och budgetstyrning.

As most developed countries Norway has an ageing population meaning that the number of pensioners is predicted to grow rapidly over the coming years. As a consequence the Norwegian pension system will not be able to provide for these future pensioners. Meanwhile, a rising number of early retirees and disability pension claimants is diminishing the real retirement age. Also the individual pension amount is growing while the pension system itself reaches maturity. In short, major reforms are needed in the Norwegian pension system.
