In July 2010 the curriculum Lpfö 98 was readjusted and was enhanced with new chapter, and the purpose of this essay is to study how preschool teachers discuss and describe how their conduction to the new chapter 2.6 of the readjust Curriculum Lpfö 98. I want to understand how they experience their work with the documentation.My question formulations are:How do three pre-school teachers reason around what they document in the pre-school?Which practical conditions do the pree-school teachers claiming to have on the pre-school to perform the documentation?How do they describe that they use the documentation to advance the tutoring in the preschool?In order to find out more, I interviewed three pre-school teachers, and analyzed the results I got based on prior research on documentation, and quality in preschool. My results show that the main focuses for documentations are how the children interact with each other, how they react and behave with new materials or activities. My informers emphasize that the main purpose of documentation are to be able to show the children their own process of learning.The practical conditions differ among my informers, which can lead to consequences when they want to make documentation and/or use the documentation for its purpose.  My results also indicates that the documentations are used to plan the pedagogical activities in regard to the children?s interests and according to the curriculum Lpfö98 rev.2010.

This thesis is about how to include students with Down syndrome (DS) in a class duringprimary school. The purpose of this study was to study different teacher?s thoughts,experiences and practices regarding including pupils with DS. This work is based on threequestions: what experiences the teacher has out of inclusion, the thoughts they have and howthey work including.To answer these questions four qualitative interviews with different teachers was made. Myresult shows that all four teachers find that including children with DS is something good foreveryone if it is done properly and with the right purpose, which means that the included childshall have the opportunity to be a part of a social group..

Många företag väljer att förbättra den traditionella budgeten med olika förbättringsåtgärder. Som ett exempel på detta är Handelsbanken som väljer ett nytt system Beyond Budgeting/Budgetlösstyrning. Ett ekonomistyrningssystem som är den traditionella budgetens motsats.Syfte: Studien syftar till att se hur de olika systemen fungerar i reella verksamheter, och speciellt de som har erfarenheter av Beyond Budgeting.

Background: Brand strategy tends to become an important management issue. It is therefore interesting to reach a greater understanding about how companies work to make their existing brands stronger. The purpose of a brand is to influence the customers? view of the brand image. The literature is insufficient concerning how leaders handle the process of repositioning a brand, in order to change the brand image.

Purpose: Which type of social critique does hiphop music present and is it possible to categorize the critique?Is it possible to categorize the social critique ideologically on the basis of socialism, liberalism and conservatism?Procedure and method: A qualitative text method has been used to see which arguments the songs portray. Two different analyzes has been used. The first one was a theory based on Thomas Denk and Daniel Silanders book: Att studera demokratisering and Arvidssons book: Musik och politik hör ihop and its purpose were to categorise the critique. The second one was based on a book by Reidar Larssons: Politiska ideologier i vår tid.

AbstractFrom 1st of July 2003 it is compulsory for companies with an average number of ten employees the latest two financial years to account sick leave in the annual report.The government?s purpose with accounting of sick leave was partly to evoke an action from the companies? side in terms of motion as an effect due to the awareness of the level of the sick leave. The government was of the opinion that the companies had too deficient knowledge in sick leave and that the knowledge about causes and costs had to increase.In this paper three companies affected by the compulsory accounting of sick leave have been interviewed. The paper defines to only concern private companies. The companies were interviewed in purpose to form an opinion of whether the companies have changed their health promoting actions due to the application of the law.

Syfte: Studien syftar till att unders?ka hur kommunala bolag inkluderas i budgetprocessen i svenska kommuner, samt att f?rst? till varf?r utvecklingen har lett till att inkludera de kommunala bolagen i budgetprocessen, utifr?n begreppet kommunkoncern och dess p?verkan p? ekonomistyrningen. Teori: I studien har institutionell teori, med fokus p? tvingande, mimetisk och normativ isomorfism anv?nts. ?ven teorier om spridning av id?er samt kritik i form av institutionellt entrepren?rskap har beaktats.

Bakgrund: Forskningen kring hur företag använder ekonomisk information för att styra verksamheten har till största delen varit inriktad på stora företag. Kunskapen kring hur småföretag praktiskt arbetar med ekonomisk information och hur viktigt de anser det vara med ekonomistyrning är relativt begränsad och behovet av ytterligare kunskap är stort. Syfte: Beskriva och förklara hur ekonomisystem är utformade, hur de används samt hur ekonomisk information värderas som beslutsunderlag i småföretag med mindre än 20 anställda. Genomförande: Empiriska data har samlats in genom en enkätstudie. Enkäten riktades till 350 tillverknings-, tjänste- och handelsföretag med 5-19 anställda i Östergötland.

The purpose of this thesis is to test whether firms have target capital structure, and if so with what speed they adjust toward this target. Findings that support this purpose are also in line with the trade off theory. One of the key elements of this thesis is the method used, which successfully enables fulfilling the purpose. The panel data method captures the data characteristics of the cross sectional and time series dimension. By using this approach the dynamic effects of capital structure can be studied, thus if there actually is an adjustment towards a target the speed can be estimated.

Background: Different forms of reward systems have been more common in Sweden and are used in purpose to motivate employees to work in accordance with a company?s goals. By creating work motivation among the employees, a more congruent situation can appear between them and the managers, and the company can perform better results. Purpose: The purpose with this thesis is to study and analyse a reward system from the employees perspective, regarding it?s affect on work motivation.

This essay presents a business plan for the idea of a Pet Shop in Stockholm. The initial purpose of the essay was to investigate weather the company would be financially profitable or not. During the process we encountered problems and pitfalls that we felt contributed to the fact that our business idea is yet not realized. Therefore the second purpose of describing the process that an entrepreneur goes through when starting a new business came about. Besides the business plan for Pet Shop we present a selection of the theories that we found relevant for our situation, among others behaviour of entrepreneurial teams, network theory and execution.

Syftet med uppsatsen är att studera ekonomistyrning i småföretag, där företagsledaren och ägaren är samma person och hur företagsledaren styr företaget med hjälp av ekonomistyrningen. Vi är också intresserade av att undersöka vilken roll den externa konsulten har för det mindre företagets ekonomistyrning. Vi har därför medvetet valt att studera företag som är olika i det avseendet att de sköter ekonomin inom företaget i olika omfattning. För att försäkra oss om att företaget har någon form av utvecklade rutiner för ekonomistyrning har vi undersökt etablerade företag. Uppsatsen bygger på en fallstudie av fyra företag samt två redovisningsbyråer.

The purpose with this research is to examine how the green marketing in retail trade can be developed in order to promote the eco-labeled products closer to the consumer.The method for the survey includes interviews with managers of a few retailers and their customers in the industrial sector. The purpose with the interviews was to produce the retailer and the customer?s perspective of products with eco-label on.The research is limited to the region of Västra Götaland.The results from this research indicate that there is a lack of communication between the retailer and the consumer. The consumers don?t think that the product is available.

This thesis is examining if the management, the managers and the employees have a differentpoint of view regarding the purpose and the expectations of a performance review. Additionally it is an assignment from the Swedish company Flexlink AB with the purpose of constructing a new template for their performance reviews. The assumption is that if you manage to create one template for performance reviews that meets the expectations at all levels of the organization, it will contribute to create a meaningful performance review.We decided to study this from an organizational cultural perspective, since the organizational culture plays a significant part in performance reviews. Performance reviews are systematic conversations between employees and managers related to planning, information exchange and developing the relationship. Previous research indicates that if employees are satisfied with their performance reviews, they prone to be more satisfied with their work situation and have a higher organizational commitment.

In this thesis the survival and development of a yearly recurring event will be examined. The purpose of this work is to examine how the festival Stockholm Pride has developed and to find out what underlying factors and conditions that lays behind the development. Also being examined is how the event affects Stockholm city?s tourism industry. To be able to fulfill the purpose of the thesis a qualitative research has been used and two persons with allot of knowledge about Stockholm Pride and Stockholm?s tourism industry has been interviewed.
