Syfte: Studiens syfte är att skapa en förståelse för vilken funktion budgeten fyller i grundskolornas verksamheter, och vilka kopplingar det finns mellan deras nuvarande verksamheter och vad som förespråkas vid en budgetlös styrning. Även relationen mellan skolornas ekonomistyrning och deras strategier kommer att undersökas för att skapa en förståelse för sambandet mellan dessa begrepp. Metod: Studien har en kvalitativ metod där vi har samlat in primärdata genom sju semi-strukturerade intervjuer, samt en del frågor ställda via mail. Dessa intervjuer har skett med rektorer, alternativt annan ekonomipersonal, på fem grundskolor i Blekinge län. Tre av dessa har kommunala huvudmän medan resterande två drivs av privata huvudmän.

Jag har valt att se närmre på hur några arbetsledare i den kommunala hemtjänsten upplever den mellanposition de befinner sig i, samt de effekter denna mellanposition möjligtvis har på ledarskapet. Intresset av att belysa just arbetsledarnas situation bottnar i att jag ser den som relativt svår. De befinner sig i en klämsits där de ofta med mycket små medel ska lyckas göra verklighet av de mål och direktiv som framförs av överordnade. Jag har valt att göra en kvalitativ studie eftersom jag anser att detta är i linje med mitt tänkta syfte. Fyra arbetsledare har medverkat i studien som bestått av halvstrukturerade intervjuer.

The Employment Protection Act (1982:80) provides provisions regarding priority of re-employment. A few cases where these provisions have been subject to examination, have been discussed thoroughly in SOU 2014:55. In these cases the Labour Court has identified the question whether the provisions regarding priority of re-employment can be subject to circumvention in an illegal manner. The Labour Court has stated that it would be incompatible with the sense of justice if the provisions could be circumvented to the detriment of employees entitled to priority of re-employment. However, the Labour Court stated that certain conditions have to be imposed for the assessment.After analysis of the conditions, it is established that they are deemed to cause major difficulties for employees, why it is held that the purpose and the function of the conditions are not achieved. The purpose of the essay is therefore to investigate whether the application of the conditions imposed by the Labour Court, need to undergo modifications to meet the underlying purpose of the creation of the conditions.By reason of the difficulty with the conditions, the essay provides three different amendments in which two of the amendments are ascertained to not contribute to such an improvement that they should actually be applied.

En stor del av svenskt näringsliv utgörs av småföretag, men trots detta är informationen om budgetering i småföretag begränsad. Syftet med denna studie var därför att beskriva budgetering i småföretag samt att förklara hur ledarstil och bransch kan påverka denna. Dessutom undersöktes företagsledarnas upplevda träffsäkerhet i budgeten. Studien var utförd genom fallstudier i sex småföretag. Till att börja med kontaktades 16 företagsledare för att besvara ett ledarskapstest och därefter valdes sex ledare, med olika grad av uppgifts- och relationsorientering, ut för uppföljande intervjuer.

Background: The fierce competetivness that characterize todays market force the companies to differentiate their offerings to a greater extent. The customers do no longer choose their supplier on the attributes of the products alone. Their purchase decisions also depend on the relationship the customers have with their supplier. With new customer channels like the Internet and advanced computer systems companies can increase the value for their customers through a better understanding of the customers needs and preferences. In this way companies can create longterm relationships with their customers.

The purpose of this study was to examine the experience of organizational culture among salespeople at a specific workplace. The purpose was also to investigate what motivates these salespeople in their work and the impact culture has on their motivation. We have used a qualitative research method to collect the empirical material. With the help of seven interviews, including six salespeople from one of Sweden?s biggest electronic retailer and also one information interview with a sales consultant, we attempted to find the answer to how they perceive the organizational culture and how it affects their work motivation. The following questions are used to fulfill this purpose: ? How do the salespeople experience the organizational culture? ? What motivates the salespeople in their daily work? ? What effects does the organizational culture have on the salespersons motivation? As analytical tools we have used are the concept of organizational culture, Schein's description of the three components of culture and Herzberg Motivation-Hygiene theory. The results of the study indicate that the salespeople experience a positive organizational culture and that this culture promotes fellowship and unity between colleagues, which in turn contributes to an enhanced motivation.

The information technique is developing at a fast pace and almost all new technique is being welcomed with opened arms. The newest on the market is the tablet device, it´s a device used for surfing the web, sending email, watching movies and playing games. It is now also being used in some schools for educational purposes. My research goal has been to find out how the teachers feel about using the tablet device for educational purposes. I have conducted interviews to find the answers to my questions.

EC and WTO have been prosecuting collaboration for some time, which purpose is to liberalize the global market for commerce. There have been some alterations under the last decades. Establishing in other countries than their own is far easier, nevertheless it is getting more difficult. The enterprises demand equal treatment and the countries want to have the most favourable legislation. This has resulted in conflicts between different countries and even between the companies.

Syfte: Att undersöka hur ideella festivalarrangörer leder och styr sin verksamhet och utifrån detta rekommendera ett modifierat Balanced Scorecard som bidrar till att förbättra konkretisering och operationalisering av övergripande visioner. Metod:Genom kvalitativ undersökning har primärdata samlats in främst via telefonintervjuer. Metoden är baserad på en abduktiv ansats med ett konstruktionistiskt synsätt.Teoretiska perspektiv:Eftersom arbetskraften i en ideell organisation inte får ekonomisk ersättning eller mycket låg sådan, är styrning och motivation utifrån visioner viktig. Ett modifierat Balanced Scorecard är ett styrsystem som utgår från visionen som kompassnål och huvudinriktning. Detta möjliggör val av de mer mjuka fokusområdena prestation, relationer, aktiviteter och framtid, som utgångspunkt för arbetet med att uppnå visionen.Empiri: Intervjuobjekten är ledningspersoner i svenska festivalorganisationer vars verksamhet är av ideell art.

Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to examine if companies? incentive programs for employees is designed in such a way that it makes it possible for managers to reach their goals. Method: Qualitative with a semi standardised questionnaire Results: Our results is that the incentive programs for employees in their present form don?t give the companies a good possibility to effect the employees to perform towards the goals of the system. The performance measures in the incentive programs for employees is suitable in comparison with the goals of the program but the construction and the use of the systems doesn?t give a satisfied result in comprising with the goals.

This thesis emphasizes the importance of understanding the employees? attitude and motivation towards their workplace at a company that works in the advertising business. An example company; thcommunication agency PS Communication in Stockholm, was used for the empirical part to investigate the purpose. The topic is interesting since the company works in a fast changing environment with new techniques,tools and professionals and the company is also going through an expansion that include many new recruitments.The purpose in this thesis is as follows: ?the purpose of this study is to elucidate the fate of attitude and motivation of employees in relation to the workplace during business expansion, if performance is reduced and competition increases.?The analysis and results shows that attitudes andmotivation among the employees in the workplace has deteriorated, the employees agree that it is due to expansion the company is undergoing.

I och med den nya globala ekonomin blir det allt mer vanligt med en ökad konkurrens. Inte enbart från den inhemska marknaden utan även via en global marknad som öppnats genom ett samarbete mellan nationer i Europa. Därmed finns en större tendens från företagen att dra en offentlig upphandling inför det svenska rättssystemet och bestrida beslutet som fattats av den upphandlande myndigheten då varje upphandling blir viktig att vinna. En tydlig orsak till det ökande antalet överprövningar är att i och med en regression i den globala ekonomin och med kollapser av nationella ekonomier runt om i världen så finns det en ökad vinning i att överpröva en förlorad upphandling då dessa är bristvara vid lågkonjunktur. Genom detta examensarbete kommer uppsatsförfattarna att belysa de problem och grunder som finns för att en överprövning skall uppstå som till exempel den allt för korta granskningstiden av tilldelningsbeslut, en saknad kompetens för en upphandling och möjligtvis ett allt för konservativt arbetssätt i det svenska rättsväsendet.

The Act Prohibiting Discrimination and Other Degrading Treatment of Children and School Students (2006:67) entered into force on 1 of April 2006. The purpose of this Act is to promote equal rights for children and school students and to combat discrimination on the five discrimination grounds of sex, ethnic origin, religion or other belief, sexual orientation or disability. This Act also has the purpose of combating other degrading treatment. According to the Act the organiser of the activity shall insure that there is an equal treatment plan that aims to promote the equal rights for children and school students irrespective of the five discrimination grounds. Discrimination is a result of the social norms which tends to exclude people who does not fit in and therefore considerers as being abnormal.

The last major change occurred in 2005 when the new sexual offenses law came into force with an increased focus on children. The purpose of this study is that through a content analysis to identify and understand the construction of children in the new legislation on sexual offenses on the basis of preliminary work. Based on the purpose we came up with two questions: How are children constructed in the preparatory works to the new sexual offenses law? Are they attributed to child characteristics and responsibilities in the new legislation on sexual offenses and if so, how? In order to achieve the purpose of the study we have chosen the preparatory works to the new legislation on sexual offenses from 2005 until today. The study's empirical work has been further narrowed to the children, which means that a distinction is made in the new legislation on sexual offenses to 6 chapter 4-6 §§.

Denna uppsats diskuterar marknadsföring genom sociala medier och hur detanvänds inom kultur- och musiksverige. Sociala medier är en av de plattformar där man kanse större och mindre aktörer som likvärdiga, då en stor budget inte nödvändigtvis ger förtur.Jag vill därför se närmare på hur och om mindre aktörer utnyttjar de sociala medierna och hurdet kan påverka större aktörers makt inom kultur- och musiksverige.Det är möjligt att det har skett ett maktskifte där vikten har flyttats från att ha tillräckligt storbudget till att känna rätt personer. Att kontakter och nytänk är det som väger starkast. Det kanverka till synes svårt att veta vad som egentligen krävs för att få en effektiv spridning av ettbudskap och om de tekniska förutsättningarna underlättat eller försvårat möjligheten föraktörer att etablera sig på marknaden.Detta kommer att diskuteras utifrån följande frågeställningar:Vilka sociala medier fungerar idag som effektiva och nödvändiga kanaler i mindreaktörers marknadsföring inom i svensk musik- och kulturindustri?Hur utbrett ochutvecklat är deras användande?Vilken roll spelar relationer och kontaktnät i användningen av sociala medier sommarknadsföringskanaler?Hur lyckas man med sin marknadsföring genom sociala medier?Hur har de sociala medierna påverkat stora respektive små aktörers positionering inomkultur- och musiksverige?.
