Studiens syfte var att undersöka vilka hinder och vilka möjligheter det finns ror invandrarbarnatt utveckla sitt modersmål och i andra hand utveckla det svenska språket. Den teoretiskaundersökningen besvarade frågan varför modersmål behövs. Den empiriska undersökningenavsåg att besvara syftet utifrån frågeställningar som handlar om organisation och syn påmodersmålsstöd.En kvalitativ metod i form av fyra intervjuer och en observation på en förskola användes. Deintervjuade var en kvinna som var pedagogisk handledare och tre män, varav två av dem varrektorer och en var kommunfullmäktigeiedamoten. De var i åldrarna 40 till 55 år gamla.I Halmstad pratar man 22 olika språk och det finns flera förskolor med mångfalden.

The student project Elba at KTH started in 2011 and is a project where a battery driven prototype car is developed. The vehicle competes in Eco Shell Marathon in Rotterdam, Holland. In this competition the vehicle that travels a certain distance including several starts and stops with the lowest energy consumption wins. To minimize the consumption is therefore very important, which requires knowledge of the vehicles energy losses.A vehicle's energy losses depends on several factors and can be divided into the powertrain efficiency and the driving resistance. The driving resistance can then be divided in to rolling and air resistance, if smaller losses like vibrations are ignored.

The empirical data used for this master thesis, consists of eight manuals with the main purpose to help students evaluate information resources found on the web or Internet. The purpose is to elucidate the discourses and investigate those textual characteristics, which figure in the investigated manuals. The method used is a discursive and linguistic approach, with a power/knowledge discussion applied to the results. The analysis identifies, among other things, the production and consumption of the investigated texts, and that the manuals function as a reflection of the relationship between the participants in the situation, the sociocultural practice of the institution and its identity..

The purpose of this study is to increase the understanding of how an individual's identity is constructed and reinforced through clothing brands. This we intend to achieve by studying and analyzing the significance of clothing brands on consumers. In close proximity to this purpose, we have chosen to work with three research questions:? How do consumers see clothing as a means to express themselves? ? What perception does consumers have on clothing brands as identity creators? ? How do consumers value wearing clothes from a particular clothing brand?.

SyfteSyftet var att undersöka hur resursfördelningen för elever i behov av särskilt stöd i matematik ser ut idag. Vad är resurs för särskilt stöd i matematik och vem är i behov utav det? Hur fördelas de och stämmer fördelningsmodellen med behovet av särskilt stöd i matematik? Hur används resurserna och har det blivit mer eller mindre resurser till förmån för särskilt stöd i matematik?MetodMed en kvalitativ forskningsansats intervjuades fyra rektorer i ett lågt, lågt/medelt, medelt respektive högt resurstilldelningsområde. Därefter följdes resultatet upp och ställdes mot forskningsbaserad litteratur och styrdokument. Fenomenet belystes också utifrån information från personal inom den administrativa resursfördelnings faktorn.

Då ett entreprenadföretag som Peab blivit tilldelade en totalentreprenad förekommer projektering. Projektering är ett annat ord för produktbestämning och leds av en projekteringsledare. Att ha en lyckad projektering vid ett projekt resulterar i att byggkostnader hålls och att framtida kostnader minimeras.Vid interna revisioner har det framkommit att det finns vissa brister i projekteringsarbetet. I detta arbete presenteras en studie som visar hur projekteringen fungerar vid tre av företagets projekt. De brister som har uppmärksammats inom organisationen är problem med ritningsleveranser, hur upphandlingen av konsulter går till och att man har problem med besked från beställaren.

Balanced scorecard utvecklades i syfte att fylla det behov som fanns för alternativa och kompletterande styrmetoder. Balanced scorecard består huvudsakligen av fyra perspektiv. Dessa perspektiv är: det finansiella, kund-, process- och förnyelseperspektivet. Vårt huvudsakliga intresse i dena uppsats har fokuserats på förnyelseperspektivet samt medarbetarnas kompetens som en viktig framgångsfaktor för att nå de mål vilka företaget ställt upp.

The aim of this essay is to investigate the murals in the church of Arbrå, what they portrait and how they can be linked to medieval typology as described in Biblia Pauperum (BP), the Poor Man?s Bible. The aim is also to find out what the purpose was to paint medieval churches and what the function of the paintings was. Arbrå Church was painted around 1520-1530, and almost all of the motifs from the Old Testament can be directly traced back to BP as can one motif from the New Testament. Together these paintings represent most of the important events which make out the foundation of the Christian Cult.

The purpose is to see how the events have effected Norrköping as an eventcity, but also to examine the purpose with a cultureevent. The essay also discusses modernisation?s impact on society.

As public libraries in Sweden receive the bulk of their budget from local government funding, which has stayed static or, at best, seen small increases, libraries have been faced with inadequate resources with which to satisfy increasing expectations from users. As few libraries are over-funded in the first place, ways may have to be found to combat this situation. The aim of this Masters thesis is to examine alternative sources of funding for Swedish public libraries, and my main focus of interest is that of sponsorship. The method used is a literature study combined with an empirical study, in which interviews were conducted with five persons each with long experience of working with public libraries. The literary study deals with the concept of sponsorship, and the motivations for companies to sponsor are also examined.

Flexicurity is a union of the English words flexibility and security. The union of the two words to one common term, hints that flexibility and security does not have to be each others counterparts in order to achieve good economical development and employment. Flexicurity, as it is found in Denmark, is described as a three part model composed of active labour market politics, generous financial compensation in the case of unemployment and flexible labour law. The existence of strong collective agreements and three part cooperation is of great importance for the good flow of the Danish model. The same goes for education of different kinds.
