2011 års gymnasiereform har inneburit stora förändringar för svenskämnet, bland annat genom förändringen av ämnets omfattning, som ökats på högskoleförberedande program samtidigt som den halverats på yrkesprogram. Utifrån en läroplansteoretisk ansats, med syfte att undersöka och diskutera svenskämnets förutsättningar, analyseras i föreliggande uppsats uttalade och outtalade idéer om svenskämnet i regeringens Proposition 2008/09:199 Högre krav och kvalitet i den nya gymnasieskolan, den proposition som ligger till grund för reformen. Metoden som tillämpas är en kvalitativ textanalys, men analysen har även kvantitativa inslag där konceptionerna allmänutbildning och yrkesutbildning används som analyskategorier. Analysen visar att svenskämnet i propositionen explicit tillskrivs betydelse för de tre uppdrag som i propositionen framställs som gymnasieskolans huvuduppdrag; att ge en god grund för yrkeslivet, för fortsatta studier och för ett aktivt deltagande i samhällslivet. Analysen visar dock att det svenskämne som impliceras i propositionen, genom att uppdraget att utbilda för ett aktivt deltagande i samhällslivet bortprioriteras till förmån för uppdraget att utbilda för yrkeslivet, istället är ett ämne som framför allt organiseras och motiveras som ett högskoleförberedande ämne, med relevans framför allt för elever på högskoleförberedande program..

The aim of this Master´s thesis is to examine how public library managers reflect on readers´ advisory and promotion of adult literature, and how they view and discuss the governmental proposition Läsa för livet (prop. 2013/14:3). Questions posed in this study are: What matters do public library managers think fiction have on adults? How do public library managers reflect on promotion of adult literature? What are public library managers´ views on the governmental proposition Läsa för livet and how it will affect the public library?The theoretical starting-points used in this study are views on literature by Magnus Persson and Gitte Balling, and views on literature promotion by Rasmus Grøn. Method chosen was semi-structured interviews with six library managers in public libraries.

The tradition of a strong church ruling in the Swedish society ages back to the very first start of Christianity reaching the country.  Due to the separation between the church and state in 2000 in Sweden, there have been a lot of changes. No longer would the church be able to influence the politics as it had been able to do before. Since Sweden is a democratic country, the decision had to be made in a voting amongst the parties. The purpose with this paper is to understand the argumentation made by the Swedish parties Socialdemokraterna, Kristdemokraterna and Centerpartiet. This has been made using a text analysis, which studies the argumentations made by the parties in their motions.

Syfte Hur kommer företag i Sverige, som använder sig av skatteupplägget med räntesnurror, att påverkas för det fall att lagförslaget Sänkt bolagsskatt och vissa andra skatteåtgärder för företag, Proposition 2008/09:65 träder i kraft, i termer av företagets finansiering och företagets värdeförändring? Metod Studien utgår från en deduktiv ansats där en kvalitativ metod använts för att finna svaret på vår frågeställning. Undersökningsdesignen som nyttjats är en fallstudie där vi dels tagit del av lagförslag, remissvar samt rättsfall men även intervjuat företag, institutioner, samt myndigheter via telefon. Teoretiskt perspektiv Studien är baserad på teorier såsom pecking-order- hypotesen, trade-offeorin samt agent-principalteorin. Empiri Uppsatsen har utgått från lagförslaget Sänkt bolagsskatt och vissa andra skatteåtgärder för företag, Proposition 2008/09:65, samt aktuella rättsfall.

Den svenska biståndspolitiken utformades på 1960-talet genom proposition 1962:100. Sedan dess har åtskilliga nya propositioner antagits som riktlinjer för biståndspolitiken. Den här studien utgör en policy-analys av ett urval av dessa propositioner och syftar till att se om den svenska biståndspolitiken har förändrats. Detta arbete redogör dessutom för de historiska sammanhang och teoretiska grunder som biståndspolitiken bygger på. En slutsats jag har dragit är att flera av de grundläggande perspektiven som antogs genom proposition 1962:100 återfinns i dagens biståndspolitik..

Med start den första juli 2007 halverades arbetsgivaravgiften för ungdomar som vid årets ingång fyllt 18 med inte 25 år för att underlätta för dessa att ta sig in på arbetsmarknaden. Utifrån detta är syftet med uppsatsen att undersöka huruvida detaljhandelns arbetsgivare anställer fler ungdomar som vid årets ingång fyllt 18 men inte 25 år som en direkt följd av arbetsgivaravgiftssänkningen. För att kunna undersöka detta har vi framför allt tittat närmre på propositionen (2006/07:84) som lagen bygger på samt remissvaren på denna. Därutöver har vi också tagit in en proposition från 2008 där regeringen föreslår en utvidgning av åldersintervallet och en kraftigare nedsättning av arbetsgivaravgiften samt tidigare forskning. Undersökningen har utförts genom en kvalitativ studie där åtta personer inom detaljhandeln har intervjuats.

The purpose of this thesis was to examine relevance of the proposition made by new insitutionalists about institutional and technical environment. This proposition originaly made by Meyer & Rowan (1977) has two core assumptions: The first is that all organizations are controlled by combinations of types of demands; technical demands for efficient production and institutional demands to adept to cultural and normative expectations. The second assumption is that there exists a few organizations dominated almost entirely by one typy of demand. Organizations dominated by institutional demands are said to live in an institutional environment, while technical organizations is said operate in a technical environment. This thesis has examined if these assumptions are still applicable in describing organizational interaction with the environment.

The paper contains comment, clarification and criticism, even constructive criticism, of some theses that have been put forward by Laurence Bonjour in his In Defense of Pure Reason.It presents a concept of experience that deals with the relation between cognizer and object of experience that has a great similarity to that of Bonjour. Through analysis it is shown that the concept of a priori entails that Bonjour has two concepts of a priori, a narrow and a broad one. The narrow one is, in my own words: According to moderate rationalism a proposition p is a priori justified if and only if you apprehend that p must be true in every possible world. This doesn?t mean that Bonjour doesn?t believe in an epistemological, metaphysical and semantic realm.

In the proposition Nya förmånsrättsregler, 2002/03:49, the government suggests a new bill of beneficial rights, or FRL. The proposition has several changes, mostly for The Banking system. One of the changes is that the banks´ individual beneficial rights shall be replaced by a general beneficial right, where the beneficial value never exceeds 55 percent of the value of insurance bonds. Previously, the beneficial value was 100 percent.The purpose of this essay is to evaluate the relationship between the banks´ activities, and the new bill of beneficial rights, especially what the effects will become for the public companies within the printing houses, with 1 - 49 employees in the Skåne Region.The survey includes a total of 142 companies and it was distributed via e-mail. The conclusions from the study are that there are tendencies of increased difficulties for companies to get their credits granted by the banks.

This analysis recommends not to use Windows Server 2008 without properevaluation in any system containing classified information. The reasons are too lowassurance and too weak authentication. If Windows Server 2008 is to be used itshould be supplemented with a stronger authentication mechanism. The installationshould preferably be of Server Core type and the server should be maximallyhardened..

This report describes the development of a web site for co-workers on leave of absence at Volvo Cars Engine AB and graduated students at Volvo Upper Secondary School in Skövde. The aim of the web site is to be a complement to existing communication channels in the promotion of the contact between the target group and the company. The work was divided into two parts; the first consisting of a preliminary study used to identify the information which the target group finds absent in their absence from their place of work/school, and the second part consisting of the development of a proposition of content layout and web site design. The finished proposition was presented along with a couple of alternatives for the technical implementation. The information department at Volvo Cars Engine AB in consultation with Volvo Cars IT will carry on the implementation, administration and further development of the proposed solutions..

The report is part of the university´engineer program within Industrial Organization and Economics with specialization in Logistics and Managment at Jönköping´s university.Skoghall´s mill underlies a large supply chain, which means there should be a lot of areas in need of small improvement measures. This report illustrates a small part of one of these areas and is focused on the loading distribution services in the terminal Vänern.At the moment there´s a very unequal load of the load carriers SECU box and Container at the terminal. Skoghall´s mill has the desire to equalize the high and low load levels of the 2 loading carriers named previously. One of the options to solve the problem is to set a limit of how much the carriers can load per week or per day. The mill also wants it to be investigated if the proposition would influence the customers in any way and if both the company and its customers could handle a lower level of delivery services in case the proposition was to be applied.The goal to be achieved with this thesis is to provide balance to the unequall loading of the 2 load carriers, SECU and Container, and investigate whether or not the Skoghall´s mill´s customers, could manage the lower degree of delivery service that the proposition would imply.For this goal to be achieved, random sample investigations were taken from orders of a customer that is provided with SECU load carriers and the same was made with a Container´s customer.

I denna uppsats görs ansatsen att, med hjälp av en kritisk diskursanalys och Norman Faircloughs tredimensionella modell, belysa eventuella skillnader och likheter mellan två olika typer av lärarutbildningar: Regeringens proposition 1999/2000:135 En förnyad lärarutbildning och Regeringens proposition 2009/10:89 Bäst i klassen ? en ny lärarutbildning. Utifrån denna modell analyseras de passager från texterna, vars innehåll bär relevans till de skäl som står till grund för förändring av utbildningen, ur ett grammatisk och lingvistiskt perspektiv. I nästa steg belyses den diskursiva praktik som är framträdande i båda propositionerna. Det tredje och sista steget behandlar den sociala praktiken som analyseras utifrån ett fokusgruppssamtal som hölls mellan tre pedagoger som är verksamma på Högskolan i Halmstad.
