In which purpose, for who and when does equality get fullfilled in the education system? This studie takes aim on the upper level and second upper level school system to study what the curriculum says on the one hand and what the system brings out on the other. With critical theory as method, with Herbert Tingsten as founder, this studie analyzes the logic of the education system to set out if the pupils choice of education, after the upper level lower secondary school, in second upper level is legit with democratic principles such as freedom (of choice). The theory, used to analyze the individuals progress to be autonomous, uses Adam Swifts definition of freedom as an individual being autonomous. The findings of the study shows that what politicians chases as equality really i´snt equality.

Syftet med uppsatsen är att ta reda på vad det är som styr revisionsbyråernas val av nyutexaminerade studenter, detta får vi fram genom våra hypoteser samt genom att få fram en profil på nyanställda revisorsassistenter. Vi kommer dessutom att ta fram en profil på sista års studenter på ett civilekonomprogram med inriktning mot revisor/controller. Dessa profiler kommer vi sedan att jämföra med varandra. Jämförelsen gör att vi kan se om det finns likheter/olikheter mellan grupperna. Om studenterna så att säga uppfyller det som revisionsbyråerna efterfrågar.

Förr hade controllern en mer analytisk och sammanställande roll, men detta har kommit att förändras genom åren. Decentralisering och bolagisering av företag har blivit allt vanligare, mycket på grund av förändrade marknadsförhållanden. Genom mindre enheter blir det lättare att överblicka företagets alla delar och därmed lättare att styra, eftersom beslut kan fattas närmare marknaden. Här fyller controllern en viktig roll då dennes uppgift är att hjälpa företagsledningen att styra företaget i rätt riktning genom att ta fram olika typer av beslutsunderlag, för att kunna göra det är placeringen viktig. Beroende på vem controllern rapporterar till och vilken roll controllern har så ändras styreffekterna av dennes arbete, dessutom varierar arbetsuppgifterna med placeringen.

Anledningen är bland annat att kontanthanteringen och säkerheten anses kunna bli effektivare. Snabbare köpprocess och nya marknadsföringsmetoder är andra delar som en ny betalningslösning anses kunna bidra med till ett samhälle där konkurrensen är stenhård. Detta gör att betalningslösningar är ett intressant ämne att fördjupa sig i.Syfte: Syftet med uppsatsen är att skapa ökad förståelse för vad som är viktigt och vad som ligger till grund för att en ny teknologisk lösning ska kunna resultera i upplevt kundvärde.Vi avser att beskriva och analysera värde och värdeskapande för att sedan dra paralleller till hur en ny teknologisk lösning kan dra nytta av detta för att ett kundvärde ska uppstå.Metod: Metoden som vi har använt oss av för denna uppsats är kvalitativ som har präglats av en abduktiv ansats. Det empiriska materialet har vi samlat in genom fem intervjuer.

Because of the increasing complexity to operate sport associations some are experiencing serious financial problems. The daily financial work has a major impact on how the future unfolds for the sport associations. An adverse economy not only creates complications in the economic field, it also affects the sport itself. Purpose: Our purpose with this paper is to describe and explain how the economy is controlled in non-profit sport associations and the tool that is used to support this process.

This thesis has its focuson media portrayal of a large political institution; the European Union. Articles from two nations daily newspapers have been analyzed in order to examine how the European Union is described and framed for their readers. The newspapers that was chosen for this study and from which the material was collected, were the Swedish newspaper Svenska Dagbladet the American newspaper The New York Times. The material was taken from three periods of time, and by this the results did not only serve a presentiment on how the media reports about the subject, but also an idea over the media?s coverage character over time.

Bakgrund: Målstyrning är ett styrsätt som används i nittio procent av Sveriges kommuner. Enligt forskare i ämnet målstyrning inom offentliga verksamheter har det emellertid ofta påpekats en rad problem som att mål ofta är vaga och att det råder brist på dialog mellan politiker och tjänstemän. Tidigare undersökningar har främst fokuserat på målformulering och befunnit sig på en övergripande nivå. Detta arbete studerar hur chefer inom bildnings- och socialförvaltning upplever målstyrning inom en svensk kommun. Detta på grund av att det inte har gjorts i samma utsträckning samt för att se hur styrsättet fungerar för de som använder målstyrning i verkligheten.Syfte: Syftet med studien är att undersöka hur målstyrning upplevs som styrmetod av förvaltningschefer och verksamhetschefer inom en svensk kommun.Metod: För att kunna besvara syftet har en deduktiv fallstudie gjorts på två förvaltningar, bildnings- och socialförvaltningen, inom en kommun i Östergötland.

Det finns två stationer på Boxholm Stål AB med produktionssågar. Den ena är en bandsåg och två fasmaskiner med hanteringsutrustning för transport mellan såg och fasar samt en automatisk buntmaskin. Fasarna på den stationen är utslitna och håller inte de toleranser som Boxholm Stål AB har på sina produkter. En önskan att kunna planfräsa ändarna har också tillkommit vilket utrustningen i dagsläget inte klarar av. Det innebär att fasarna ska bytas ut.

Economists have for a long time studied the connection between economic factors and fertility, and several studies have found a correlation between business cycles and birth rates. The tsunami in Thailand in 2004, 9/11 and hurricane Katrina in New Orleans 2005 are all reminders that no organization is immune to crises, which also means that all organizations should be prepared and know how to handle a crisis if one was to occur. A case study has been conducted, on a crisis regarding a fire that occurred on the 31st of July 2014 in Västmanland, Sweden. Through Qualitative interviews empirical data was gathered and then analyzed together with our theories and previous research. The purpose of the study is to analyze how the municipalities affected and the County Administrative Board of Sweden handled and communicated with/to the public during the fire that spread in Västmanland 2014. Our study shows that a risk analysis and analysis of surroundings is crucial in anticipating a crisis event and that it is essential for organizations to undergo training to prepare organization members on how to handle a crisis. Another conclusion is that the need for information is large during a crisis event and grows throughout the entire course of the crisis. The crisis that we studied had a lack of information, but at the same time the public?s need for information is a need that can?t be satisfied during a crisis.

AbstractTitle: A union, a collaboration and a currency crisis- a quantitative study of the media coverage of the euro crisis within the European Union in Spanish and Swedish newspapers.The purpose of this study was to see whether Sweden and Spain ?s differences in media climates and relations to the euro crisis would affect how the story was portrayed from a narrative perspective. Did the coverage differ between the two countries and who got to comment on the situation in the media were two of the questions I strived to answer. I also wanted to see how the coverage reflected on the situation that the euro crisis has created.In this study I used a number of theories that I based my research on. The main theories I focused on was about different media systems and Sweden and Spain ?s relation to the euro crisis.

Mechanical relays are more and more being replaced with semiconductortechnology. In this thesis it is investigated if and how the larger loads couldbe controlled by transistors. The main part of this work aims to create andverify a solution that can control the starter motor, as well as protect it incase of any failure. The different malfunctions that the solution protectsagainst is high current, too high peak current, low current, maximum cranktime and minimum cool off time. The timers also protect indirectly againstoverheating of the starter engine.The transistors used are BTS555, from Infineon.
