Den här studien utgår från syftet av att undersöka vad olika konstruktioner av utomhusmiljöer som förekommer i förskolevardagen kan erbjuda barn som subjekt och deras roller i den fria leken. Avsikten är att studera hur barn agerar beroende på kulturella och sociala influenser samt vilka positioner som uppstår mellan barn i relation till olika utomhusmiljöer genom det verbala samt kroppsligt uttryckta språket. Studien är genomförd genom videoobservation av fjorton 5-åriga barn från två avdelningar samt två förskollärare på en förskola i Sverige. De utomhusmiljöer barnen vistades i var en kommunal lekplats, en naturmiljö samt förskolans egen utomhusgård. Examensarbetet utgår från ett feministiskt poststrukturalistiskt perspektiv och i analys, resultat och diskussion synliggörs subjektsteorier och performativa handlingar som belyser hur barn som subjekt konstruerar roller i lekar.   .

Purpose: The aim of the thesis is to identify principles of valuation and to reach a solution for how Statens järnvägar can present their leased railroad vehicles in the future.Methodology: The authors have done a case study through a qualitative approach. Interviews have been done with Statens järnvägar, Näringsdepartementet and Riksrevisionen. Annual reports from Banverket and Luftfartsverket have been studied.Theoretical perspectives: The regulations that rule the authorities are a base for the study.Earlier researches done within the subject are presented in this section.Empirical foundation: The empirical foundation of this study consists of primary- and secondary data. The primary data is collected from the interviews that have been done, whilst the secondary data is composed of annual reports, regulations and various other documents.Conclusions: The authors have come to the conclusion that the method of valuation that Statens järnvägar choose, depends a lot on the vehicles hypothetical future. It is difficult to say that only one of the methods would be the correct one..

Rapporten syftar till att ge läsaren en liten inblick i hur en artist och projektledare jobbar i en konsertproduktion och de konflikter som kan uppstå när en person axlar dessa två roller samtidigt. Jag ställer mig frågan: Vilka konflikter kan uppstå när en och samma person måste axla rollen som både artist och projektledare i ett kreativt projekt? För mig har många inre konflikter blivit till yttre konflikter, och påverkat både mig och mina bandmedlemmar. Den tydligaste konflikten som uppstod var att jag hade stora svårigheter att skärma av mina personliga känslor från mina professionella roller som artist och producent. För att ge ett djup åt syftet jämförs min erfarenhet med två andra aktörer i artist- och projektledningsbranschen.

The purpose of my study is to examine why five primary school teachers chose to start using the method ?Learning reading by writing on computer? in their teaching. How do they perceive that the method works in their classroom and do they perceive that the method affect the children?s literacy?The study consists of a qualitative method in form of interviews with five primary school teachers and also some observations made by me in the classrooms. I will use the findings I made during the interviews and observations and contrast these to relevant literature and research that I have collected.The result of my study shows that all of the interviewed teachers had a self-interest in working with the method ?Learning reading by writing on computers? and that they also worked closely with colleagues.

Studien är en empirisk undersökning där syftet har varit att skapa en förståelse över hur det är att vara chef i en uppsägningsprocess som beror på arbetsbrist. Frågeställningen som har legat till grund för att uppnå syftet har varit: Hur upplever chefer uppsägningsprocessen vid arbetsbrist? Med hjälp av en kvalitativ metod i form av fyra stycken ostrukturerade intervjuer har empiriskt material blivit insamlat. Informanterna har bestått av mellanchefer med upplevelser från olika uppsägningsprocesser under finanskrisen år 2008. Med hjälp av Mintzbergs (1973) teori om en chefs roller samt Molinsky och Margolis (2006) teori om copingtekniker i samband med ett uppsägningssamtal har resultatet analyserats.

The purpose of this degree project is to study if there is a intentional work with technology in the elementary school, preschool to fifth grade, in a municipality. The work will also study what conditions there are in the schools in order to work with technology. 95 questionnaires were distributed to the responsible teachers in all primary schools in the municipality, from preschool to fifth grade. The results of the survey show that more than half of the respondents do not consider themselves to work with technology in the school. The conditions, in order to work with the school subject technology in the municipality, are primarily external such as: material, facilities and the ability to divide students into smaller groups.

The report aim to increase awareness of factors that have a major role whenremodelling an apartment building from the 1950s to offices.The thesis can be used for future projects when remodelling apartments to offices.The report can provide ideas and inspirations on how this can be done in aneffective way, ie . A way that does not require rebuilding the supporting structure,but only non bearing walls. The thesis also gives insight on the parts that will needto be supplemented from Boverket?s requirements in terms of accessibility,acoustic and fire requirements.The methods used in this thesis are literature studies, case study and sketch work.In the literature studies, the primary sources were Boverkets byggregler BBR, andArbetsmiljöverkets föreskrift AFS 2009:2 but other literature were also used. Theprimary items were chosen from the literature studies and they were furtheranalysed in the sketch work.

Uppsatsen underso?ker tre olika roller inom ko?rdirigentens yrkesroll; dirigenten (musiktekniskt kunnande och konstna?rlig vision), ko?rpedagogen (fo?rma?ga att konkret kunna fo?rsta?, fo?rklara och la?ra ut musikaliska verktyg), ledaren (egenskaper som a?r generella fo?r ledare inom alla omra?den). Underso?kningen genomfo?rdes i form av en enka?t da?r 651 sa?ngare fra?n 31 ko?rer med olika bakgrund och a?ldrar rangordnade nio egenskaper/fo?rma?gor (tre inom varje roll).Resultatet visade att dirigenten, ko?rpedagogen och ledaren alla a?r viktiga roller fo?r alla korister oavsett niva?. Rollen dirigenten blir alltmer viktig ju la?ngre man sjungit i ko?r och ju mer musikutbildning man har.

Syfte: Att skapa förståelse för hur människor inom HR-avdelningar upplever de olika rollerna som arbetet kräver. Vi ämnar skapa en större medvetenhet för den utsatta position som HR-arbetare befinner sig i, för att belysa och möjliggöra förebyggande åtgärder. En ökad förståelse för rollproblematiken hos HR-arbetare kan även underlätta orienteringen och förhållningen till de roller som individer och avdelningar själva intar samt de roller som de påtvingas. Resultaten ämnar även mynna ut i ett underlag för reflektion om HR-arbetares egen nutida samt framtida roll i organisationen och hur de kan nå en önskvärd position där fler intressenter blir nöjda.Metod: Studien baseras på en fallstudie i ett stort företag som ingår i en internationell koncern. Arbetet har utförts med hjälp av en kvalitativ forskningsstrategi, som fokuserar på intervjuer, samt en deduktiv ansats.Resultat: Studien påvisar brister i befintlig teori gällande HR-arbetares utsatta position.

AbstractIn this study, the conceptions of a number of teachers in the Swedish primary and lower-secondary school about cultural pluralism, the values connected to this pluralism by the Curriculum for the Compulsory School System, the Pre-School Class and the Leisure-time Centre, Lpo 94, and the possibilities for pupils to gain knowledge about these values, were studied. The conceptions of the teachers were regarded and interpreted as ideology, since the study was made from a point of departure containing an assumption about how the content of the curriculum is of importance for the development of relations of power and dominance between different groups in society. The purpose of the study was to interpret the statements of a limited number of teachers about cultural pluralism, values and knowledge, regarding the ontological, axiological and epistemological assumptions and conceptions expressed therein. The empirical data of the study was gathered through qualitative interviews with eleven teachers working in six different primary and lower-secondary schools in the Mid-Sweden region. The conceptions expressed in the statements given by the respondents were categorized.

The aim of this study was to analyze the assessment of the primary school, from the teacher?s perspective. There has been an ongoing discussion regarding assessment and about the purposes of assessment for a long time. But there is a paucity of research on what teachers believe about. This study examined primary teachers? beliefs on major purposes of assessment.Assessment is the process of gathering and interpreting information about students? learning.

Purpose: The purpose of this thesis is to analyse the process of technology sourcing within firms active in the CRT-market. The primary focus of the study is the motives, risks and problems associated with technology sourcing, to construct key learnings for organisations consider undertaking this way to access research and development or those organisations that are already operating in the CRTmarket. Method: As method has abduction been used. The empiric material of the thesis is based on qualitative research in form of interviews in a conversational manner. For correct interpretation and understanding a hermeneutics approach has been used.

Sammanfattning: Arbetsterapeuter vägleder människor som har fått en skada eller sjukdomsom påverkar deras utförande av vardagliga aktiviteter. Den interprofessionellakommunikationen (IPK) är av betydelse för att ett team ska kunna arbeta klientcentrerat ochge en god vård. I ett teamarbete är det viktigt att alla professioner samarbetar och har kunskapom varandras roller. Interprofessionell utbildning ger möjligheter till att utveckla en positivbild av andra professioner vilket ökar teameffektiviteten. Förutsättningar för ett bra samarbetemellan professioner är förståelse för sin egen och andras roller, kunskap, ömsesidig respektoch förmåga att kommunicera med andra.
