This essay aims to create an understanding of how leadership can be arranged in a company that embraces new technology and telework, and how it can be experienced from the employees' perspective. In order to make it possible to investigate this purpose are three questions formed; ?How is the leadership perceived??, ?How does telework into motivation?? and ?How does telework into communication??. A presentation of previous research is given, focusing mainly within different types of leadership, distance, and telework. Based on this, three interviews was made in which respondents? experience of telework was in focus.

keywordsThis was a project about the process of animation and the presentation of looped animations in the form of a zine.My main subject for the project was to explore the possibilities of the computer program After Effects and how to incorporate the functions of this program with my hand drawn technique. I wanted to keep the hand drawn feeling and at the same time make use of all the helpful short cuts and utilities that this program had to offer. I found that this program was quite suitable for this kind of work, although I didn?t feel completely satisfied when it came to the amount of animations that I was able to put together. At the end of the project I had completed six loops (plus a older one) for the CD that came with the printed zine.Another big issue in working with this was the question of theme and content for all the different loops.

This essay consider ritual death during the ironage, and through a presentation of historical and archaeological sources. Considered ritual death I think we should study both historical and archaeological sources, to get a vider view and a new perspective. To make the essay easier to understand I have split up the early and the late Iron Age in the discussion. In order to study the ritual death I have shown archaeological examples like bogsacrifices in the early ironage, and decapitated victims in the Viking society. The victims have been considered as slaves by some archaeologist.

I detta examensarbete beskriver jag FMT-metoden, samt ger en kortare fördjupning i musikterapins historia. Arbetet innehåller också en kort presentation av nervsystemet och dess beslutsfattande delar. När tankar fastnar i samma spår, kan det hjälpa att försöka flytta fokus för att de ska finna nya vägar Jag belyser möjligheten att genom FMT ? Funktionsinriktad Musikterapi, komma åt, samt påverka en förändring av tankar och förhållningsätt, så att det utifrån dem blir möjligt att ta nya beslut om hur man vill hantera sin tillvaro. Genom fallbeskrivningar med två personer som jag arbetat med, visar jag på möjligheten att fokusera på den egna kroppen, för att på så vis komma åt tankar och känslor så att en mental förändring kan uppstå.

Abstract The 1st of January 2009 there will be a new discrimination law in Sweden. That means that the Parliament finally will interpret three EC-directives in there entirety. The new law means that the present discrimination laws will be merged to one law. The situation for disabled persons on the labour market has improved, since the discrimination law was founded in 1999. The Labour Court got some cases to judge and media has attracted attention to disabled persons rights.

Den här rapporten avhandlar arbetet med att ta fram ett förslag som förlänger Volvos kärnvärden - kvalitet, säkerhet och miljöhänsyn, ut i Utvecklingsverkstaden på Volvo Construction Equipment, Hauler Loader Business Line, i Eskilstuna. Förslaget är utformat som ett koncept, som ska kunna överföras till andra verkstadsmiljöer på Volvo, om så önskas. Idéförslaget har baserats på en studie av den befintliga Utvecklingsversktaden. En modell av verkstaden i skala 1:50 utformades som presentationsmedium.Vid examensarbetets slut har förslaget presenterats och utvärderats av målgruppen. Den primära målgruppen har varit de anställda på avdelningen.Slutsatserna av arbetet är att en informationsbärande interiör kan formges för att representera ett företags kärnvärden och visa på innovation och framtidstänk.

The outset of this thesis is to raise questions on how we design for the mobile context and the capabilities of smartphones. Not only the presentation but also the use of input and interaction between a service and a user.This work evolves around sign up forms and answers the question: How does the sign up process affect the holistic perspective of a digital service regarding usability and user experience? This thesis consists of a case studies, and design experiments conducted on Twitter, Instagram and Randos sign up processes to explore if and how the usability, and the user experience could be affected and im- proved.This concluded some important aspects to be considered when designing sign up forms for a digital service.The usability, and the user experience is not only affected by user interaction, and the choice of input method but it?s also affected by which data the service is requesting, and more important; if that data is motivated to request by the service..

The foundation for this thesis lies in whether or not, and how, the body representation in printed commercials, specific products directed to the body (shampoo, body lotion etc.), has changed during the last fifty years. Four years have been chosen because of the changes in society that we believe might have had an impact. The commercials that have been picked out are the ones that best represent the general view of the body. We have found that the changes when it comes to body presentation has followed the social development to a certain degree, but it is difficult to say how much the society has had an affect on the body ideal in advertising. Representations of the male body is something that has escalated since the early 70?s, fifteen years earlier few commercials was made with male models, and the few there were, never showed more than the face.

Syftet med det här arbetet var att undersöka i vilka genrer fiollärarna på kommunala musikskolan undervisar, och ifall de använder sig av improvisation. Mina metoder har varit litteraturstudier, sökningar på internet och en enkätundersökning. Utifrån detta har jag gjort en liten sammanställning av fiolens historia och de genrer där den har förekommit, och en presentation av den forskning som jag har hittat. Resultatdelen är en sammanställning av de enkätsvar som kommit in. Jag skickade 100 enkäter till musik- och kulturskolor i hela Sverige och fick 48 svar.

Detta arbete är en granskning av fyra läromedel i teknik för grundskolans senare del. De läromedel vi granskade var två alldeles nya, Bonniers Teknik och NT-handboken och två etablerade, Puls Teknik som utkom efter Lpo 94 och NO-kombi som utkom innan Lpo 94. För att kunna genomföra en granskning, var vi tvungna att göra en litteraturstudie, för att finna kriterier och bedömningsgrunder till fyra förvalda granskningsområden. De var styrdokumenten Lpo 94 och kursplanen i teknik samt genus och layout. Vi skickade även en öppen enkät till fyra läromedelsförfattare och en strukturerad enkät till 104 skolors tekniklärare för att undersöka vad de anser vara viktigt med läromedel.

Syftet med denna undersökning var att ur ett lärstilsperspektiv utveckla kunskap om hur musikläraren kan möjliggöra lärande för elever i ämnet musik på låg- och mellanstadiet. Utifrån syftet hade två forskningsfrågor formulerats: Hur kan musiklärare anpassa undervisningen och möjliggöra lärande för alla elever? Och Hur arbetar lärare för att bedöma om eleven har lärt sig det som avses? Forskningsmetoden som användes var en kvalitativ intervjustudie där musiklärare som undervisade på låg - och mellanstadiet deltog. Resultatet analyserades ur ett lärstilsperspektiv och utifrån syftets två formulerade forskningsfrågor. Resultatet visar att i ämnet musik får eleverna tillfälle att använda sig av olika lärstilar då det ingår i undervisningen att spela, sjunga, röra sig, lyssna på och gestalta musik.

Abstract Spiritual gardening, historical perspective and epistemology, - how do these concepts connect? A review of the ideologies of four pragmatic growers. The purpose of this thesis is: ? to present an alternative forthcoming perspective on knowledge, that may be of significance for future theories and knowledge about growing and gardening. ? to lift experiences with Nature Spirits into an academic context, that permits us a closer look at the phenomenon. ? to contribute to an academic platform connecting humanistic and natural sciences. The intention of this text is to bridge the differences between the strictly rational traditions of knowledge and those more experience based ones. The thesis wants to show that much can be won if feeling based and mental reflections once again are approached as equal sources of knowledge. The aim is to give an orientation about the subject of Nature Spirits. The interesting fact is not whether (that) one can talk to nature, but how one does it and that more can be understood about nature and the reality that the established sciences study. The form for this study of literature is a describing presentation; to put names on and give wording to the phenomena of Nature Spirits and Plantdevas. The sources of literature are four pragmatic practitioners of spiritual gardening who have written extensively about their own work.

Syftet med uppsatsen var att visa hur elever med lärstilarna visuell, auditiv, kinestetisk/taktil (VAK) beskriver ett pedagogskt ledarskap som gynnar deras lärstilar. Uppsatsen besvarar syftet genom en empirisk undersökning om ledarskap. Studien genomförs bland uppsatsförfattarens egna danselever. Resultatet visar att ett pedagogiskt ledarskap har stor betydelse för elevers lärande. Genom tydligt ledarskap och engagemang för individen kommer eleverna att lyckas.

Syftet med denna studie var att beskriva och analysera hur lärare leder i klassrummet, samt hur detta påverkar lärandemiljön. Genom kvalitativa intervjuer med lärare på högstadiet framkom vilka olika strategier de använder för att leda och organisera klassrumsarbetet, samt vilka faktorer och strategier som är vägvinnande när det gäller att uppnå en positiv lärandemiljö i klassrummet. Resultaten visar att bl.a. tydlighet från lärarens sida, både när det på vilka olika sätt instruktioner ges samt vad som ska göras, leder enligt lärarna till ett lugn hos eleverna då de kan ta till sig instruktionerna och förstår vad som förväntas av dem, vilket då har en positiv inverkan på klassrumsmiljön. Även goda elevrelationer fördes fram som en viktig faktor för ett framgångsrikt ledarskap i klassrummet.

This study examined if individuals act in a less discriminating way and in a more fair way when they receive instructions about justice and not being discriminating while recruiting. 96 randomly assigned students at the University of Lund participated in this study. The participants were informed that they would act as a recruiter. They would then choose and place three of the best personal record in order of preference. There were three different kinds of company policies/instructions.
