Abandonering som förvaltningsÄtgÀrd.
Syftet med studien var att ta reda pa? hur man kan fra?mja lek fo?r barn med autistiska symptom som bor pa? korttidsboenden. En kvalitativ intervjuunderso?kning gjordes med sex deltagare och analyserades sedan genom en tolkande fenomenologisk analys (IPA). Fyra huvudteman med tillho?rande tva? underteman var valdes ut.

The school is responsible to make sure that each studentsÂŽ individual needs are met as well as that the lessons are suitable for all studentsÂŽ ability. As this is the case it is very interesting to evaluate how this is done in reality. The purpose with the study has been to shed light upon what different methods teachers in various schools use in order to individualize their teachÂings. Are their obvious differences in the way teachers work with individualization and how does this affect the students? The teachers in the different schools provided me with informaÂtion on how they work in order to teach, stimulate and motivate well achievers as well as stuÂdents who find school more difficult.
LÀrstilar : Hur ska vi i skolan lÀra ut sÄ att eleverna kan lÀra in ?
Syftet med detta arbete var att ta reda pÄ hur medvetna lÀrare pÄ lÄgstadiet Àr av lÀrstilar och hur de praktiserar detta i sin undervisning. Jag har intervjuat sju lÀrare pÄ lÄgstadiet för att ta reda pÄ detta. LÀrarna i min undersökning Àr relativt medvetna om lÀrstilar. Denna medvetenhet gör att det undervisar bÄde genom att berÀtta (auditivt), visa (visuellt) och att de lÄter eleverna göra saker (kinestetiskt/taktilt) för att förstÄ. Detta gör att de allra flesta elever kan tillgodogöra sig undervisningen.

The aim of this work is to examine methodologies at remedial lessons for children with weak mobility, in a common Swedish municipal school in an attempt to determine if a connection to theoretical learning exists.Kadesjö describes how difficulties in concentration can arise as a result of problems with mobility and perception, and according to Piaget very young children develop cogitation through physical movements. These connections are not news but always current.At the meeting with Lasse the question was born whether learning problems in school that are a result of concentration difficulties, could be countered with mobility training.By the selection of Life history as method, it?s possible to follow a physical educator's experiences through his 30 years of work, and to some extent even his private life. FrÄn Monopol Till Konkurrens : Telias hantering av den ökande konkurrensen genom förÀndrade marknadsföringsstrategier
The Swedish telecommunication market was prior to the official deregulation 1975 characterized by Telia?s former monopoly position. This thesis studies how the deregulation of the market, and the thereby increasing competition, has affected Telia and how it has influenced Telia?s marketing strategies.The theoretical framework, from which the conclusions will be made, is a combination of the theory about strategic learning behaviours by Slater et al, and Grönroos? theory about a marketing continuum. The empirical work material is the result from two interviews with former key figures at Telia, and a briefing of Telia?s annual report between the years 1993 and 2006.Research findings indicate that Telia has gone from being product oriented with a strong technical focus, to becoming gradually more market oriented with competition orientation but foremost customer orientation as their most distinguished learning behaviours.
Vi-kan-ju-banken -HÀlsorelaterat förÀndringsarbete i arbetslivet (Health promotion in the workplace)
With starting point in the increasing ill-health in Swedish working life today, in form of for example absence due to sickness and early retirement pension, and the knowledge that the working environment effects peoples health in a big extent, I found it very interesting to inquire into how people within the working life experience health promotion and how this can be developed. A qualitative method was used to receive a deeper understanding for the employees? experiences and data was collected through semi structured interviews with employees on a bank called Ikanobanken, in Ălmhult. The result shows, among other things, that respondents find responsibility and the opportunity to influence the learning processes and development important. It also became clear that the respondents find participation, motivation, communication and safety essential factors when related to changes in health behaviours.

Title: Brain GymŸ? An approach to increase self-knowledge in situations of learning?- A study at the Malmö Academy of Music from a teacher and student perspective. Brain GymŸ is a method developed by Paul Dennison in his studies of physiology and aims to eliminate potential blockages during the process of learning. During the influence of stress, as in learning, we do not possess a total access to our perceptive ability. Instead we are limited to our so called dominance profile.
Ord som gör ont : FörskollÀrares uppfattning om förskolebarns krÀnkande sprÄk
Detta arbete har som syfte att undresöka förskollÀrares uppfattningar om verbala krÀnkningar mellan barn. Arbetet söker svar pÄ hur de krÀnkande sprÄket kan vara en del i barns sociala utvecklning. Jag har genomfört intervjuer med förskollÀrare för att kunna ta del av deras erfarenhet och kunskap inom omrÄdet. I mina resultat har det framkommit att förskolans pedagoger Àr en viktig del av barns sociala utveckling. Det Àr i förskolan man fÄr sina första upplevelser av vÀnskap, men det Àr ocksÄ dÀr i relationerna som man kan bli utsatt, eller utsÀtta andra, för verbal krÀnkning.
Arbete med lÀs- och skrivutveckling i grundskolans tidigare skolÄr : TvÄ pedagoger berÀttar om sina arbetssÀtt
The purpose of this paper is to examine how teachers choose to work with the teaching of reading and writing skills, how teachers justify their choice of teaching method and how the documentation of student development is being used. This paper also discusses the definition of reading and writing, phonological awareness and how different reading- and writing educational methods can be combined. The gathering of information has been done through a literature review in which I have looked at past research on reading and writing. I have also conducted qualitative interviews with teachers involved in literacy learning. The result of my research shows that it is not possible to determine which literacy learning methods that are most effective.

This study has examined how teachers in primary education with experience of inclusion look on inclusive education. The study was based on the concept of inclusion and how it is made possible in primary school. The study was conducted using semi-structured qualitative life-world interviews with three teachers in primary education with included pupils with learning disabilities in their class. The results show the complexity of having a pupil with learning disabilities in class. To interpret, follow and then assess under two syllabuses are seen as difficult.
Variation ? en nyckel till lÀrande? : En Learning study med fokus pÄ förÀndringar i förskolebarns sÀtt att beskriva vad en skugga Àr.
Learning study (LS) och Variationsteorin representerar ett nytt sÀtt att se pÄ barns lÀrande,vilket kan ge förskollÀrare redskap för hur det pedagogiska arbetet kan organiseras kring ettvisst innehÄll. Betydelsen av att definiera lÀrandeobjekt lyfts fram och dÀrmed Àven detintentionella lÀrandet, dvs. att klargöra vad barnen ska ges möjlighet att lÀra. Syftet Àr attutifrÄn ett LS-projekt studera om och i sÄ fall pÄ vilket sÀtt Variationsteorin kan bidra till attskapa goda förutsÀttningar för lÀrande i förskolan. Resultatet av ett LS-projekt analyserasmed fokus pÄ förskolebarns lÀrande i betydelsen kvalitativa förÀndringar i barns sÀtt attbeskriva lÀrandeobjektet - Vad Àr en skugga?Resultatet visar att LS-modellen och Variationsteorin fungerar vÀl som pedagogiska redskap iförskolan.
Lek i förskolan : En studie av fri och styrd lek
The purpose of my study is to examine how four teachers reflect on free play and controlled play in preschool. What are their reflects concerning free play, controlled play and children?s development and education. The main focus of this research is the experiences of the teachers and I compare their perspectives against each other regarding free and controlled play.To be able to realize this study, I propose the following questions:What kind of vision does the teacher have concerning free play and controlled play?According to the teacher, how does playing affect the children?Which development areas are affected by participating in the play?This is a qualitative study, based on interviews with four teachers from two different preschools.

Syftet Àr att undersöka hur anstÀllda pÄ Volvo Car Corporation resonerar om en utbildningssatsning med blandade utbildningsformer. Fokus lÀggs pÄ aspekter som anses frÀmja respektive hindra lÀrande i de olika momenten, i synnerhet det datorbaserade utbildningsmomentet. Teori & tidigare forskning Undersökningen utgÄr frÄn ett handlingsteoretiskt perspektiv pÄ lÀrande och begreppen lÀrandevillkor, handlingsutrymme, anpassnings- och utvecklingsinriktat lÀrande, inre och yttre motivation samt förÀndring anvÀnds för att lyfta fram viktiga aspekter i utbildningssatsningen. Tidigare forskning berör undersökningar om fördelar och nackdelar med anvÀndandet av e-learning och blended learning. Metod Ett kvalitativt tillvÀgagÄngssÀtt tillÀmpades i form av semistrukturerade fokusgruppsintervjuer med elva anstÀllda inom organisationen.
Yrkesidentitet och yrkeskultur i det Arbetsplatsförlagda lÀrandet : en intervjustudie med sex handledare för elever pÄ Barn- och fritidsprogrammet.
The purpose of this examination was to find how supervisors interpreted the termsvocational identity and vocational culture, found in the diploma goals in workplace-based learning at the Child- and Recreation Programme. To reach the purpose, I formulated questions that I answered through a qualitative study. I made six interviews with pre-school teachers who had been supervisors for students at the Child- and Recreation Programme. The informants answered the same questions and the answers were recorded. The result of the study showed that the supervisors made a fairly consistent interpretation of the terms.
Det löser sig! : Förberedelsens betydelse för gymnasieelevers lÀrande vid kemilaborationer
Laboratory work is a big part of chemistry education in high school. During our student training placement we have noticed that the laboratory work is not fully utilized to develop studentsÂŽ chemistry knowledge. This problem made us want to investigate how the laboratory work in chemistry could be set, to become more meaningful for students. We introduced two preparation methods, and examined the outcome of students learning experiences and their acquisition of chemistry knowledge. This was examined both through surveys and observation.
