Denna kandidatuppsats syftar till att utvärdera en i sammanhanget ny modell för värdering av optioner. Modellen går under namnet SABR och har enligt flera bedömare tagit en position som branschstandard inom vissa områden. Flera forskningsrapporter har presenterats i vilka modellen analyseras matematiskt och tillämpas på specifika marknader. I denna uppsats används data från Chicago Board of Exchange, mer specifikt optionen på S&P 500 index. Tillämpningen grundas på en kalibrering (regression) av vissa parametrar.

The aim for this thesis is to study the international gender equality work from a perspective of the concept of universalism and particularism, with the United Nation?s Declaration of Human Rights, and especially -?The Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women?, in focus. The shadowreports of Namibia and Sweden are used as examples of how countries with different historical, political and social contexts are working with gender equality.A theroetical framework is constitued by theories as postmodernism, postcolonialism and feminism with basis from social constructionism. The thesis is methodological influenced by Critical Discourse Analysis. Notions from former studies were also used as tools in the analysis.

Our thesis focus on how retirees perceive Tv4s news casts of economy news where we focused on five different aspects: What is the relationship between the news cast and the viewer and how does the viewer express their understanding of the news cast and the way it is constructed? What are the viewers attitude towards the news content and how do they find the news cast useful for them personally?We choosed retirees as our target group due to their vulnerable economic position in today?s society and TV as an important medium for them due to the digital divide. The study was performed with twelve qualitative interviews and one group interview where six retirees took part.We discovered a big interest for economic news in the target group. The majority had a sympathetic view of the news cast they saw but they also expressed skepticism toward the economy segment and/or news castings. The majority expressed a lack of trust for the journalists and the experts brought in to share observations and make announcements, and the financial business overall.

The term ?health maintenance? was introduced in the 1960?s. A common conception nowadays is that health maintenance is always beneficial. Gestaldo (1997) meant that health education on one hand could give the individual a feeling of autonomy, but on the other hand also put the individual in an inferior position where the teacher represented ?the truth?.

Efter en cervixcancer blir livet aldrig riktigt det samma. Sjuksköterskor är i en unik position för att hjälpa kvinnorna med anpassningen till de förändringar som sjukdomen drar med sig. Syftet med denna studie är att belysa kvinnors upplevda fysiska och psykiska förändring efter cervixcancer och sjuksköterskans roll i arbetet med dessa kvinnor. Metoden är en litteraturstudie baserad på elva veten¬skapliga artiklar. Analysen resulterade i fem teman: sexuella aspekter, fysiska problem, psykiska besvär, sociala aspekter och sjuksköterskans roll.

Människors yrkesval och syn på framtida arbetsliv influeras av olika faktorer som i sin tur har formats av evolutionen eller den sociala omgivningen. Människans kognitiva förmågor är ett av elementen som påverkar yrkesvalsprocessen, men är också kanske en bidragande orsak till könssegregeringen på arbetsmarknaden. Hur människor ser sig själva i den framtida yrkesrollen kan också vara en anledning till varför det finns en könsskillnad på arbetsmarknaden. Through the collection and analysis of negotiations surrounding the gay magazine Destroyer, the intention of this paper is to identify norms of sexuality within a contemporary sex-radical discourse. These negotiations are collected from interviews with individuals whom, at the time of the inter-view, consider themselves or their politics sex-radical. In order to allow for a more general under-standing of the context in which these negotiations have come about, material about Swedish law is also included in this text, together with the interview material, and serves as a base for analysis through the application of Gayle Rubin?s theory on the hierarchical value system of sexuality.Following, are the main themes throughout the paper: The meaning of the context; Sexualized children; The possibility to (not) participate: differences of power; The decision whether or not to sell the publication and The position of the pedophile and crossgenerational love/sexuality within the LGBTQ community.Key words: sex radicalism, pornography, boy-love, kiddy porn, pedophilia, Destroyer, Gayle Rubin..

Tekniken idag utvecklas ständigt, barnen i dagens förskola föds in i en digital värld fylld av teknik. Användandet av surfplattor har ökat kraftigt bland förskolebarn jämfört med år 2012. Syftet med vår studie var att undersöka vilka sociala positioner barn intar när de använder iPaden i den fria leken. Vi har använt oss av Agneta Ljung Djärfs avhandling Spelet runt datorn ? datoranvändande som meningsskapande praktik i förskolan (2004). I avhandlingen presenterar Ljung Djärf positionerna ägare, deltagare och åskådare.

This study has a qualitative approach and deals with difficult issues that arise in connection to male violence against women in close relations. The purpose of this study is to bring clarity to why women stay in violent relationships. I have been studying two leading theories, one called the Normalization Process of Violence represented by Eva Lundgren (sociology and theology). The other leading theory is the Neutralization of Violence represented by Margareta Hydén (fil dr and leg psycho therapeut).I have also studied the fight between these two theories for the leading position in the research on male violence against women. Eva Lundgren presents her theory through a structural perspective.

The purpose of this essay was to increase the knowledge of and understanding about how teenage girls form their attiutdes towards sexuality and relations. The focus has been on discussing the research-question from four factors of influence chosen by the writers; sexual education, media, friends and family. Our intention with the study was also to take part of the teenagegirls´thoughts, attitudes and opinions in the matter, which is to keep the discussion on a structural level. The study is based on qualitativ interviews, in so called focusgroups, with all toghether eight girls in the ages 14-15 years, students in the ninth grade. The study has a postmodern feministic approach combined with a fenomenological and hermeneutic position.

The aim of this essay is to illustrate a fundamental question; what is a democracy allowed to do to protect itself from enemies? I´ve chosen to analyze the conflict between the two values; individual integrity and state´s security. The individual integrity refers to every person's right to have a protected sphere, and the stat´s security refers to its right to protect itself, and these two positions are often time incompatible. This conflict of value is shown in a normative analysis, where depending on which perspective or normative logic is seen as primate, it gives different conclusions to what a democracy should do to defend itself.To demonstrate how severe the threats are against the society, I choose to examine a specific part of the organized crime, the outlaw motorcycle gangs. They have a special position in affecting the legal system because they have an explicit aim to influence the judicial system with scaremongering and threats.

The ordinary phone of today is not the same as it was 10 years ago. We still use them tomake phone calls and to send text messages, but the ordinary phone of today has muchmore uses, it is essentially a computer. To put into context to 10 years ago, it is a verypowerful computer, capable of processing wide array of information and presenting it tothe user. Nearly every single device today has a wireless connection, which makes everyuser connectable and able to use online services and internet at any time and place.This gives the user the possibility to integrate his or hers everyday actions with socialmedia and different search functions. Being able to search the internet for persons,restaurants, public transportation and a lot more is very useful to most.

Chefsrollen förknippas främst med egenskaper som traditionellt sett anses vara av manlig karaktär, vilket medför att kvinnor uppfattas mindre lämpade som chefer. Kvinnor kan därmed ha svårare att se sig själva i en ledande position. Konsekvensen blir ett felaktigt fokus på kvinnors svårigheter att bli chefer snarare än att titta på deras möjligheter. Syftet med föreliggande studie var att definiera gemensamma faktorer hos framgångsrika kvinnliga chefer. Urvalet bestod av tio unga chefer som intervjuades med hjälp av fokuserade intervjuer.

The purpose of my research has been to analyze the communi-cation of three cultural heritages and how they are being ex-posed on their respective webpages. The essay has also touched the subject as to how webpages can, through marketing of cul-tural heritages, create a connection to the marketed locations and their cultural environment. A phenomenon you could call ?creating a location?. My study has also resulted in an under-standing of how historical sites as cultural actors position them-selves to attract visitors to the location.
