Ansta?llda inom tre kommunalt a?gda bolag i Ga?strikland (n = 303) fick a?r 2013 besvara en enka?t.

Bakgrund: Personer som injicerar droger riskerar att drabbas av allvarliga infektioner. Tidigare studier har visat att personal som möter personer i risk inte har tillräckligt med kunskap för att erbjuda hälsofrämjande insatser.Syfte:Att kartlägga personalens kunskap om infektioner som kan drabba personer som injicerar droger,samt undersöka om utbildnings intervention ökar personalens kunskap och motivation till preventiva samtal.Metod:Totalt genomfördes fem utbildningar med 26 deltagare från psykiatri-, och infektionsavdelning, samt ungdomsmottagning. Studien genomfördes med enkät före och en månad efter utbildning. Enkäten innehöll kunskapsfrågor och frågor om erfarenhet av preventionssamtal med personer i risk.Resultat:Studien visade att personalen saknade tillräcklig kunskap om smitta vid injektion av droger och att personer i risk inte i tillräcklig omfattning erbjöds information och stöd. Innan utbildning skulle enbart 60 % av personalen samtala om smitta vid injektion av droger om de fick frågor av personer i risk.

This is an essay about health promotion and organisation development. The problem concerning all health issues that can be tied to work related illnesses has long been a problem in Sweden. For example did this problem alone cost the Swedish government 25 million crones a day between the years 2000-2001. This is a major issue and there is lots of money to save in this area. This is why we wanted to research how to promote health by changing the structure of the selected company.

Syftet med arbetet är att beskriva och analysera hur finländarna upplever bastubadandets påverkan på livskvaliteten. Frågeställning är hur upplever finländaren att det starkt kulturbundna och vardagliga bastubadandet påverkar deras hälsa med tonvikt på livskvalitet? Finlands befolkning är ca. 5,1 miljoner invånare och det finns över 2 miljoner bastun (Statistikcentralen 2004). Finländaren badar bastu i medeltal 1-2 gånger i veckan.

Skolsköterskan har en viktig roll i det hälsofrämjande arbetet med överviktiga elever för att kunna främja goda levnadsvanor.Syfte: Syftet var att beskriva skolsköterskors erfarenheter av arbetet med övervikt hos elever inom skolhälsovården.Metod: Studien genomfördes med en kvalitativ ansats. Åtta skolsköterskor intervjuades med semistrukturerade frågor utifrån en intervjuguide. Intervjuerna analyserades med en kvalitativ manifest innehållsanalys.Resultat: Studiens resultat presenterades utifrån fyra kategorier och 12 underkategorier. Kategorin ?Mötet i fokus? visade att skolsköterskorna använde sig av ett individuellt och professionellt förhållningssätt i mötet med elev och föräldrar.

This can be a problem for parents who face new challenges towards the older sibling, which can lead to parents looking for advice and support. Parenting is an activity that strengthens the role of parents and provides information about children's health and social development. Introduction: Child maltreatment, perpetrated by a caregiver, is a major health problem. The child suffers not only at the instance the abuse or maltreatment occurs, the consequences may persist into adulthood. The specialist nurse in child health (CHN), who works at a child health care unit, comes across almost every child growing up in Sweden. The CHN has an opportunity to implement primary prevention with the family during the child's first years. Aim: The aim of this study is to describe the CHN experiences regarding primary prevention to avoid domestic child maltreatment.

Syftet var vidare att beskriva vilken vägledning föräldrarna får av vårdpersonal. Sökorden som användes var child, children, childhood, obesity, prevention, health promotion, information, results, primary care, perceptions, care, nurse, qualitative, quantitative, fetma, övervikt och barn. Resultatet baserades på sju stycken kvalitativa artiklar, tio stycken kvantitativa artiklar samt en litteraturstudie som söktes i ELIN@Dalarna, www.google.se, www.fhi.se och på www.sbu.se och som därefter granskades av uppsatsförfattarna. I denna litteraturstudie framkom att barns inställning till mat och fysisk aktivitet är beroende på deras ålder.

Sweden is going through big changes within the bank sector. Increasing card usage, decrease of cash acceptance in the society, an attempt to reduce money laundering, and a possible increase in profitability has lead to the rescindment of cash management among three of the four major banks. This has lead to a big debate in the society, a lot of frustration from customers, and a drop in customer satisfaction for every bank that started the process of removing cash management. The purpose of this study is to find out how the banks could keep their customer satisfaction when removing cash management. When doing the study, the rescindment of cash was a deduction of a part of the service, compared to the normal adding or starting of a service. The study was done through a focus group that was the base of a questionnaire that got answered by 125 respondents.

AbstractIn this master´s thesis I primarily investigate librarians´ and teachers´ conceptions of collaboration between libraries and schools and their conceptions of childrens´reading. Secondary I investigate the contents of laws concerning libraries and schools and also the school curriculums concerning the subject field of the Swedish language. My theoretical point of departure is that of social constructionism. I use two models in my analysis. One is a model of collaboration created by Patricia Montiel-Overall, called TLC (Teacher Librarian Collaboration), which grades collaboration from the lowest level (A) to the highest (D).

Bakgrund: Trots all forskning och kunskap om vikten av fysisk aktivitet ökar livsstilrelaterade sjukdomar. WHO (Världshälsoorganisationen) har klassificerat fysisk inaktivitet som en av fyra ohälsosamma levnadsvanor som vid minimering kan förebygga sjukdom och för tidig död. Fysisk aktivitet på recept (FaR) inkluderar hälsofrämjande hälso- och sjukvård och ökad fysisk aktivitet som är två av Sveriges elva folkhälsomål. Syftet med litteraturstudien var att undersöka hur fysisk aktivitet på recept påverkar den fysiska aktivitetsnivån. Metod: En litteraturstudie gjordes och sökning utfördes i LibHub och Academic Search Elite av artiklar publicerade mellan 2005 och 2012.

International trade in services has increased over the past 30 years as a result of progress in information and communication technology, increased focus on services from the manufacturing sector and the establishment of trade associations.The international market for healthcare services, also referred to as medical tourism, is growing more and more. Patients increasingly seeking treatment at other countries healthcare systems because of long queues within their own country or because it exists better prices for the same care abroad. However, this type of service exports occurs at a limited extent in Sweden.The purpose of this study is to highlight and analyze the conditions for Swedish service companies to export healthcare services. This, includes the challenges and opportunities that exist to expand the exports of these services.The approach for this study has been in the form of interviews with two market actors and written responses, from the same interview guide, with three market actors. These market participants are the so-called Care companies which export healthcare services in various counties, and the membership organization Swecare who work with export promotion activities for its members in the Swedish healthcare sector.
