Denna studie kommer att skapa en förståelse för rekryteringsstrategiernasom ett specifikt företag som uppger sig jobba enligt Talent Management använder sig av.Syfte: Syftet med denna undersökning är att skapa en förståelse för hur ett företag somuppger sig jobba med Talent Management utformar sin rekryteringsstrategi och därigenomkunna uppfylla ett kunskapstomrum angående rekryteringsstrategierna inomforskningsområdet Talent Management.Forskningsfrågor:Hur definieras talang vid rekrytering i ett företag som jobbar med Talent Management?Hur väljer företag vilka rekryteringsstrategier som är lämpliga?Vilka rekryteringsstrategier använder sig företaget utav?Metod: Denna studie har genomförts med en kvalitativ forskningsmetod som har innefattatsemistrukturerade intervjuer för materialinsamlingen. Intervjuerna och det empiriskamaterialet är insamlat från ett ledande företag inom sin branchen.Slutsats: Denna studie kunde påvisa att de centrala rekryteringsstrategierna i ett företag somuppger sig använda sig utav Talent Management är Head Hunting, Employer Branding,profilering samt talangpooler. Vi kunde även dra slutsatser att samtliga rekryteringsstrategiersom förekommer inom ett företag inte nödvändigtvis behöver tillhöra den rådande uttalademanagementstilen.

The majority of the data comes from qualitativ interviews with persons in the industry.Conclusion: The music festivals in Sweden are acting under a constant economic pressure which leads to an experienced need for a larger workforce - mosty non-profit. The result of this study shows that the larger workforces are both unmotivated and decreases the effeciency of the work. The study aims to highlight the diffrenses between non-profit and commersial festivals and the way they work with human resource management and personal in different levels of the organization..

Syftet med uppsatsen är att granska om det finns arbitragemöjligheter på marknaden och när dessa uppstår, med hänsyn tagen till transaktionskostnader. Då arbitrage kan uppstå på flera marknader har vi valt att begränsa oss till aktiemarknaden, eftersom vi har mest kunskap inom detta område. Teorier som använts i uppsatsen är CAPM och den effektiva marknadshypotesen (EMH) i sina tre former svag-, semistark- och stark form. Förutom teorierna har information om arbitrage även hämtats från artiklar. Vi har granskat 10 korsnoterade aktier.

The relation between LIS and physical bibliography is examined primarily through an analysis of such LIS literature as applies physical bibliography in research or otherwise discusses its relevance to information studies. Quite a number of scholars are stressing the usefulness of this bibliographical tradition, even though its position in LIS agenda as a whole seems to be less established. These scholars suggest that physical bibliography presents interesting conceptual and theoretical implications for many of the central objects of study in LIS, for example, knowledge organization, information retrieval, and information seeking. It is also suggested that physical bibliography could help deepen our knowledge and understanding of the digital media ecology. Physical bibliography is foremost seen as a method for the analysis of documents, a method in which not least its terminological apparatus may be a significant tool.

Innehållshantering är ett växande ämne, fler och fler företag har en strategi för sininnehållshantering och systemmarknaden för att hantera detta behov växer.Innehållshanteringssystem hjälper organisationer att få kontroll över sina dokument ochärenden. Ett innehållshanteringssystem kan strukturera flöden och processer och ökarspårbarheten bland dokumenten. Intresset för att byta till ett mer modernare system finnspå en bred front, allt från små företag till företag med flera tusen anställda.Syftet med denna studie har varit att ta fram aspekter som är viktiga att belysa inför ettinförande av ett innehållshanteringssystem. Aspekterna har tagits fram genom kvalitativaintervjuer av personal på Scanlube i Göteborg samt en intervju med en leverantör avdenna form av system. Det utfördes också en bred analys av litteratur kring detta område.De aspekter som framkom var behov, säkerhet och stabilitet, integration, användbarhet,skalbarhet och flexibilitet samt kostnad.

The aim of my ?two years master thesis? was to examine school administrators perceptions about important information literacy skills that the students should be able to control, perceptions about what role the teachers and the librarians have in teaching students information literacy and perceptions about the collaboration between these groups. My questions have been: Have the school administrators reflected upon the conception of information literacy? What conceptions do school administrators have about important information literacy skills that the students should be able to control? What role do they consider the teachers and the librarians to have in making all students information literate? How do they consider the collaboration between the teachers and the librarians work? What role do they consider themselves to have on a management level to make all students? information literate? I used a phenomenographical method and carried out six qualitative interviews with school administrators from five senior high schools in the municipality of Gävle. Both public schools and independent schools were included in the study. Most of the school administrators considered information literacy to be the same as criticism of sources, which they also considered as one of the most important information literacy skills.

Background: Diabetes is a common disease where the degree of self-management is of paramount importance. Individual factors influences both cooping and general wellbeing among diabetic patients. Glycemic control is known to be important but other factors ought to be considered. Aim: The aim of this study was to describe how individual self-management influences the general wellbeing among adult diabetic patients. There is an ongoing process where the free market within the European Union is expanding, partly through the incorporation of new member states, partly through the signing of association agreements with nearby countries and regions. When trade barriers are removed in different ways more companies consider an internationalization of the company. However, the procedure of the internationalization of companies is a rather new and unexplored area in the context of research. The focus of this study is therefore to examine how a few companies situated in Sweden, has proceeded while searching for knowledge during the internationalization process. Data has been collected through interviews that have been balanced with information from Internet and other sources.

The purpose of this study is to facilitate sustainable building by the use of BIM. The goal is to determine which aspects of sustainable building, which can be analyzed mainly with BIM tools, but also other aids.The study is based on literature studies and interviews. The literature review examines aspects important for sustainable building by studying environmental certification systems applicable in Sweden, as well as the BIM tools available on the market to analyze these aspects. The literature also includes the concepts of BIM and sustainability in order to provide a clearer view of its meaning. The interviews have brought the study's overall understanding of the industry and guidance on the subject.The results are presented in a table, where the aspects relevant to sustainable building are listed.
