Mot bakgrund av den ökade rörlighet som idag kan skönjas på arbetsmarknaden och de följder det får i form av tillfälliga behov att hyra in personal syftar föreliggande uppsats att ge svar på frågan om vilka organisatoriska konsekvenser integrationen av inhyrd personal kan få för kompetens och lärande.Centrala är frågorna om hur inhyrd personal integreras med organisationen, hur individens kompetens tas tillvara och hur möjligheterna till lärande ser ut. För att uppnå syftet genomfördes intervjuer med låg grad av standardisering och strukturering mot bakgrund av kvalitativa och induktiva utgångspunkter.Resultatet visade att i de fall integrationen av inhyrd personal leder till att konstruktiva relationer skapas och att man bibehåller en nödvändig stabilitet i dessa relationer kan det ge konstruktiva följder i form av att kompetens bärs, upprätthålls och utvecklas mellan individer och grupper. Detta kräver att organisationen skapar förutsättningar för ett sådant samspel och att den organiserar för lärande annars riskerar arbetsplatsens relationik att slitas sönder vilket kan ledat till att lärprocesser och individuell konstruktion av kompetens utarmas..

The aim of this Master?s thesis is to examine how a person?s library use and reading can change with time. It also examines how different factors in a person?s context or in the life situation can affect these activities. The analysis is based upon qualitative interviews with three persons, two women and one man between 67 and 69 years of age.

The aim of this study was to examine which motivational factors that influence adult immigrants to learn Swedish through SFI education in Sweden.

This essay is a case study that deals with the integration of Scania into Sweden,which started for over 300 years ago. The purpose is to capture why theintegration of Scania succeeded, what were the main reasons or factors and todiscuss the effects the scanian identity and culture had on the integration. This hasbeen done with the help of different theories that will help sort out main factors tothe successful integration. The result of the study revealed a number of factors, tobegin with the scanian identity appeared not to be such a great obstacle for theintegration that one could believe. The identity developed because of the?swedification?, which were the measures the Swedish government took tointegrate the new territory.

The aim was to study the factors that contributed to the prescription of physical activity on prescription (PaP) by the professions in primary healthcare. A qualitative method was used in the study. The sample consisted of six participants; two doctors, two physiotherapists and two district nurses in primary healthcare in Uppsala County. The data were collected with semi-structured interviews and were analyzed with a thematic approach. The results show a great variety in which type of patient that receive PaP, however people with lifestyle diseases such as diabetes, hypertension and obesity are often more represented.

With a shifting world market and periodically profitability issues, Swedish farmers seekalternative ways to enhance their profitability. One interesting alternative to get a highervalue and enhance products is biodiesel, a way to improve the profitability on a farmscale.The diesel that is produced and sold, already have a mixture of 5% biodiesel, andthere is a possibility to add more biodiesel to it. By developing new engines severalengine-manufacturers now allow a mixture up to 100% biodiesel in their engines. Hencethere is a market for an increased production of biodiesel. The aim of this study were toinvestigate the possibilities and the problems related to farm-scale production ofbiodiesel, and to study the profit margin in the production.

Denna uppsats undersöker vad lärare och pedagogisk personal på historiska institutioner tänker om elevers studiebesök på platser med historisk anknytning. Dessutom undersöker vi huruvida historiska studiebesök kan främja elevernas historiemedvetande utifrån teorin om historiemedvetandets fem processer. Utifrån intervjuer med lärare på högstadieskolor såväl som pedagogisk personal på historiska besöksmål har vi funnit att det finns tydliga värden i att göra historiska studiebesök samt vissa problem och hinder. Dagens samhälle ställer höga krav på flexibilitet och därför är personalinhyrning en företeelse som blir allt mer vanlig. Företag ska kunna hantera upp- och nedgångar i arbetskraftsbehov på ett smidigt sätt, vilket personalinhyrning bidrar till. Företeelsen är ännu inte riktigt accepterad av samhället och därför var syftet med denna uppsats att undersöka hur den externa synen, på företag som hyr in personal, ser ut. Den empiriska undersökningen genomfördes med hjälp av personliga intervjuer med åtta intressenter till inhyrningsföretag. Den slutsats vi har kunnat dra är att synen på inhyrningsföretag överlag är positiv bland intressenterna.
