Our study aimed at gaining insight of co-workers experiences of different factors that affects the verbal communication and leads to dialogue and misunderstanding between co-workers and their managers. The empirical material was gained from semi-structured interviews with co-workers at various departments within the same organization. We used a hermeneutic interpretive approach and our data was analyzed concerning different factors affecting communication. The result has been interpreted using the theories of deliberative conversations and dialogue competence. We have also used Illeris theory of learning. The result shows a number of factors that affects communication between co-workers and managers.

The authors of this thesis have studied the handling of personal information in various kinds of organizations, because the perception is that the knowledge in this area is weak relative to the weight of the subject.The purpose of this paper has been partly to shed light on how knowledge of this area in the organizations that we have visited during the study but also to answer questions about handling, knowledge and security, and identification of individuals in different systems. What kind of problems the processing of these data creates and why these problems occur.In the beginning of our study we understood the importance of using the correct identifier and therefore chose also to examine what the various identifiers used by the organizations and why they chose these particular identifiers.In the qualitative analysis, Datainspektionen´s general rules and advice has been used as a basis together with the laws applicable to the organizations to get a good picture of how management of personal information is in these organizations.What we have found in this paper is that knowledge about how personal data is handled and what laws and rules are saying is very much dependent on how central the information is to these organization's activities. The police use so many different types of records for their organization to function well and they have very good knowledge of laws and regulations. In contrast, schools that do not handle as much of personal data themselves nor have the same knowledge among staff and do not have enough resources to cope with keeping the same knowledge base as the police. This is something that applies to all types of handling, depending on how important the information is for the organization, the better the security and knowledge in handling the data is..

Bakgrund: Dagligen sker akuta besök i hälso- och sjukvården med medicinska, praktiska, sociala och emotionella behov där det medicinska behovet är första prioritet. Personalen möter dagligen situationer som inte bearbetas då det inte finns tid och resurs för detta.  Anhöriga kommer ofta i kläm då det kan saknas tid, resurs och kunskap för att möta deras behov. Det kan ge problem och konsekvenser för involverade patienter, anhöriga och vårdpersonal. På vissa akutmottagningar används en kurator som arbetar med patienter, anhöriga och personal ur ett helhetsperspektiv. Syfte: Syftet var att undersöka vårdpersonalens uppfattning av behovet av en kurator på en akutmottagning.

Detta är en kvalitativ studie med hermeneutisk ansats som syftar till att undersöka en grupp förskollärares och en logopeds tankar om flerspråkighet och barn som har flera språk och en språkstörning. I studien ställs frågor om förskollärarnas och logopedens tankar om flerspråkighet och barn som har flera språk och en språkstörning. Vidare undersöks respondenternas syn på modersmålsträning, att arbeta integrerat med flerspråkig personal, samt deras tankar bakom strategierna för deras metodval i arbetet med barn som har flera språk och barn som har flera språk och en språkstörning. Studien grundar sig på intervjuer med sex förskollärare och en intervju med en logoped. Resultatet visar att flerspråkighet ses både som en resurs och som ett hinder av förskollärarna.

This study focuses on the use of animals in social work from the perspective of social workers. The purpose of this study is to examine social workers? experiences of animal assisted social work and how social workers view the integration of animals in various fields of social work. The research is based on a qualitative method and four semi-structured interviews were conducted with social workers. The theories incorporated in the study are Attachment Theory and Sense of Coherence (SOC).The following results are presented: Social workers are considered to have a more comprehensive understanding of clients compared to their associates who do not hold a degree in Social Work.

This thesis is based on the conception that class is relevant. The thesis discussesclass relevance and consciousness of class amongst personal at the department ofsocial welfare in Lund.I have studied different theories of class from Karl Marx, Max Weber and PierreBourdieu. The study´s empirical survey is based on interviews with the personalat the department of social welfare in Lund. Denna uppsats syftar till att undersöka och beskriva hur personal på en psykiatrisk intensivvårdavdelning upplever och förhåller sig till bältesläggning. Jag har även valt att fokusera på hur personalen upplever och förhåller sig till bältesläggning av patientgruppen unga kvinnor med personlighetsstörning och självskadebeteende. För att få svar på mina frågor har jag valt att göra kvalitativa intervjuer med personal på en psykiatrisk intensivvårdavdelning. Jag har sedan analyserat min empiri utifrån ett maktperspektiv, då detta synsätt ger en intressant vinkel på de olika dilemman och svårigheter som personal möter i samband med tvångsåtgärder. Jag har tagit del av tidigare forskning för att få kunskap om ämnet men även för att fördjupa min analys.

The aim of this essay was to look into and compare the experiences and opinions about the practice of 13 § LVM among persons that, through their profession, use the law.The questions we have been asking were; what experiences and opinions the individuals have about the paragraph in general, what they think about the cases when no application for LVM is made after a client has been taken in charge as directed by 13 § LVM, and of the fact that the majority of cases of LVM are initiated by the same paragraph. Another question was how the individuals think about the legal security in connection to 13 § LVM.The methods used are qualitative and we have interviewed individuals from different fields of social work that comes in contact with drug abusers.The findings from these studies include that care made out of the clients' free will is the main reason why an application is not made. It is also the reason to why many LVM initiates as directed by 13 § LVM for the reason that the districts above all try to help the clients without force. The economical aspects are repeatedly mentioned as another reason to the problems appeared in connection with 13 § LVM..

Aim. The aim of this study is to analyze the living conditions of physically disabled people from the viewpoint of sexuality issues with regards to personal assistance services, identity and attitudes in society on disability and sexuality. Background. Not much research is done on sexuality issues for physically disabled people. Even though we live in a society where sexuality takes up a lot of space in the media, the culture and is acknowledged to be of great importance for every person?s wellbeing, the sexuality of disabled people is often not recognized and discussed.

De stora och etablerade gymkedjorna verkar på en marknad som kännetecknas av att vara mogen och som under de senaste åren blivit utsatt för en ökad konkurrens. Den ökade konkurrensen utgörs utav de nyetablerade lågpriskedjorna. Strukturer med höga omkostnader gör de etablerande svårföränderliga till en sänkning av pris till samma nivå som de nyetablerade. De måste därmed skapa mervärde exempelvis genom personal och service i form utav intern marknadsföring. Studiens syfte är att analysera och undersöka intern marknadsföring mellan ledning och personal och dess påverkan på kundlojalitet och långsiktig överlevnad för ett stort, etablerat träningsföretag.

Forskningen har i decennier ifrågasatt anställningsintervjuns validitet och reliabilitet. Trots detta så är intervjun ett av de vanligast förkommande urvalsinstrumenten vid rekrytering av personal. Syftet med studien var att undersöka hur rekryteraren tillämpar intervjun som urvals¬instrument vid rekrytering av personal och att få vetskap om hur rekryteraren förbereder och genomför intervjun samt efterarbetet med att bedöma kandidaten. De åtta deltagarna i studien valdes utifrån bekvämlighet och informativitet. Data samlades in med hjälp av halvstrukturerade intervjuer och analyserades med induktiv tematisk analys.

Purpose: The purpose of this qualitative study was to illuminate and analyze what girls with ADHD say they experienced during their school time. The study will also answer the questions of issues; how did the girls say they were treated by their teachers and classmates and which pedagogical experiences can we learn from their statements?Method: In order to investigate this, six semi structured interviews were carried out. I decided not to interview girls in their school age, but women with ADHD who has already graduated, since I believe it can be very sensitive for young girls to talk about the subject and they are not able to give the overall perspective on their school time that I was looking for.Result: The results of the interviews shows that all of the women felt misunderstood during their childhood and they all had bad experiences from school.Conclusion: One of the conclusions of this study is that there are not sufficiently knowledge about girls with ADHD and many of them are not diagnosed until they are grown up which leads to that the girls does not get the support they need in school..

The purpose of this thesis is to reach a deeper understanding of the context of teachers? information seeking. Research in the role of the library in a learning perspective is in demand. To reach our aim we investigate what teachers say about their experiences of the user training during their studies and what effect it had on their information seeking as teachers. We interviewed four teachers and analyzed the transcripts of their sayings about their experiences of their information seeking during their education and a teaching profession.

In this study the aim is to examine how employees in treatment programmes relate to girls that self-harm. To achieve this four questions were formulated: (1) What experiences does the empolyees have of meeting girls that self-harm? (2) Based on the employees? experiences, what has been the background to why the girls self-harm? (3) Based on the employees? experience, what increases or decreases the risk of self-harm? (4) How do the employees? work with girls that self-harm? The method being used was qualitative interviews with vignettes. The theoretical framework is Becker?s Labeling Theory and Bronfenbrenner?s Ecology of Human Development.
