Denna studie syftar till att beskriva patienters upplevelse av läkemedelsassisterad behandling för opiatberoende (LARO), även kallad underhållsbehandling. I studien undersöks hur upplevelsen av LARO är och hur den beskrivs utifrån två olika patientgrupper; de patienter med en mindre välfungerande behandling som dagligen går till mottagningen för att ta medicin övervakat och som lämnar urinprov två gånger i veckan, samt de patienter med en välfungerande behandling som går till mottagningen två gånger i veckan för att lämna urinprov men hämtar medicin på apoteket. I uppsatsen har sex patienter intervjuats om hur de upplever LARO. Uppsatsens resultat illustrerar bland annat upplevd brist på delaktighet och empowerment i behandlingen samt vikten av en god relation mellan patienter och personal på LARO-mottagningen. Studiens slutsats är att Patient empowerment bör vara grundstenen i all arbete med omvårdnad och behandling..

The purpose of this essay is to investigate how social workers experience and understand subjects such as racism, discrimination, and similar attitudes that can exist in institutions of social work. We also want to bring to light how ?race?/ethnicity, gender and class are related to uneven access to Swedish welfare. Our main questions aim to examine how structural and institutional racism forms social workers daily practices and how this in turn affects ?immigrant? women.

Syftet med denna studie är att utifrån intervjupersonernas perspektiv undersöka vilken betydelse sociala och ekonomiska utbyten har för en organisations möjlighet att attrahera redan anställd personal. Detta eftersom mycket tidigare forskning kring ämnet är av kvantitativ art och inriktad på att attrahera potentiella rekryter snarare än redan anställd personal. Denna studie jämför även likheter och skillnader mellan chefer och personal. För att undersöka hur en organisation kan attrahera redan anställd personal tas avstamp i hur tidigare forskning redogör för hur fenomenet employer brand image används. Social and emotional learning is getting more and more common to work with in Swedish schools today. That has made it more actual to do studies of how you best can implement a method in health prevention and promotion in schools and how you do for to keep the work sustainable. There are some American studies that describe implementation of methods in schools and a few studies that describe implementation of methods for social and emotional learning in schools. It is important to see implementation as a process and not as an individual event. The process never end but continues as a cycle in three phases; readiness phase, planning phase and implementation phase.The aim of this study was to describe teachers and principals experiences of obstacles and possibilities at implementation of an evidence based program for social an emotional learning in compulsory school as a part of the schools health promotion activities.

The treatment that women get from health care staff can influence the experience of the abortion and how women manage to coping the experience emotionally. The aim of this study was to illuminate women?s experiences in connection with an abortion. The findings show that the women?s social situation led them to the decision of abortion.

In this essay the purpose is to show my readers some of the emotions that professional helpers may experience in their daily work. The result is based on interviews with two helpers who works with people that have a variety of problems. Problems that these helpers are facing can for instance be alcoholism/drug abuse/homelessness/psychic illness or a combination of some of these problems. The questions I´m seeking to answer is; How does these helpers look at their own role and the relationship to their clients, and how do they feel about the group of people they are working with? I will also display some experiences regarding the influence from the society and it´s responsibility towards these people.

Syftet med denna studie var att beskriva och analysera hur samarbetet mellan anhöriga och personal fungerar, för att det på bästa sätt ska komma brukaren tillgodo. Studien omfattade åtta personer, fyra anhöriga som är/var barn till brukare på demensboenden och fyra personal från två olika boenden. Metoden som användes var personliga intervjuer som berörde frågeområdena information, påverkan och deltagande. I intervjusvaren framkom att anhöriga och personal ansåg att samarbetet fungerar/fungerade tillfredsställande. Anhöriga som var framåt och aktivt försökte påverka omsorgen hade goda möjligheter till medinflytande över omsorgen om den närstående.

Syftet med denna studie var att få djupare förståelse av det ömsesidiga samspelet mellan elever med synnedsättning i kombination med flera andra funktionsnedsättningar och personal på en specialskola. Genom intervjuer ville vi undersöka hur personal på en specialskola beskrev ömsesidiga möten och hur det är kopplat till lärande. Resultatet visade på några viktiga förhållanden som var kännetecknande från intervjuerna. Det vi lyfter fram är känslomässig lyhördhet mellan elev och personal, som innebär att man är inkännande och svarar på initiativ och samspel genom att bekräfta med ord och handling. Följsam turtagning, som medför att samspelet upprepas och förnyas genom en ständig förändring.

The purpose of this thesis is to examine how reading different media forms can lead to different experiences for the reader and how they choose which media form to read. Two questions are posed in the study. Question number one is: How does the media form influence the reading experience of the book and question number two is: What reasons can be seen behind the different choices of media forms?The study is based upon qualitative interviews with six readers using different media forms. Two different theories are used for analyzing the result.

As artificial intelligence (AI) has gained more influence in recruitment, both recruitment processes and the role of the recruiter are changing. This study aims to describe and analyze how recruiters translate, use, and relate to AI in their work. Through a qualitative method based on semi-structured interviews and document analysis, the study explores recruiters? experiences, attitudes, as well as perceived obstacles and opportunities regarding the use of AI in recruitment. With a theoretical foundation in translation theory, fashion, and imitation, the study examines how AI is not only followed as a trend, but also shaped and adapted locally through translation, depending on organizational identity and needs.

This bachelor thesis aims to explore the public?s personal connection and attachment to place, as well as their perception of changes in the built environment that has occurred in close proximity to the area. Based upon a questionnaire carried out in a public square in Gothenburg, namely J?rntorget, the study examines the impact of the construction of two high-rise buildings that was initiated roughly five years ago adjacent to the square. The essays theoretical framework is based on the concept sense of place, a concept which derives from the discipline of Geography. Sense of place encompasses the relationship between people and spatial settings, which includes e.g.

This study looks at how probation, client experiences, and criminal policy decisions affect recidivism in Sweden. Gaining a thorough grasp of how social, organizational, and political issues interact and impact the chances of rehabilitation and reintegration is the goal. Three research questions are addressed in the study: First, what are the causes of recidivism? Second, how is probation perceived by staff and clients in terms of control and support? Thirdly, what effects do political decisions have on probation services' operations and clients' chances for recovery?? A qualitative study was conducted with semi-structured interviews with twelve respondents, eight probation clients, three probation officers and one parliamentary politician. There were six themes that discussed the issue of recidivism from different perspectives, the collected data was analyzed through thematic content analysis.

Krävande beteende bland personer med demenssjukdom är en stor utmaning för personal som arbetar inom äldrevård. Syftet med studien var att beskriva hur krävande beteende hos personer med demenssjukdom påverkade bemötandet de fick av personalen och personalens arbetsklimat. Studien genomfördes med en metod för enkätstudier. Resultatet visade att arbetskamrater är viktiga och att arbetet skulle vara nästan omöjligt att genomföra utan att arbeta i team, där arbetskamraterna ger varandra trygghet och respekt. In this project an iPhone application for storing food and drink experiences was developed with focus on an easy interaction design. The already existing market of similar applications were studied and evaluated to extract their positive and negative features. Interviews with experts within the food and drink business where made in the pre study to get a good perception of how to divide and categorize the sections in the application. To optimize the usability, workshops with potential users with different technical experiences where continuously held during the development of the design.During the development two variants of development environments where evaluated. The final result of the application was developed in the environment that made the best impression and seemed to be the best alternative.The resulting product has a thought out design meant to be easy to understand, even for the first time users.
