Jag har studerat det fenomen som i teorin kallas för kanalkonflikter. Jag har genomfört en kvalitativ undersökning. Undersökningen har utformats genom intervjuer på 4 oberoende företag av skiftande storlek. Teoriavsnittet innehåller teorier om marknadsföringsstrategier, e-commercestrategier samt kanalkonflikter. Analysen har skett genom att jag har jämfört teori med empiri.

The term ?good marketing practice? in the 4 § 1 section Swedish marketing law (Marknadsföringslagen 1995:450) has a wide meaning. Besides 5-13 d §§ and 17 §, the term also covers other non legal rules. The essay intends to define the legal meaning of the term as well as examine how it is experienced of laymen in the area. According to 1 § Swedish Marketing law aims to protect business men and consumers from unjustified marketing.

Syftet med denna uppsats är att förklara vilka sociala och värderingsmässiga faktorer som ökar svenska väljares benägenhet att rösta på Sverigedemokraterna samt undersöka om den mediala och allmänt vedertagna föreställningen om SD-väljaren stämmer. Detta undersöktes med bivariata analyser och ett antal binära logistiska regressionsanalyser. Materialet som användes var ett dataset från European Social Survey från år 2012/13. De oberoende variablerna bestämdes utifrån vad teorin påvisade som möjliga förklaringsfaktorer för att rösta på ett högerextremt parti. De teoretiska utgångspunkterna var; teorin om massamhället, moderniseringens förlorare, xenofobi samt politiskt missnöje.

BackgroundToday a common approach to solve a complicated problem is to assemble a temporary workforce in order to solve the problem by working together within a project. One of the difficulties with working in projects is to maintain the planned budget. Working hours and costs are often exceeded. Many companies presume that any certain project will succeed, a presumption that leads companies not to anticipate risks involved in a project. In companies today there is seldom time for evaluation or moderation of a project, in order to have time for evaluation there is a great need for an adequate planning of the project.IntentThe intention with this study is to create a model for planning, budgeting and evaluation of projects within consultancy companies.MethodWith the help of interviews and discussions within the group Hamnar och Byggkonstruktioner at Sweco has evidence to present a proposal on planning, budgeting and monitoring been developed.ResultsA model has been developed to ease for consultancy companies to plan, budget, monitor and evaluate projects.

I detta arbete presenteras en ny teori som försöker förklara hur man ytterligare kan förbättra instruktioner av processer. Teorin försöker bygga en bro mellan metoder för att stödja bearbetningen i arbetsminnet och hur perceptionen fungerar genom att utgå från arbetsminnets roll vid inlärning..

We have seen a revolution in the area of communication on a worldwide scale. We begin talking about terms as globalisation, integration and deregulation of the financial market. Companies have been tax planning for decades, the questions is if Internet has made an increase of companies than uses tax planning and which roll Internet plays. It is hard to really pinpoint all the effects of the Internet because of the relatively new area of research. This thesis will take various factors under study such as globalisation, development of the offshore industry and the fight against harmful taxation by the OECD and other organisations in order to describe the effects of Internet.

The aim of this study was to increase the knowledge about if and how the National Value System?s goal of a life with dignity for the elderly pervades the work in home care organisations. The study was based on a qualitative research method and was conducted through interviews with professional care givers in home care organisations, there were five individual interviews and one pair interview. The background for this study was the National Value System for the eldercare that was introduced in 2011. The theory of New Public Management and the concept of Rationality of Caring were used to analyse the result.

SammanfattningManagementkonsultation är en snabbt växande världsomfattande bransch som omsätter 7 miljarder kronor i Sverige årligen. Managementkonsulters tjänstebeskrivning är ofta vag och konsulter har ofta olika expertområden vilket medför en osäkerhet för potentiella klienter. Managementindustrin har skapat en svårighet för potentiella klienter att avgöra om konsulten är rätt person för uppdraget. Osäkerheten beror på att det är inte är möjligt för klienten att utvärdera tjänstens kvalité före uppdraget är utfört. Syftet med studien är att skapa en bättre förståelse i hur managementkonsulter uppnår legitimitet för deras tjänster.Studiens utfördes genom en kvalitativ metod då fyra management konsulter har intervjuats.

The purpose of these democracy-projects is to make the political participation by the citizens, between the elections, higher. One of them is ?citizen proposals to the municipality?.The purpose of this essay is to examine this democracy-project in order to see what influences it might have on the local democracy.

The aim of this Master?s thesis is to examine and understand how teachers of younger children view the concept of critical evaluation of information and how their interpretations of the concept relate to their teaching. The need for the development of children?s ability to critically evaluate has been emphasized through research as well as the need for collaboration between teachers and librarians in order to help pupil?s process information into knowledgeThe study has a socio-cultural perspective and the material was collected through observations and qualitative interviews with teachers. The results of the study indicate that many teachers experience uncertainty when it comes to the area of critical evaluation and that they do not teach the subject to any substantial extent.

The purpose of this development project is to create a model for working with a high school project in Electrical and Energy Program. It should be conducted in a form like companies do according to the goals from The Swedish National Agency for Education. In order to fully perform this we use the concept of Young Entrepreneurship. The model is created according to the new conditions from The National Electrical Safety Board. There is now an exception saying that a student during education is released from the demand of employment that is the normal procedure where you are under supervision from a certified electrician. During the project there has been theoretical and practical examinations in order to clear out the advantages and disadvantages using this model, but also to examine whether it is useful in the future and to what extent it can be used. The result indicates that the model is useful and fulfills the goals from The Swedish National Agency for Education but that the model has its limitations and difficulties.

The RoHS Directive was introduced in order to restrict hazardous substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment, EEE. It currently restricts the use of six hazardous substances/compounds; cadmium, lead, mercury, hexavalent chromium, PBB, and PBDE. The RoHS Directive currently includes category 1-7 and 10 in the categories of EEE listed in Annex 1A to the WEEE-Directive (Waste of EEE). The aim with the report is to investigate and elucidate prospects and obstacles to increase the scope of RoHS. This report mainly considers the inclusion of product categories 8 (Medical Devices) and 9 (Monitoring and Control Instruments).

Detta arbete tar upp hur företag skapar förutsättningar för att en IT-investering kommer att bli lyckad. Med en lyckad IT-investering menas att ett anpassat system skapas där dess användning blir så effektiv så att den fulla potentialen hos systemet utnyttjas.Arbetet som ligger bakom rapporten är en litteraturstudie av olika teorier varav en legat som grund för mitt fortsatta arbete. Dessutom har en fallstudie genomförts genom fem stycken djupintervjuer av företagsledare och systemutvecklare. Deras arbetsätt och synsätt har sedan jämförts med den baserande teorin.Teorin som jag baserat mig på tar upp tre stycken kritiska faktorer, samordning, engagemang och kompetens, som alla måste till för att en IT-investering skall nå sin fulla potential. Dessa faktorer skall genomsyra hela utvecklingsprocessen av systemet och sedan i en ständigt pågående process förbättra och effektivisera dess användning.Rapporten tar även upp om det går att förutse vilken effekt och påverkan ett nytt IT-system kommer att ha på användarna.De slutsatser som dragits under arbetet är att många företag är medvetna om vilka faktorer som skall beaktas vid en IT-investering.

This thesis studies path generation for industrial robots of six degrees of freedom. A path is defined by connection of simple geometrical objects like arcs and straight lines. About each point at which the objects connect, a region, henceforth called a zone, is defined in which deviation from the defined path is permitted. The zone allows the robot to follow the path at a constant speed, but the acceleration needed may vary. Some means of calculating the zone path as to make the acceleration continuous will be presented.

 In light of the resent surge in globalization, and the heightened competition that follows as a result of this, there has been an increase in the importance that is placed into understanding buyer behaviour. This increase has been seen since the realization that by building strong customer relationships it is much easier to reach these through the marketing communications that are put in effect. There are also a number of upsides to enlisting the customers at an early stage in product development, such as creating greater value and a stronger sense of involvement.Röhnisch is therefore trying to show a genuine interest in supplying the costumers needs as they adapt and evolve. In order to accomplish this strive towards gaining a deeper understanding into the thoughts and attitudes that precedes the buying behaviour they conduct regular surveys. To complement this, the purpose of this paper will be to determine the actual preferences and buying behaviour of the market segment that Röhnisch has chosen for themselves, and while doing so, keeping an emphasis on loyalty.
