Being able to reflect, evaluate and justify your views is an important part of adult life. Moral education can be a path to develop this knowl-edge; however, it is possible that the moral education gets more obscure when it is not a separate subject. The purpose with this essay is to examine the need of moral education and the presence and the framing of moral education of seven teachers in religion. The purpose is also to analyse where and how the moral education should be included in the curriculum. The survey was conducted through qualitative interviews with a hermeneutic approach.

The enormous expansion of knowledge society has lead to a path away from the industrial enterprises toward the more knowledge-based entrepreneurship companies. This development has also meant that intellectual capital now can be seen as the core of the new business structure. This report describes a project carried out in cooperation with Klippan Safety AB. The purpose of this project has been to develop a product that facilitates the living area in a truck cabin for the customers. To be able to develop, in a structured way, that kind of product, the project has been based on different product development theories. The project contained of following parts: marketing research, product generation, product evaluation and prototyping. After information from the marketing research and discussions with the company, the decision was made that the task was going to consist an improvement of the existing product referred to as 'the comfort module'.

Vi har genomfört en studie i syfte att beskriva och analysera vilka faktorer som är motiverande i en arbetssituation för medarbetare som tillhör Generation Y (födda 1978 och senare), samt vilka belöningar som är attraktiva för denna grupp. Vi har valt att genomföra en kvalitativ fallstudie på yngre medarbetare inom affärsområdet Rikskund på Niscayah AB, som är ett av de ledande säkerhetsföretagen på den svenska marknaden. Vi genomförde en intervjuserie där vi talat med tio yngre medarbetare på företaget samt deras affärsområdeschef.Vi har valt ett holistiskt angreppssätt och ser vad som är motiverande utifrån fyra hörnstenar; omgivningens påverkan, individens behov, individens rättviseperception samt individens förväntningar. Vi kombinerar tidigare teorier från erkända forskare som till exempel Maslows behovspyramid, Herzbergs hygien- och motivationsfaktorer, McClellands behovsteorier och Vrooms processteorier för att ta fram en egen utredningsmodell. Viktiga slutsatser i studien är att yngre medarbetare främst motiveras av utmanande arbetsuppgifter och framgång. Icke-finansiella belöningar som utbildning, feedback och karriärmöjligheter är viktigare än finansiella, men finansiella måste finnas med för att skapa en grundtrygghet.

Frågor som har försökts besvaras är: Vilka fördelar respektive nackdelar kan man uppleva som ung och nyutexaminerad i en chefsroll inom måltidsverksamheten? Hur övervinner man det eventuella motstånd som kan uppstå? Vad skall man tänka på som ung och nyutexaminerad när man tar sig an en chefsroll inom måltidsverksamheten? Vad har restaurangmanagerutbildningen för betydelse för restaurangmanagerstudenternas kommande profession?Undersökningen är en kvalitativ empirisk studie med hermeneutisk vetenskapsteoretisk inriktning och där intervjuer i fokusgrupper var en nyckelmetod.

The transition from a planned economy to a market economy was initiated in Russia in the beginning of the 90s. The three components: privatization, liberalization and stabilization constitute the trinity of the transition theory. This thesis has its focus on the privatization, that also can be referred to as a piratization of Russia. The purpose of the thesis is to explain what went wrong with the privatization, and also why it went wrong. A few men, called oligarchs, got their hands on great wealth which has lead to an abuse of power.

In this master thesis, control algoritms using arm side sensors are investigated for an industrial robot. The sensors can be position encoders placed after the gearbox and accelerometers on the robot arms. Control strategies are discussed and evaluated for different models of the robot, after which chosen strategies are applied to a realistic model. Control algoritms using arm side sensors (LQ, dual-loop and PD-PID) are compared to a PID-controller that only uses measurements of motor position for feedback control. The comparison are done with respect to disturbance rejection, oscillation damping, robustness and tracking performance of a reference trajectory.

Abstract: Elite soccer in combination with education is a unique and demanding task. The path towards a glory career in sports takes hard mental and physical training. The objectives in this study are 6 elite focused high school students studying high school education programs in combination with football profile. They are 3 of each gender. The purpose of the study was to find out more about their perspective of motivation and what makes them keep going towards a career in football in beside their education.The study is of empiric hermeneutic survey used qualitative method and interviewing to collect data.
