Background: Due to outsourcing, the material flows in the telecom equipment industry have undergone major changes, which in turn has imposed new challenges for packaging supplier Nefab who delivers to the industry. In order to achieve market intelligence, Nefab wants to map the material flows, and investigate possibilities of further reusable logistical packaging systems.Purpose: The purpose of this thesis is to describe the typical features of the logistical material flows in a technically based, rapidly growing industry, and analyze the driving forces and obstacles, which influence the selection of logistical packaging system. Procedure: After developing a theoretical framework consisting of general logistical theories and theories related to logistical packaging, we have interviewed companies in the logistics channel of Ericsson Radio Systems.Results: We have found the main characteristics of material flows in our investigated industry to be Variations in Demand, Focus on Time-to-Customer, and Globalization of Logistics Channels. Regarding driving forces and obstacles in the selection of logistical packaging systems, we have identified Transportation Characteristics, Customer Demands, Quality, Handling & Administration, and Current Packaging System as important factors..

The purpose of this essay is to analyze and understand how people in different ways can take on the role as carriers of brands and understand what part they play in today?s society. Brands are everywhere today and the competitions are becoming harder and harder for the customers? attention and consumption, which is why I am curious of how an individual in a company?s frontline or a celebrity can help the success of a brand. The essay is based on a qualitative method where six interviews have been performed.

In the field of municipal services there are a wide range of aspects a small community must consider, especially considering that the circumstances in which a municipality operate continuously are changing. The changes include, for example, migration, individual lifestyles, the political governance and environment. Especially the latter might have a big impact on a town based on tourism such as Borgholm. We particularly have taken an interest for how this might affect the internal branding and internal brand communication of Borgholm municipality.Through our research we have found that Borgholm municipality in no particular extent is working with living the brand or any similar concepts. Also, we have found that the success of the internal branding of the organization in a great extent depend on the individuals of the different branches of the municipality?s work rather than on a coherent communication structure which reaches the whole organization..

The margin in crop production is more and more less and it forces the producer to check out how to reduce the cost of establishment of new crop. One way to reduce the cost in establishment is to begin with plough less farming. It saves money and time compares to conventional soil preparation with plough and harrow. Not all soil types are god for plough less farming and should be continued with ploughing (mainly light soil), but other soil types working very well with plough free farming. If you want to success with plough less farming you have to think in new lanes. One of the things you have to think about is to not grow too much cereal after cereal. Low stubble is important when you harvest the crop and also to spread and chop the straw well. I have in this work interviewed some farmers and farm advisers in Östergötland to see which thoughts they have about plough less farming.

Studien beskriver de för- och nackdelar som företag upplever med affärssystem som molntjänst. De avgränsningar som gjorts är dels att jag valt att endast använda tre företag, dels att jag haft som krav att endast använda företag som har ett heltäckande affärssystem som molntjänst. Jag har använt mig av en kvalitativ metod genom att göra en fallstudie där jag intervjuat fyra personer på tre olika företag. Syftet med intervjuerna var att få en god inblick i vad de tycker att affärssystem som molntjänst har för för- och nackdelar. Frågorna till intervjuerna har valts ut med underlag från den relaterade forskningen jag samlat in genom vetenskapliga tidsskriftsartiklar, böcker och populärvetenskapliga artiklar inom ämnet samt från föreläsningar som getts på det systemvetenskapliga programmet i Göteborg.Studiens slutresultat visar att respondenterna anser att fördelarna är betydligt fler än nackdelarna.

What roles are the most significant according to the users? Have the politicians succeeded in their intention of realizing a modern library according to the users? Uppsatsen syftar till att identifiera faktorer som påverkar vid köp via enprisjämförelsesida. Faktorerna söks både i konsumentens tillvägagångssätt samtprisjämförelsesidans utformning. Identifieringen av faktorer sker med hjälp avett eget utvecklat ramverk för utvärdering. Ramverket bygger på befintligateorier och modeller som presenteras i litteraturgenomgången. Syftet med studien är att söka förståelse för hur rekryteringsföretag och kundföretag kommunicerar för att rätt kandidat skall bli anställd. Frågeställningarna som vi avsåg besvara var hur kommunikationen sker mellan rekryteringsföretag och kundföretag, hur respektive part säkerhetsställer att de har förstått varandra samt vilka störningar som kan finnas i kommunikationen mellan parterna. Studien har genomförts med en kvalitativ metod i form av intervjuer. Urvalet bestod av två rekryteringsföretag samt fyra kundföretag i Halland. De rekryteringsföretag som valts arbetar enbart med rekrytering.

Möjliggörandet av molntjänster har bidragit till att Software as a Service (SaaS) blivit allt mer aktuellt. Detta är inte någon ny teknik, utan den har funnits en längre tid men har nu kommit att aktualiseras genom olika tekniska framsteg. I och med detta har företag börjat intressera sig för denna teknik som ett alternativ till egen lokal drift av IT-system. Vår studie behandlar faktorer i form av risker och drivkrafter som företag ser vid valet att använda tjänster genom SaaS. Dessa faktorer har vi funnit genom relaterad litteratur och andra studier inom området.

The main purpose is to illuminate how a company links certain values to its brand in an effort to achieve a competitive position. We have done this by studying the government owned company Svenska Spel and its entrance on the netpokermarket. With Corporate Social Responsibility as a guidance for the company they wanted to offer Swedish gamblers an alternative to the, often morally dubious, international actors. Our thesis has taken an internal (corporate) as well as an external (consumer) perspective on the result of this strive. Our conclusions are that although Svenska Spel is successfully integrating social responsibility into their netpokerbusiness, they are facing a difficulty in making the consumer fully appreciate it.

The purpose of this paper is to identify the factors affecting the experience transfer at the rotation of the missions. This is to identify the respective influences are inhibitory factor, which contributes to a less efficient transfer, or if it contributes to a more efficient handover. The method used for the production of this paper is a qualitative case study of squad leaders who have done service in Kosovo or Afghanistan. Through interviews with focus on the transfer of experience, both on individual and organizational level, the factors that affect are being identified. The model used is expressed in a general perspective, where each factor is categorized as inhibitory or contributing to success, and if it appears on an organizational or individual level.

Emotional Intelligence (EI) is a highly used concept in contemporary organizations, especially in the recruitment process or education of employees and managers. The aim of this study was to examine the discursive production of the concept emotional intelligence and how it, linked to an organizational context, is expressed in web-based articles and course homepages. In total 11 texts related to emotional intelligence and organizational contexts were used as the object of study. A three-stage model was used as a method for analysis. The model included a content analysis, argument analysis and a deconstruction analysis in order to expose what was said about emotional intelligence and how it was said.
