Denna uppsats behandlar hur sourcingprocessen av komplexa system på Försvarets Materielverks (FMV) kan struktureras genom att undersöka parametrar som är viktiga att beakta vid outsourcing. En del av FMV:s strategi grundar sig i att minska den interna verksamheten och att lägga större åtaganden på leverantörer av systemlösningar, för att på så sätt kunna minska behovet av interna resurser. Därför blir det viktigt att besvara huruvida systemansvar bör tas av FMV eller av en leverantör.Rapporten behandlar processen om att fatta ett beslut om make-or-buy och när och varför det är motiverat att överlåta systemansvar till leverantörer. McIvors modell om outsourcing används för att besvara frågan hur FMV bör fatta ett beslut rörande make-or-buy genom att modellen tillämpas på tre pågående projekt. Därefter används "the strategic supply wheel" för att bedöma vilka parametrar som är viktiga att uppfylla både internt och externt vid outsourcing av aktiviteter beroende på om tid, kostnad eller kvalitet är prioriterat i respektive projekt.

This study raises the question how the implementation of the balanced scorecard in the municipality of Gotland has been influenced by the way of communication. A case study is made in the administration of Social-and care management on Gotland. We have been focusing on two different ways of communication. The first one is Shannon and Weavers model where communication is explained as a transmission of a message through a channel to a receiver. The other one is sensemaking where it is focal to give the information meaning.

The purpose of this thesis is, through both a quantitative and qualitative study, to map out how the interaction appears between the established parties and the radical right-wing party, the Sweden Democrat?s (SD) and their core issue ? immigration in the Swedish parliament. By applying analytical dimensions on the parliamentary protocols regarding the immigration issue between the years of 2010-2012 this study will get an insight on how the argumentation concerning immigration has developed since their entrance into the Swedish parliament in 2010. The result shows that SD, through the rejection treatment of the established parties, fulfilled the three conditions which accordingly to the study's theoretical framework are crucial for the party's future success. In the established parties? reception of SD regarding immigration, SD is, to a large extent, left unchallenged as the established parties rather focus on integration instead of challenge SD in the immigration issue.

We would like to gain a more in depth knowledge of whether the modern orientations both within corporate governance and control philosophy lay the foundation for enterprises? more sustainable success. These both modern orientations are increasingly focusing on the importance of enterprises? setting of goals and visions on the basis of stake holders? interests and the employees? more active engagement in and motivation for the goal achievement. Despite these common inherent characteristics, it is not evident from current scientific debate how such integration actually emerges in the control philosophies of the enterprises.

Syftet med den här undersökningen är att beskriva och analysera vilka fördelar och nackdelar det finns med att utkontraktera en transportplaneringsprocess till en extern part. Undersökningen genomfördes på uppdrag av BT-Europe i Mjölby på avdelningen som ansvarar för distribution av produkter och reservdelar. BT är i grunden ett svenskt företag som startade sin verksamhet 1946 och är idag världsledande tillverkare av eldrivna lagertruckar. År 2000 förvärvades BT av Toyota och detta skapade en världsledande konstellation inom truckbranschen.Bakgrunden till undersökningens syfte är att arbetet med att effektivisera och förbättra transportplaneringsprocessen inom BT har blivit eftersatt på grund av den kraftiga produktionsökningen de senaste 5 åren. Detta har lett till stigande kostnader för distribution av färdiga produkter och reservdelar.I dagsläget finns inget centralt kontrollorgan över transportplaneringsprocessen på BT utan all transportplanering av produkter och reservdelar till truckar, sker lokalt på varje marknadsbolag i Västeuropa.

Outsourcing av IT är något som kom igång i slutet på 90-talet och är idag ett utbrett fenomen. Tillverkningsindustrins outsourcing till låglöneländer har pågått länge, men utvecklingen inom teknologi och global kommunikation innebär även att många tjänster numera kan transporteras stora sträckor med liten, eller ingen, försämring av kvalitet, något som gjort att outsourcingen av IT kunnat växa sig stor. Utvecklingen har också inneburit att distinktionen mellan kvalificerade- och okvalificerade jobb inte längre avgör om de ska outsourcas till låglöneländer eller inte. Tjänstejobb kan alltså precis som jobb inom tillverkning numera utsättas för konkurrens från låglöneländer och flytta. Företag som outsourcar IT till låglöneländer kan öka fokus på kärnverksamheten och får tillgång till både en bred kompetenspool och specialister, ofta till låga och flexibla lönekostnader.

Syfte: Syftet med uppsatsen är att studera vad som ligger till grund för ett beslut om att outsourca eller omlokalisera delar av verksamheten för ett företag med lönsamhetsproblem. Metod: Vi har använt oss av en kvalitativ metod i form av djupintervjuer. Arbetet med att samla in empiriskt material och söka efter en teoretisk referensram har skett parallellt och vår ansats kan därför liknas vid en abduktiv. Teori: Transaktionskostnadsteorin, nätverksteorin och det resursbaserade synsättet utgör de huvudsakliga teorierna. Utifrån dessa undersöktes med vilket alternativ, outsourcing eller omlokalisering, ett företag kan komma tillrätta med sina lönsamhetsproblem och skapa konkurrensfördelar.

When a company seeks to enter a new market, the multiple choices of possible new business relationships exist. Further, establishing new relationships is a time-consuming procedure associated with high uncertainty and high costs. Hence, if the firm does not succeed in pinpointing the most suitable business partners to collaborate with, the firm may both forfeit other possible good relationships, as well as resources invested. Based on this notion the aim of this thesis is to explore how a manufacturing company can base the selection of future dealership Business-to-Business partners by evaluating indicators of a possible business relationship?s potential to become successful. The choice of focusing on the Business-to-Business relationship between a manufacturer and a dealership company originates from being influenced by the issues facing the Swedish agricultural machinery manufacturer Väderstad-Verken AB, who is putting attention to explore the US market.

Syfte: Syftet med denna uppsats är att belysa vilken betydelse kontraktsformulering och val av kontraktstyp har för ett outsourcinginitiativs framgång utifrån ett kundperspektiv.Teori: Studiens teoretiska referenser består av agentteorin, transaktionskostnadsteorin, teorin om ofullständiga kontrakt samt en omfattande litteraturgenomgång om kontrakt. Agentteorin behandlar hur det mest effektiva kontraktet bör utformas mellan två parter. I transaktionskostnadsteorin diskuteras de omständigheter och kostnader som uppstår då en aktivitet avslutas hos en part och påbörjas hos en annan. Teorin om ofullständiga kontrakt förklarar svårigheten med att kontraktsmässigt behandla framtida oförutsägbara händelser, och genom litteraturgenomgången framkom fem kontraktstyper samt fem faktorer vilka ansågs ha en avgörande betydelse för kontraktsformulering.Metod: En surveyundersökning i form av ett webbformulär utfördes. Urvalet bestod av de 125 företag som ingår i börslistan small cap.

Outsourcing av IT är idag ett väl använt begrepp och används av både stora och småföretag. Där den vanligaste orsaken till att företag outsourcar arbetsuppgifter är att sänka sina omkostnader. Att outsourca sinIT-­?avdelning kräver förändringar i organisationen. Det är sällan företag är medvetna om detta, det finns förväntningar om att arbeta precis som tidigare, enda skillnaden är att kostnaden minskar.
