This paper describes how files and information can be shared in organisations and workplaces. We studied and compared the traditional file sharing in Microsoft Active Directory and the Social file sharing that comes with Microsoft SharePoint Sites. We used qualitative studies based on interviews with system administrators, management and by our own observations to acquire the necessary data. Using independent research, we were able to analyze the data and show the general difference between the traditional and the social file sharing systems. Social file sharing enables the user to easily store and share files in a flexible online environment.

Today, an Intranet is an important way for a company to share information. An Intranet has become a company?s way to communicate within the organisation. This communication is important, especially when the company is going through changes. In order for a project to succeed, the employees must support it.

Much attention has been directed to Charity Foundations and how they use the donations given to them. Donators and external organisations put pressure on and evaluate the performance of Charity Foundations. The purpose of this thesis is to increase the understanding of how Charity Foundations handle the pressure from external parties through a qualitative case study of one Swedish Charity Foundation. The most important external factors have been identified and the accountability relationships between each party and the Charity Foundation have been examined. The empirical material was collected through semi-structured interviews and from written sources.

Studien har som syfte att undersöka hur vuxenpsykiatriska öppenvårdsmottagningar bedriver familjearbete och tar tillvara barnperspektivet. Vidare att ta del av goda erfarenheter och exempel på när ett familjearbete blivit bra och när det finns ett barnperspektiv och tankar kring hur detta arbete kan förbättras. Det är en kvalitativ intervjustudie. Det empiriska materialet är sex intervjuer med enhetschefer. Genom intervjuer med personal vid en kommunal verksamhet och en BUP mottagning belyses barnperspektivet ytterligare.Undersökningen utgår ifrån fem frågeområden: struktur/organisation, behandling/inriktning, behandlare, patient samt framtid/förbättringar.

Studien syftade till att studera risk- och skyddsfaktorer som kan finnas i miljön när ett barn växer upp med en förälder med missbruksproblematik och/eller psykisk ohälsa. Studien var kvalitativ och data samlades in via åtta semistrukturerade intervjuer. Systemteori och anknytningsteori utgjorde den teoretiska tolkningsramen. Studien resulterade i åtta teman: relationen till föräldrar, relationen till syskon, viktiga personer, skola, fritidsaktiviteter, upprätthållandet av en fasad, känsloreaktioner samt överlevnadsstrategier. Dessa teman beskriver både risk- och skyddsfaktorer.

After the last election Sweden has got a government that claims to be feminist. This thesis discusses whether the change of labels has also brought along policy formulated in a feminist way, arguing that the way policy is expressed affects how people see a certain problem. Three policy proposals are analysed, and in only one case the government seems to have been influenced by feminist ideas. The other proposals partly support claims made by new institutionalism that norms and routines in an organisation work to resist policy change, but also shows that feminist ideas are resisted more actively. The fact that so called policy entrepreneurs was present in the policy process at a certain period in time, probably counts for one explanation to the exceptional policy.

I takt med att fler verksamheter styrs av system. Dessa övervakar och administrerar den dagliga processen vilket har ställt allt högre krav på IS. Komplexiteten hos systemen har vuxit fram med de tekniska innovationer som skett, men oberoende av den tekniska framgången har företag och verksamheter inte förändrats i lika stor utsträckning. Strukturer inom en verksamhet är stela och är svåra att förändra, vilket medfört att man formar IS efter verksamheten.

Svensk hälso- och sjukvård innehåller i dagsläget ett stort antal informationssystem som inte kommunicerar med varandra digitalt. Detta minskar patientsäkerheten och leder till stora effektivitetsförluster inom verksamheten. Ett aktuellt ämne på både lokal, regional och nationell nivå är därför hur dessa system kan integreras. I denna uppsats presenterar vi ett ramverk för utvärdering av de integrationsförslag som olika IS-leverantörer erbjuder hälso- och sjukvårdsorganisationer. Ramverket har vi själva utformat och för att exemplifiera dess användningsområden, har vi applicerat det på ett avgränsat problemområde hos analysobjektet, universitetssjukhuset i Lund (USiL).

Syftet med vårt examensarbete är att undersöka de möjligheter som personer med spelberoende har till att få hjälp från socialtjänsten. Vi vill också få en förståelse för socialtjänstens ansvar och deras agerande i sammanhanget. Resultatet som vi fått fram har vi analyserat utifrån ekologisk systemteori. Vår studie har genomförts i en mellanstor kommun och i en liten kommun i västra Sverige. Resultatet av studien visar att det är svårt för en person med spelberoende att få hjälp.

The aim of this study was to look at introduction for staff in a social service office and the social workers experience off the first period at a new workplace. Qualitative interviews have been used as a method of investigating how social workers look at introduction in the workplace and how social workers have experience the first period at the workplace. The empirical material have been analysed by using the theory of Human Service Organizations, street-lever bureaucracy theory and theory concerning work environment. This papers first chapter presents the methodological preferences, the second chapter the theoretical perspective and the results of the study are presented in the third chapter followed by a discussion and ending comments in chapter four. My study showed that introduction is necessary in a complex organisation and could be a way to improve the social workers situation in social service organisations..

Children who have fled to Sweden, without their parents or guardians, have been a controversial subject during the winter of 2002. Their situations on refugeestations and the responsibiliy by community and the state have been discussed. My composition is about these children. The composition is not about the situations of the children - focus is instead on the people who operate with the children; community, state and organisations. I want to find empirical levels which show what the children associate with.

The aim of this Master?s thesis is to study the information needs of the homeless. The main focus is to investigate what kind of information needs that are to be found among the homeless and also how information is exchanged and shared by the group. Another aspect of our study includes the sources that are used to fulfil these information needs. The homeless use of the library, as one of these sources, is also examined.

Mer än hälften av det nötkött vi konsumerar är importerat, samtidigt som den inhemska produktionen minskar. Frågan handlar inte om hur vi ska öka den svenska nötköttsproduktionen, istället bör vi ifrågasätta om det är rimligt att vi konsumerar den mängd nötkött som vi gör. Syftet med studien är att med utgångspunkt i den svenska livsmedelskedjan kartlägga problematiken med svenskt nötkött ur ett hållbarhetsperspektiv. Metoden som användes var kvalitativa intervjuer som senare analyserades med en kvalitativ innehållsanalys. För att kartlägga distributionskedjan har vi utgått från systemteorin som beskriver relationen mellan aktörer inom distributionssystem av svenskt nötkött.

This study was carried out at Luftfartsverket (LFV Group, SwedishAirports and Air Navigation Services), AstraZeneca and Svenska Spel. The purpose of the study was to examine and compare how these companies work towards becoming, and maintaining to be, an employer of choice. Facts were sought about the companies and their work to become an employer of choice.To get a discerning and profound picture, a qualitative method with semi-structured interviews with twelve key persons in this work was conducted. The method Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) was used for analysis.The results showed that an amount of factors have an input on how attractive the employer is. Common were compensation and benefits, competence development, leadership, information and health-related activities.

Vi har gjort en vetenskaplig studie som berör bland annat marknadsföring, organisation och hälsa. Undersökningen genomförts som en kvalitativ fallstudie där tre olika företag har utgjort empirisk data. De metoder vi använt oss av är intervju, observation, dokumentstudier och informationen har analyserats med hjälp av tillämplig teori och egna erfarenheter. En organisations interna klimat och miljö påverkar den enskilda individens prestation och upplevda situation. Individen i sin tur är en viktig del av företagets olika kontaktytor med omvärlden.
