Dagligt liv i Dalarnas medeltid - Ett försök att se dagligt liv och social struktur i ett gränsland
This paper deals whit the problems concerning social organisation in the county of Dalarna in middle Sweden during the Middle Ages 1050- 1528. This paper also deals whit the every day ife in Dalarna during the same period. In the paper archaeology, ethnology, history and osteology is used in order to create a so accurate as possibly picture of every day life at the farm, the villa and the keep. Each environment is compared to each other in order to try to see the social structure of the county. The geographic frame for the paper is the part of Sweden above the border zone of Limes Norrlandicus, or lower Norrland.The results presented in the paper shows that Dalarna most probably had a flat social organisation in the meaning that the every day life and its artefacts was much the same in all the environments.
Digital mediehantering i Försvarsmakten
Det senaste året har jag arbeta med analys av digital mediehantering, digital
media som ett informationsverktyg samt tekniken bakom det.
?Hur kan man göra saker mer effektivt?, ?är webb-tv något för Försvarsmakten
att använda sig av i syfte att göra sitt informationsflöde mer effektivt?, både
internt och mot allmänheten.
Föreliggande arbete tar upp tekniken bakom dessa områden, jag försöker
även förklara hur relativt enkelt det kan vara att integrera dem i en
existerande organisation utan att göra dyra omorganisationer.
Jag har även inventerat AMF och FM media på deras utrustning, teknik
och gjort en lista på vad som är användbart och på vad som bör tas bort inför
en omstrukturering. Vidare föreslår jag var en viss utrustning bör lämpligast
placeras för att göra mest nytta.
Slutligen handlar detta arbete om att skapa en medvetenhet om digital
media, och visa exempel på vad man kan göra med denna teknik i en organisation
som Försvarsmakten och AMF..

We chose to write this essay about mobile commerce and what influences aconsumer's buying habits within mobile commerce. We also look at how acompany can implement mobile commerce. We could not find any studies thatdirectly addressed factors that affected consumers of mobile commerce prior tothis essay. This was one of the reasons that we chose to write about it.In the introductory chapter, we will discuss important issues relating to ecommerceand the use of smartphones as a tool for marketing and trade.In the methodology chapter, we explain our choice of methods for this essay. Wereported on the techniques and methods to collect data that were relevant to thiswork and then we had a discussion about the methodological choices made.

The aim with this independent degree project of master thesis is to find what the user opinions of the intranet in a county council is. The paper seeks how the question about how the culture in the organisation was affected by the use of the intranet. An important part is to explore the expectations and acceptance of the intranet and get a picture of which functions and services support day-to-day work with good quality. One goal is to find out how the intranet users feel that the communication, information and usability can be developed.The focus group interview is a qualitative method that has been applied for gathering data from the respondents, who participate in the investigation from the county council. The used method is unstructured focus groups containing the three dominating categories of staff in the county council.

The purpose of this study was to determine if and how the city district of Södra Innerstaden in Malmö, by using the Skärholms model, demand their client to reciprocate. The first problem set was to see how the demand was shown in the social service act from year 1998. From there the motives behind the introduction of the Skärholms model in city district of Södra Innerstaden were researched and also if there were a demand on reciprocity in city district of Södra Innerstaden public administration. The study was conducted in an exploratory way. The method used was to describe the idea behind Skärholms model after examining documents from the public administration.
Patientens upplevelser under pågående behandling av ätstörningar : En litteraturstudie
The aim of this descriptive literature study was to describe the patients? experience of the need for social support and the choice of coping strategies during treatment for eating disorders. Further, the authors wanted to describe the relationship with the parents and also to highlight the caring relationship between nurse and patient. Results that came to light, concerning the patients? experience, were that patients with eating disorders, in a majority of studies, indicated a deficient social network.

Ett problem för dagens organisationer är hur information sprids och vem som tar del av denna information. Detta informationsöverflöd innebär att den information som sprids inom en organisation måste ha mening, syfte och vara av relevans för personalen och för att kunna begränsa informationsmängden måste personalens upplevelse av informationen tas i beaktande. Studien har genomförts med teorier om informationsspridning och kunskapsutbyte. Inriktningen på arbetet har varit mellan ansvarig chef och anställda inom en organisation. Den informationsspridning som sker inom den undersökta organisationen är i grupp, individuella träffar samt virtuella forum.
Utvärdering av Lean i en människobehandlande organisation
Denna utvärdering ämnar svara på om arbetssättet Lean har minskat stressen, ökat stödet och ökat effektiviteten hos medarbetarna i en enhet hos Försäkringskassan. En webenkät har använts för att samla in den empiri som har analyserats. studie om kvinnliga chefer och deras medarbetare i en
mansdominerad organisation
Företag: LKAB Syfte: Syftet med denna rapport är att öka förståelsen över hur relationen mellan medarbetare och kvinnliga chefer ser ut i en mansdominerad organisation. Metod: Jag har valt att utföra en fallstudie på företaget LKAB, där jag har intervjuat tre stycken kvinnliga chefer och deras medarbetare för att uppnå en djupare förståelse för hur relationen ser ut. Jag har även utfört en observation vid ett möte som handlade om jämställdhet i LKAB där samtliga kvinnliga chefer vid LKAB var inbjudna. Studien är av en kvalitativ karaktär, där jag har valt att koncentrera mig på att söka djup snarare än bredd. Slutsatser: Det jag har kommit fram till är att den könsneutrala strategin används av både medarbetare och de kvinnliga cheferna.
Ny i organisationen? ? ur ett mellanchefsperspektiv
I denna studie har det studerats hur mellanchefer socialiserats in i organisationen. I studien har 11 mellanchefer blivit intervjuade för att se om det fanns någon skillnad beroende på organisation som denne befann sig i. Det vi har kunnat se är att socialisering in i organisationen i flera fall har varit bristfällig. Vilket är något som vi har reflekterat över. Eftersom att innan vi gick ut och samlade in empirin hade läst in oss på teorin som poängterade vikten av en bra socialiseringsprocess för de nyanställda.När man kommer till en organisation som mellanchef är det väldigt viktigt att man blir bra bemött och bra omhändertagen.

The purpose of this essay is to analyse how the leadership and the structure of the organization affect the process of changes within a specific department in Lunds kommun socialdepartment, from the director of social work to the co-workers at Utredningsenheten för ungdom och familj. The leaders are they who create the change but the co-workers are they who make it happen. In the process of change, leadership and the leaders capacity to create motivation for the co-workers, is therefore a matter that is decisive to its success.This is a study based on a qualitative method, where the interview is the main source of empirical material.

The purpose of this study was to describe and analyses educators? experiences of reflective conversations in their teams and part of teams in relation to their work with pupils in need of special support. Ten educators representing ten different teams have been interviewed since all had experiences of working in teams and working with pupils in need of special support. Focus has been on the educators? experiences of the organisation, the effects of the reflections and the need to develop the reflective conversations in their teams and part of teams.

This study is an attempt to shed light on problems and possibilities of the school library of the Swedish comprehensive school concerning library law and goals of the school and the school library. Many investigations about the role of the school library of the comprehensive school have been carried through. They have all more or less come to the same conclusions. In spite of Swedish library law and goal documents of the school library, the school libraries are often neglected, if not will and commitment are to be found among teachers. Using a model of the school organisation by Gunnar Berg, three cases of school libraries are presented and analysed in a larger organisational and political perspective.

AbstractThis degree project is about having meetings in The Swedish Social Insurance Agency, which is awide organisation. This work will concentrate on one of the projects going on within theorganisation which is travel-free meetings, where they are building a video meeting system thatallows the employees in the organisation to be able to meet with each other through the use ofvideoconferencing instead of physical meetings.In this work we will show how Kaikaku (radical system changes) along with Kaizen (continuouschange) can support an organisation to become more efficient and reduce wastage. We have donethis work in an organisation that is present in over one hundred locations in Sweden.The Social Insurance Agency has over 13 000 employees at over one hundred locations inSweden.The organisation has to be close to their customers and provide the best service aspossible. To be able to work in a uniform way, the employees get together and have meetings.Some meetings are just progress meetings and takes perhaps no more than two hours to complete.However, if seven employees from seven different locations need to have meetings, in the worstcase, they all have to meet in a common place.This is expensive for the organisation in travel costs, time and absence from work, but thetravelling also contributes to environmental pollution if the employees are travelling by a fuelpoweredvehicle.A whole day could go lost for having a meeting in about two hours if all sevenemployees went from their own cities to e.g. Stockholm for the meeting.Muda (wastage) of travel created several different types of Muda, namely:?
