The construction business is one of the most accident prone businesses in Sweden. In order to make it safer it?s vital that all employees of a company report all accidents and incidents that occur. This report intends through qualitative interviews, to analyze the knowledge and attitude towards incident reporting among the employees of the Swedish construction contractor JM.The goal of the thesis work is to hopefully contribute to an increase of employees? awareness on those issues.

Problembakgrund/frågeställning/syfte: Ju mindre ett företag är, i desto mindre utsträckning utsätts det för granskning, vilket leder till att mindre information och analyser om företagets värde finns. Vidare är små företag i högre grad utsatta för finansiella påfrestningar, då de generellt sett är mindre konkurrenskraftiga än större och mer väletablerade företag. Pecking-order teorin avser att förklara företags finansieringsbeteende och grundas på informationsasymmetri, dock tar teorin inte hänsyn till att informationsasymmetrin är högre ju mindre företaget är. Pecking-order teorin menar alltså att alla bolag, oavsett storlek, bör uppvisa samma finansieringsbeteende. Då en hög informationsasymmetri leder till större svårigheter att anskaffa vissa typer av externt kapital, borde skillnader föreligga i kapitalanskaffning mellan bolag med olika storlek.

 The aim with this essay is to examine the individual's expectations in the meeting with a job coach. It has become all more common with job coaches, in order to meet the unemployment in the society. The survey builds on a quantitative method, where 29 individuals who are linked to a changeover-program towards new jobs, have replied to a questionnaire. The survey shows that the participants have expectations on the coach as a supporting function. There is also a trust to that the contact with a coach will lead to new employment.

The Swedish energy companies have several different systems for data collection of the energy consumption of their clients. Often computerized remote meter readers are put in practice in order to register the energy consumption of large companies. The majority of household clients, however, are read off by the assistance of manual methods. Household power consumption is read off once a year. As a result, these clients are not debited for their actual consumption; their invoices during the year are the result of estimations.

The European Court of Justice, the ECJ, has the governing function in the Union as a guardian of law and justice. This study concerns the complete oeuvre by the British author Helen Zahavi: Dirty Weekend (1991), True Romance (1994), and Donna and the Fatman (1998). Her novels are here read as a trilogy dealing with the dialectics of gender and violence in 20th century discourse, drawing on theories of how the construction of subjects is produced by power, of the relation between power and sexuality.The heroines of Zahavi?s novels try their best to move about in a world where their freedom of movement is limited to their female identity. In Dirty Weekend the protagonist tries to shoot her way out, claiming revenge on every man that is forcing himself upon her. She gains some freedom of movement by refusing subordination, but does not really change the order of power.

This is a thesis written for a master's degree at the Computer Vision Laboratory, University of Linköping. An abstract outer product is defined and used as a bridge to reach 2:nd and 4:th order tensors. Some applications of these in geometric analysis of range data are discussed and illustrated. In idealized setups, simple geometric objects, like spheres or polygons, are successfully detected. The purpose of this essay is to highlight the conceptions that exist in school towards homosexuality. My overall essay questions are: What rules does the school have to apply concerning homosexuality? What approach do the professors have towards young lesbian women and kind of support is offered to the group? In order to answer these questions I interviewed a professor and a young lesbian female. One of the surveys that has been made, as a normative order, about heterosexuality in the last decade is known as queer theory.One of the theories that in surveys investigates homosexuality as a normative order is known as ?queer theory? and it is the one I decided to use in this essay.Inspired by feminist research, gay and lesbian studies and the poststructuralist theory, the queertheory focuses on some peoples way of organizing sexuality is privileged, sanctioned and is perceived as normal, while others are seen as deviant, abnormal and therefore unwelcome.

Detta examensarbete riktar in sig på utveckling av en webbshop åt företaget DPFlashes. Webbshoppen ska ha funktioner som låter användare lägga till produkter i en kundvagn. Användarna ska ha möjlighet att registrera sina uppgifter på webbshoppen samt lägga en order för valda produkter. För att DPFlashes ska ha en så översiktlig vy av webbshoppen ska en administratörs sida skapas där produkter, kategorier och användare skall kunna administreras. Förslaget på webbshop jag fått fram har alla dessa funktioner utom funktionen att lägga en order för kund.

Stockholm has in recent years experienced a strong population increase but despite that fact, the demand for housing has not been followed by enough housing contracts. According to forecasts, growth in population will further be continued upward. With more condominiums than rental units on the market, new apartments are too expensive to live in. This creates unsustainable problems for those in lower classes of society. Creating a housing market in the periphery of Stockholm is not sustainable from a social perspective.

Training in outdoor education for teachers has contributed to outdoor education having become part of elementary schools´ activities.The purpose of this study is to find out to what extent a School of Nature is useful for three primary school teachers´ activities.
