System Monitor : Ett felsökningssystem för Paperline
When an error occurs in an IT system that is vital for the production of a major industry, the consequences can be great. To quickly identify and correct errors is important as a stop in a system can lead to a break in production, which is costly for the industry. Our task in this thesis has been to develop a system for ÅF that facilitates the debugging process of the system Paperline. The system's target audience is ÅF-call personnel that provides support for Paperline 24 hours a day if something goes wrong. The system consists of a Windows service, a database and a web application and is developed mainly with the techniques C#.NET, MVC 5, Google Charts, Javascript, HTML, CSS, and Entity Framework.

Strategic forest planning using AHP and TOPSIS in participatory environments : a case study conducted in Vilhelmina, Sweden
When a decision is to be made on what long term strategic forest management plan to use, consideration must often be taken to multiple objectives. Such decisions are very complex and a promising approach to handle them is by Multiple Criteria Decision Analyses (MCDA). The study is based on the problem that the MCDA that have been implemented into forest management planning have only had capacity to compare and evaluate a limited number of management plans; which means that there is a risk the most suitable plan is missed. The aim with this study was to test the applicability of combining the MCDA tools: the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) for including consideration to multi-objectives into strategic forest management planning. The study was based on the process of creating and selecting a management plan, using Heureka PlanWise, suitable for all the major objectives found in the forest holdings of a municipality in northern Sweden.

Såväl informanter som respondenter är säljare hos olika Volvohandlare inom ett specifikt geografiskt område, som valts ut med hänsyn till tidsbegränsning och liknande aspekter. Teorier rörande kommunikationsprocesser i stort har använts men med fokus på organisationers interna och marknadsmässiga kommunikation. Den interna kommunikationen syftar till att skapa en välfungerande organisation och ett företags marknadskommunikation syftar i sin tur till att gynna organisationen exempelvis ekonomiskt, då det oftast rör sig om reklam i olika former.Huvudresultat: De huvudresultat som framkommit i studien är att den låga försäljningen av tjänsten Volvo On Call beror på många olika faktorer.

Today?s cell phones include more and more functionality, it is no longer uncommon to be able to connect to the Internet or take photos with the cell phone. In this thesis the question is if the cell phone users are interested in this new functionality. Are there people who are interested in a cell phone that in this thesis is called ?Basmobilen? (the entry level phone), which include the following functions; phone call, SMS, phone book, calling lists, clock and the possibility to change the call signal.

In 2013 a new emission standard for heavy trucks was introduced and hence a number of new parts was brought in to Scania CV AB. This created a need for modifications in the silencers flow. The flow is highly complex involving several suppliers, call off methods and different models of silencers. The aim for this project was to improve the existing silencers flow. The flow, from supplier to assembling, has therefore been mapped.

En viktig del av anestesisjuksk?terskans arbetsuppgifter ?r att ?vervaka och reglera patientens temperatur. Trots detta ?r det en utmaning att h?lla kroppstemperatur inom normalintervallet under generell anestesi, eftersom kroppstemperaturen sjunker under operation.
Samverkan mellan lärare och socialsekreterare : En kvalitativ studie i två kommuner
The intension of this study is to investigate the interaction between teachers and social workers in two diffrent countys. The study is focused on how teachers act upon suspicions when there are children at risk and what kind of support the teacher gets from social workers. Another importent question is if the teachers know what kind of rules regarding to confidentiality and if it would be better for the pupils if there were no confidentiality.To get answers to my questions, i have interviewed teachers and social workers in both countys.In this study I assume that the power has three dimensions and that there are four levels of interaction.Due to the law about confidentiality the social worker has the power over the teachers. Because the law about confidentiality it is difficult for teachers and social workers to interact.If the teacher want help from social services, she or he must call the social worker because the social worker will not call the teacher. If the social worker want to help the teacher and give her advice, the social worker can do that without breaking confidentiality.

MELLANF?RSKAPSSAMER ? Om identitet, ?tertagande och (s)v?rt kulturarv
This paper examines difficulties that heirs to swedified sami persons experience when learning about how colonialism forced a lot of people to hide or dim their sami identity. The purpose is to examine what genealogy can mean for these people and how it differs from the ?regular? genealogy; what makes these heirs willing or not willing to call themselves sami and how the cultural traumas and family wounds can be understood as dark cultural heritage and how these can be resolved.
With cultural heritage and history usage theories, Hall?s theories of hybrid identities, and Aarelaid-Tart?s trauma model, I have analysed material from six interviewees and some of my autoetnography to conclude that sami genealogy is an important factor in shaping a more complete and decolonized view of history and one?s identity, that descendants of samis won?t call themselves sami because of a lack of sami ?capital? but want to as a way of not letting colonialism win, and that cultural traumas and family wounds heal through talking about them ? not hiding from them. The dark heritage is a necessary part of the sami identity build. I have also concluded that sami identity have always been nuanced, there isn?t one correct way to be sami..
Vilka lärandemöjligheter finns i ett call-centerföretag?Om utvecklingsinriktat lärande, delaktighet, kommunikation och variation
Den här C-uppsatsen syftar till att öka förståelsen för vilka lärandemöjligheter som finns i ett call-centerföretag. Fokus ligger på utvecklingsinriktat lärande och tre faktorer som ingår i utvecklingsinriktat lärande. Dessa tre faktorer är delaktighet, variation samt kommunikation och variationen påverkar delaktigheten genom att man blir insatt i andra arbetsuppgifter och områden i företaget. Studien genomfördes med hjälp av halvstrukturerade intervjuer, observationer och en handledare med anknytning till ämnet pedagogik. Resultatet visar att möjligheterna till lärande i det undersökta företaget utgörs av god kommunikation mellan kolleger och det goda arbetsklimatet.
Service i privat sektor ? En kvalitativ studie om servicearbetarens upplevelse av sitt jobb
The aim of this qualitative study of service work in the private sector is to examine how the service worker experiences his/her work. There are three dimensions of the service workers experience in focus, and they are the base of my formulation of questions. The first dimension refers to how the service worker experiences the emotional labor demands from the employer. The second dimension concerns the relation between service worker and customer, from the view of the service worker. The third dimension problematizes how service workers experience efficiency.I have interviewed three call center customer workers and two hotel receptionists, using semi-structured interview technique.

Kompetensutveckling i call centers, utopi eller utmaning?: genomförande och utvärdering av Projekt Helhetssyn vid Kalix Tele24
Detta examensarbete vill påvisa en möjlig väg till kompetensutveckling på call centers: personalens deltagande i ett praktiskt utvecklingsprojekt. Studien har skett i samarbete med ett väletablerat call center i Norrbotten, Kalix Tele24. Projektet genomfördes under åtta månader på Kalix Tele24, med stöd och kunskap från en student/handledare från Luleå tekniska universitet, densamma som författaren till examensarbetet. Projektet gick under namnet Projekt Helhetssyn och fokuserade på att hitta förbättringar för samarbete och kommunikation inom företaget samt att skapa rutiner för informationsspridning. Allt arbete inom projektet utfördes av en projektgrupp, bestående av personal från olika delar av Kalix Tele24.
