Detta examensarbete beskriver hur förarbetet till att datorisera ett underhållssystem genomförs. Uppdragsgivare är Lear Corporation i Torslanda. BillerudKorsnäs is a leading global provider of primary fiber-based packaging materials and on Gruvöns Bruk in Grums, they have chosen to invest millions in the boiler at the facility to increase the total capacity of the factory. This results in the Pulp Flash Dryer at Gruvön being burden more, which makes it important that it is of great reliability and can be run with a high capacity. The reliability of the Pulp Flash Dryer at Gruvön is not as good as one could hope, which leads to reduced availability and production, as well as to increased maintenance costs. There are a number of different reasons for this, but all the casual links are not known.The purpose of this project was to perform a system analysis of the Pulp Flash Dryer to identify bottlenecks and the most critical parts from a capacity- and availability perspective. Appropriate methodology for the system analysis was used and would be used in a structured way to perform the analysis with data from the process and the maintenance system.

Organizations are about people in interaction. Human itself is complex, and the complexity increases when people are grouped. When creating groups there is a need for a structure, an order between the people in the group. Companies have an organization - riding school is also a company and should have an organization. Many studies have been done related to the riding school but there is no documentation about organizations at riding schools, and a research is needed. The aim of the study was to clarify if riding schools in Sweden has a well considered organization.

The Stockholm Bypass is an infrastructural project planned to be located west of Stockholm. This study investigates the argumentation concerning the project from different perspectives. The theoretical starting point is within Decision Theory. The main theories include Bounded Rationality, Kingdon's study of the political agenda and theory regarding venue shopping, framing and lobbying. The method chosen for this qualitative case study consists of both gathering data through semi-structured interviews and through documents provided by stakeholders and information available publically through archives and media.

Scania har utvecklat en filosofi, Scanias Produktionssystem (SPS), vilken används aktivt som grund för arbetet med ständiga förbättringar i verksamheten. Företaget arbetar hårt med att alla delar i produktionen ska följa SPS principer. I dagsläget lever inte axelförmonteringen på busschassi i alla avseenden upp till dessa principer, vilket föranledde detta examensarbete. Syftet med examensarbetet är således att föreslå förbättringar samt att ge ett eller flera förslag på hur axelförmonteringen kan flödesorienteras. En kartläggning av nuläget genomfördes för att få en tydlig blick över området, arbetssätt, utrustning och eventuell förbättringspotential.

This master?s thesis was performed during the fall of 2006 at Cloetta Fazer AB in Ljungsbro. Cloetta Fazer is the market leader in Scandinavia of manufacturing confectionary and chocolates. The purpose of the project has been to identify causes that impact the quantity of waste in production as well as a cost/benefit analysis of the solutions that can reduce the problem of production waste.The work includes four production lines that are individually designed depending on what kind of product that are produced on the line. By using qualitative and quantitative methods such as focus groups, interviews and observations data has been collected.

Syfte: Vi vill ta reda på vad som gör ett varumärke i modebranschenstarkt, samt hur ett företag bör agera för att åstadkomma det.Metod: Vi har använt oss av en kvalitativ ansats och har genom sjupersonliga intervjuer samlat in vårt empiriska material. Genom enabduktiv metod har vi undersökt om empiri och teoriöverensstämmer. Vi har sedan utgått från vår frågeställning ochfört en diskussion.Slutsatser: För att skapa ett starkt varumärke inom modebranschen är detviktigt att vara konsekvent i sitt uttryck. Produkten ochvarumärkesidentiteten måste samspela, även då produkten förnyas,och identiteten måste vara tydlig för konsumenten att minnas.Företagen kan påverka konsumenten genom kommunikation, ochPR har en betydande roll för hur varumärket presenteras i media.Den grafiska identiteten blir varumärkets kostym utåt och ensymbol för densamma. För att skapa ett starkt modevarumärke börvarumärket och produkten vara i linje med varandra och konstantförändras tillsammans.Purpose: We want to find out what makes a fashionbrand strong and how abusiness should act to achive that.Method: We have used a qualitative approach and have collected ourempiric data through seven personal interviews.

Our consumption habits are today under development and alteration. The market for mobile commerce is increasing, as well as the use of social networks with mobile devices. This relatively new approach to online shopping requires that retailers adjust to new strategies related to trust issues. The purpose of this study is to examine how social networks affect the establishment of trust between retailers and customers in mobile commerce. We investigate what kind of strategies retailers apply in order for consumers to gain trust in the mobile environment.
