Förstainstansrättens dom i målet Microsoft mot Kommissionen har gett upphov tillmånga konkurrensrättsliga frågor, bl.a. gällande Microsofts tying av WindowsMedia Player till sitt operativsystem Windows. Denna uppsats för framförallt ettresonemang kring frågan om huruvida de ?traditionella? EG-rättsliga metodersom idag används vid bedömningen av kopplingsförbehåll (tying) är förlegade närdessa ska appliceras på en ?ny? produkt som mjukvara. This study has been conducted with the purpose to examine the marketing effects of waiting lines on the customer- and brand experience. Our ambition has been to describe how the waiting line can be used to heighten the positive experiences. The study has had a qualitative, as well as an inductive approach towards the subject. The study is mainly based on nine interviews with a total of ten respondents employed at nine different companies relevant to the subject. In the final chapter of this study we present our results and conclusions..

Idag skiljer sig tidplanerna mellan de olika platscheferna mycket när projekten är snarlika, vilket innebär stora skillnader på täckningsbidraget. Skillnaderna på tidplanen beror på att platscheferna planerar på olika sätt där de inte har klara styrdokument. Det finns ett intresse hos JM att utveckla tidsplanering då det är ett styrande verktyg som till stor del påverkar projektens ekonomi. För att kunna dra slutsatser har vi studerat planeringsmetodiken där det idag finns brister.

Psykologin tar upp två perspektiv gällande shoppingmani. Det kliniska fokuserar på själva utförandet och det kognitiva fokuserar på betydelsen av produkten. Dessutom finns teorier som placeras emellan där vikten läggs vid både agerandet och produktens värde. Tjugoen medlemmar från en rikstäckande förening för shoppingberoende och 20 högskolestudenter i Mellansverige fick fylla i en enkät. Syftet med undersökningen var att undersöka i vilken utsträckning föreningsmedlemmarna fanns representerade inom perspektiven, se hur materialistiska värderingar skiljer sig åt mellan perspektiven samt mellan deltagargrupperna.

The aim of the thesis was to better understand how second language learners becomes lingual participants in a Swedish preschool. Using the following research questions: In what situations are SLLs lingual participants at the preschool? What does their emerging language look like? Are the participation any different considering children's time in the new L2 context? What kind of support does SLLs receive at the preschool?Two focal children at the same preschool was studied with ethnography of communication as method. The focal children chosen were one girl (Mandarin L1, 4.0 yrs) who arrived to Sweden and started the preschool two months ago at the time of the study, the other a boy (Serbian L1, 3.9 yrs) who started preschool and learning the L2 one year and two months before the study. Situations where the focal children interacted with other children or adults were analyzed. Results showed that the focal children in interaction with each other understands some of the others intentions before being able to speak about them in the L2.
