Denna uppsats handlar om kollaborativ blogging. Blogging innebär att inlägg publiceras på en förprogrammerad webbsida med hjälp av ett bloggverktyg. Med kollaborativ blogging avser jag en situation där två eller flera personer delar med sig av information och kunskap genom att kommunicera och interagera med varandra på en blogg. Jag har i denna uppsats valt att undersöka på vilket sätt bloggar kan fungera som ett verktyg för kollaborativ informations- och kunskapsspridning inom en grupp. Fallstudien som jag använt mig av är HUMlabs mobila blogging på Jokkmokks vintermarknad 2004.

The study tries to increase the understanding of the phenomenon known as the Big bath, on the question whether the market accepts Big bath accounting principle or not. Big bath is an accounting theory meaning that a company is likely to increase its impairment in a specific year. This could be as a reaction on a change in the leadership, a depreciation of the result or maybe an external decrease in demand. Through a quantitative survey of the market it is examining whether the companies themselves are inclined to use the procedure and if the stock market accepts it. The study concludes that Big bath similar procedures are a fairly common accounting practice and that the stock market does not seem to mind. .

A Qualitative Study in the Värmland County Council?.The purpose of this study is to examine how project managers in the public sector perceivetheir psychosocial work environment in a public organization. Therefore we have formulateda hypothesis based on the assumption that there exist differences in how project managersperceive their psychosocial work environment, depending on whether they work in public orprivate sector.Based on the objective, one research question has been formulated: How do projectmanagers active in the Pegasus program experience their psychosocial work environment? Tobe able to say something characteristic about the project managers psychosocial workenvironment our approach has been to interview five project managers.

Syftet med lagen (2007:1091) om offentlig upphandling, LOU, är en garanti att offentliga medel används så effektivt som möjligt, att kommuninvånarna ska få ut mest värde av skattemedlen och inte bara för att myndigheter ska göra bra affärer. Detta genom en likvärdig konkurrens mellan leverantörer. Den offentliga upphandlingen ska präglas av icke diskriminering, likabehandling, öppenhet, proportionalitet och ömsesidigt erkännande. Bestämmelserna skiljer sig åt beroende om det gäller upphandling av varor, tjänster eller byggentreprenader. En tröskelvärdesberäkning måste alltid göras inför en upphandling för att fastställa vilka bestämmelser i LOU som ska tillämpas.

Competence Portals are software tools that are intended to make it easier for persons that have had no previous contact to find and contact each other. The portals can address areas ranging from finding an expert within an organisation to the marketing of the competence of a region or a research centre to other organisations. The purpose of the thesis is to examine the necessity of Competence Portals in research-intensive organisations. Important characteristics of the information in such portals have been identified and used as a basis for recommendations regarding how Competence Portals could be designed. Furthermore, the thesis focuses on the task of finding a source of knowledge within an organisation.

The increase in farmland value in Swedens plain areas is a well known fact in today's Swedish agricultural. In connection with the fluctuating prices of crops and inputs, are increasing the risk exposure to agriculture. The increased value of agricultural land has in Sweden over the years been due to a high demand for land that has existed and exists in Sweden. The increasing demand is linked to a structural rationalization of Swedish agriculture, leading to fewer and larger farm units (www, privataaffärer, Carl Johan Jurss).The purpose of this study is to examine the potential risks associated with the farmland value falls or remains unchanged, according to a farm credit administrator's perspective. The idea is to get a picture of the main factors taken into account when lending and the problems with falling or stable land prices into account when lending.

The purpose of this paper is to form an understanding of how to use the demand for usability and accessibility. Requirements for usability and accessibility are available from several agencies, an example is Myndigheten för delaktighet. Through literature studies, I get answer to what are usability and accessibility and the demands that can be set on a public website. In this study of three municipalities you get a glance how local authorities have been working on their web pages and if they fulfill the requirements so that the disabled would consider that the page has good usability and accessibility. In the interviews conducted in one of the municipalities you will receive information how they plan, organize, implement, monitor and develop their websites.

Kasta gris är ett spel där spelarna tävlar om att komma först till 100 poäng. Två grisformade tärningar kastas och beroende på hur de landar ger de olika poäng, alternativt förlust av poäng. För en spelare som har samlade poäng i en kastomgång innebär ytterligare ett kast en chans att erhålla en högre poängsumma men också en risk att förlora den redan samlade. I denna uppsats vill vi ta reda på vid vilken högsta poängsumma i en kastomgång som spelaren bör välja att fortsätta kasta. Eftersom tärningarna är grisformade och alltså inte symmetriska är sannolikheterna olika för de möjliga utfallen.

År 2013 kom en ny lag i Sverige som helt förbjöd tvångssterilisering. Från 1975 fram till 2013 har människor som bytt kön varit tvungna att sterilisera sig. På grund av den nya lagen har steriliseringsproblematiken lyfts upp igen och blivit aktuellt. Syftet med undersökningen har varit att se olika ?vinster och förluster? med steriliseringslagarnas tillämpning.

Grubbe Ventilation AB is a sheet metal and ventilation company who provides design, installation, service, and repair of ventilation. The company is expanding their business by building a new facility in Umeå, Västerbotten. The property is designed to be used for both office and industrial work.Grubbe Ventelation AB has not yet decided upon wish system which is to be established to provide the building with heating and cooling. The consulting firm Umeå Projekt Team has therefore been asked to investigate the possibilities to invest in geothermal- heating and cooling.If the investigation of a geothermal heating- and cooling system would provide favorable results it would be a very appropriate alternative that provides energy at low costs and are an environmentally friendly option as the energy comes from stored solar energy in the ground is provided by stored solar energy in the ground.The facility ´s heating and cooling consumptions are calculated in the program BV2 and the result indicate a heating demand of 185 000 kWh per year due to thermal transmittance, transmission losses, heating of warm water and a cooling requirement of 5500 kWh.Three different systems of geothermal heating and cooling were tested in the computer program Energy Earth Design. The results show no difference in the dimensioning of the drill hole if merely heating were to be used or both heating and cooling were to be established.

The aim of this study is to examine the significance of having a music department at the public library in Enköping, and how the organization of the phonograms is handled. The different areas examined are the reason of the reintroduction of a music department, its budget, its users, the work with selection, the marketing, statistical data concerning loans, the work with classification, indexing, and organization of the phonograms and the future of the music department. The empirical material consists of qualitative interviews with staff connected to the music department at the public library in Enköping. For the theoretical frame, Sanna Taljas discourse analysis of music libraries in Finland is used. Talja presents three discourses which all show different views on what kind of material a music library should contain.

The freshwater pearl mussel Margaritifera margaritifera is an endangered species. To survive, the young mussels demand a fairly coarse bottom material containing an appropriate quantity of organic substrate to survive without suffocating. In order to estimate if a bottom is suitable for juvenile mussels, samples of the sediment are needed. To obtain samples a sampling device called the Mulv collector has been developed within this project. Bottom samples were collected from 18 stations in 4 south Swedish streams, Vramsån, Kling-storpsbäcken, Brönnestadsån and Bräkneån.

Self-compacting concrete has soon been around for a decade. Recently the prefabrication industry has started to use this fairly new concrete type in larger scales, mainly because of its distinctive properties.  There are still certain areas that need to be thoroughly examined, such as bond capacity. There have been very few studies regarding shear capacity due to the fact that the procedure is complicated.This report will highlight a method to examine the shear capacity of different surfaces that have been prewetted as well as non-prewetted surfaces. The surface areas follow BBK 04?s and Eurocode 2?s demand for surface roughness.  A smooth surface will be completed in order to confirm if the different shapes influence the bond strength by shear stress or not.                       The purpose of this essay is to measure the bond strength within the shear capacity as well as examine the impact it has on surface roughness and treatment for shear bond.The method used to identify the shear capacity is called L-shaped Push-Off Test.

Den här kvantitativa studien genomfördes med enkäter som elever på gymnasiet svarat på. Syftet med föreliggande undersökning är att få en inblick i gymnasieelevers frukostvanor och hur dessa kan påverka dem i fråga om prestation under lektionerna i Idrott och hälsa. Vi vill även få en uppfattning om eleverna fått information gällande sambandet kost och hälsa, samt om de omsätter denna eventuella kunskap till praktik. Med en större förståelse om sambandet mellan kost och prestation, kan vi skapa bättre förutsättningar för lärare att utbilda elever i ämnet. Den visar att majoriteten av de elever som har fått betyget VG eller MVG i ämnet Idrott och hälsa äter frukost dagligen.

AbstractComing to new job is not that easy, sometimes the feeling of insecurity appears. Working for recruitment agencies includes constant changes of colleagues and places of work and at the same time one has two different managers. Who does the individual turn to when problems occur and who do the employed see as his/her manager? Why do people search for work in recruitment agencies? How does it feel not having a fixed place of work or colleagues and how do the aspects of this affect the employed psychosocial work environment? This is a few questions asked when we tried to find answers on the employed feelings about his/hers psychosocial work environment in a recruitment agency. The purpose of this study was to find a deeper understanding on employees working in a recruitment agency experiences their psychosocial work environment on the basis of social support, demands and control.
