Företag kan ha olika struktur och med denna organisationsstruktur kommer en del utmaningar. Matrisorganisationer är en utformning av det mer komplexare slaget och dess tydligaste kännetecken är multipla rapporteringsvägar. På senare tid har det visat sig att matrisorganisationer som arbetar med Project Management Office (PMO) har problem med hur de ska prioritera sina projekt. Detta för att beslutsvägarna är komplexa och det många gånger är svårt att veta vem det är som bestämmer. Syftet med studien var att beskriva och analysera prioriteringsprocessen i ett PMO som existerar i en matrisorganisation. Studien har även velat påvisa vilka faktorer som påverkar denna prioriteringsprocess.

Our task is to construct a new, more modern sewing machine table for schools. The task is to use the same function as before, ease the storage and production of sewing machine.Efforts to develop the new sewing machine table resulted in that we came up with an innovative design that the company is pleased with.During this project the group has used the method from ?Fredy Olsson Konstruktion? .

Studies of networks, fields and of communicative circulations complement each other. This master thesis is a biographical study of an author and journalist, Gustaf Montgomery GM, his network in Sweden of the early 19th century, and a study of his authorship and literary career. The starting-point of the study is GM:s change of field from the conservative to the liberal in 1832. The aim is to give explanations to this change and to describe how the change in turn effected the network. The method used is critical of sources.

The aim of this study is to examine how the library of the Swedish Tax Agency and the Swedish Enforcment Authority have changed during the last decade. The study is based on qualitative interviews with the librarian in the two goverment agencies? primary library and four personel from three different Office libraries. This essay is based on the work of arranging and making an inventory for an archive consisting of records from the Board of Education (Utbildningsnämnden) within the administration of the County Council in Uppsala, Sweden. This archive is kept at the County Councils Archives in Uppsala where I have done the work. I have documented the process and discussed the complex of problems relating to it. In this particular case the issue of limitation of the Office of origin and the respect of the fonds, or the principle of provenance, have been of interest. This is due to the fact that the records had been rearranged and mixed with records with other origin related to the Board of Education.

This report is about Swedish statistics on work related accidents and work related diseases onboard Swedish ships. The authors analyzed collected statistics from two authorities and an insurance organization in an attempt to compare the data. In order to understand the need for statistics and why the authority publishes them; minor literature study was conducted. The results of the literature study are in the background chapter. The requirements for the different cases to be registered in the statistics have been investigated, in unity with the issue in question.

Den svenska byggbranschen står idag inför ett vägskäl, börja basera produktionsplaneringen på bygginformationsmodeller (BIM) eller att fortsätta genomföra planeringen på traditionellt vis. Tidigare har det inte funnits programvara som har haft funktionaliteten att koppla ihop hela processen från BIM till en produktionstidplan. På senare tid har det kommit program som klarar av processen, därmed har ett antal byggföretag börjat se nyttan av att ta tillvara på den information som finns i BIM från projekteringen och använda den för produktionen. Arbetet har genomförts hos entreprenadföretaget Veidekke. Det är ett av företagen som vill börja utnyttja informationen som finns tillgänglig i BIM, för produktionsplanering.

The construction industry has not undergone the same logistical development as the manufacturing industry; this, in combination with increased material price, leads to the fact that the construction industry must be improved. This master thesis is a part of the research cooperation Brains & Bricks goal of reducing production costs for the construction sector by 25 percent. Brains & Bricks is a cooperation between Linköping University, Peab and Katrineholms municipality. The master thesis aims to identify improvements in the flow of material, the Supply chain operation reference, SCOR, model has been used and the work has been carried out on one of Peab?s construction sites. At present the business is characterized by bad communication both between the construction site and the Office as well as between the construction site and suppliers.

This study was an assignment for the company Holmen which is located in the region of Örnsköldsvik, Sweden. The study was focusing on the responsibilities of a forestry planner during the planning season. The study was investigating about how much time the planner spent in the Office, in the car and out in the forest. Any other issues that would cause delays were also identified. To be more effective and to increase the number of objects to a district bank, a better preparation in the planning stage (for thinning?s or clear cuts) is needed as well as faster transition on to the next area.

The purpose of this essay is using theories about labeling and social bonds to study whether a measure of rehabilitation for the psychically disabled contributes to a return to a normal status as not-labeled. Partly we examine whether the activities organized by the regulation-ruled authorities during the work of rehabilitation lead to shame or pride, and partly how these activities are organized regarding the processes that lead to the emotions pride or shame among the participants. Method: qualitative semi-structured face-to-face interviews with professional rehabilitation-actors at the Public Employment Office (PEO), the Social Insurance Office (SIO), the Social Service (SOS), the Psychiatry and the Division of Labour Market (AME).Conclusions: the Psychiatry clients are treated with respect, may participate, and communication is characterized by attunement, therefore strong social bonds can be built. On the contrary, among the other examined activities, we found many elements that arouse shame. Since these are more ruled by regulations, the result is engulfment and demands on conformity, because the compromise-possibilities are almost non-existent.
