My goal with this Project was to create four pictures which de¬scribed four different emotions. The purpose of the project was that the pictures would be placed in a psychology department and they could use them as a starting point for a discussion about the patients? emotions. My personal purpose was that I wanted to create pictures in scale 1:1 in an analogue fashion, and try to learn more about how people see and feel about pictures. What kind of thoughts can a picture give you? Can I create a picture which can be used as a platform for a discussion? Can I make a picture which describes an emotion? The making of the pictures started with developing ideas and then I took photographs of my friend Joel, in different situations and moods, which I used as reference for my paintings.

The aim of this thesis is to create an understanding of nurses' information practices. To be able to search, find, use and critically evaluate information is important, not just during studies, but also in professional life. This study is intended to deepen our understanding of nurses ' information literacy in a workplace context.The main questions are: What information do nurses need on a daily basis and how do they experience information activities? What factors determine the sources they use? Do information practices vary in the workplace? Do nurses? professional experiences impact on their information practices? Nine nurses were interviewed using semi-structured interviews. The interviews have been analysed through a hermeneutic approach.

Syftet med denna litteraturstudie var att undersöka patientens upplevelse av livskvalitet efter överviktsoperation samt främjande omvårdnadsåtgärder. Metod: Litteratursökning utfördes i PubMed och Cinahl med Full Text. Sökord var följande: Bariatric, Bariatric Surgery, Quality of life, Bariatric patient, nursing, postoperative care samt treatment outcome. Dessa sökningar kompletterades med manuella sökningar. Efter genomgång avseende inklusions- och exklusionskriterier valdes sammanlagt 16 artiklar ut för denna litteraturstudie.

 Bakgrund: Stress är en subjektiv upplevelse som kan leda till fysisk och psykisk påfrestning. På arbetsplatsen är stress ett vanligt förekommande fenomen som ökat mycket de senaste åren. När vårdpersonal upplever stress känner de sig maktlösa och psykiskt utmattade. Stressen och dess konsekvenser påverkar även omvårdnaden och patientsäkerheten. För att hantera stressen behöver vårdpersonal hjälp.

This paper examined if childrens wellbeing affected their social and academic competence. The data was collected through an anonymous study using questionnaires, where the measuring instruments GHQ12 and EQ was used, and also a number of questions concerning academic competence. The population concisted twentytwo eight grade students, both girls and boys. The population had both Swedish and foreign ancestry. The result showed that wellbeing and the academic competence had a positive correlation.

This study was carried out at Luftfartsverket (LFV Group, Swedish Airports and Air Navigation Services). The aim was to study what characterizes an employer of choice and further to examine how well the employees at Luftfartsverket feel that their employer lives up to this image. A quantitative method was applied in the form of a selfdeveloped questionnaire. It was answered by a random sample of employees at Luftfartsverket.The results showed that salary, good leadership, good relations to colleagues and a sense of participation were important factors to be an employer of choice. In the organization at hand good colleagues were the most fulfilled factor whereas good leadership were the least fulfilled factor.

Syftet med studien var att genom granskning av litteratur och vetenskapliga artiklar undersöka vilka typer av arbetsterapeutiska interventioner för vuxna med Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Den metod som legat till grund för denna studie var en litteraturöversikt. Valet av litteratur har bestått av vetenskapliga artiklar samt relevant litteratur. För att identifiera relevant litteratur har sökningen av litteratur gjorts i ett flertal olika databaser däribland de tillgängliga databaserna vid Luleå Tekniska Universitet. Totalt identifierades sju vetenskapliga artiklar som legat till grund för denna studie.

Syftet med studien var att undersöka arbetsterapeuters erfarenhet av trädgårdsrehabilitering. En kvalitativ metod med induktiv ansats valdes för att besvara syftet. Data samlades in via semistrukturerade intervjuer, med intervjuguide som stöd. Insamlad data analyserades utifrån kvalitativ innehållsanalys, vilken resulterade i tre kategorier. Resultatet visade att trädgårdens olika värden är inflytelserika faktorer för människors egen läkepotential, via deltagande i meningsfulla aktiviteter på olika nivåer i trädgården.

Denna explorativa studie syftar till att studera meningsskapande faktorer hos individer med utbrändhetsproblematik. För att belysa fenomenet har sju personer intervjuats enligt kvalitativ intervjumetodik. Samtliga har genomgått ett yrkesinriktat rehabiliteringsprogram och de har en långvarig sjukskrivning bakom sig. Analysen av intervjumaterialet har inspirerats av grounded theory, en kvalitativ metod för att generera teoretiska slutsatser av empiriska data.Resultatet pekar på att intervjupersonerna i många delar har en samsyn kring den process de genomgått. Det visar sig att trots en lång och besvärlig tid, så upplever alla en förändring som kan betraktas som positiv och meningsfull.

The aim of this study was to gain a comprehension of managers experience of their identity and their construction of identity in the work sphere. 14 semi-structured interviews were performed with managers in the public sector. The interviews were analyzed from a hermeneutic approach. The results showed that the managers´ experience of their identity and their construction of identity were full of nuances and was characterized by a being and a becoming. The managers had several social identities at their disposal, which were brought to the fore due to the situation.

"The choreography of fear" is a discourse-analysis study which focus at how young men speaks about fear, threat and violence in the public everyday life. The study adopts socialcontructionism as theoretical approach and also uses theories about gender, hegemony masculinity, fear as a social constructed phenomenon and moral-panic. The study is based on qualitative interview whit young men in age 18-30 and the method is mainly discourse-psychology. The section of Analysis discuss subjects as what and whom the young men consider to be a threat and which areas in the public space they consider to be dangerous and how they choose to handle the menace. The Analysis also focuses on how the informants speak about fear, how they define fear and what they consider arouse fear..

Over the last decade the conversation on entrepreneurship has been both worldwide and intense. In Sweden, as in many other countries, this conversation has also concerned women?s entrepreneurship. Parallel with this conversation has been the debate on women in leading position in large corporations. This thesis aims to find out why and how women use entrepreneurship to handle existing conditions in life (such as the hardship of combining a traditional career with a traditional family life) and to create new conditions that suit them better.

Bostadsanpassningar och att skriva bostadsanpassningsintyg utgör en del av arbetsterapeuters dagliga arbete inom kommunal hemsjukvård. I takt med att befolkningen blir allt äldre och bor kvar längre i sina ordinära boende ökar denna del av arbetsterapeutens arbetsuppgifter. Syftet med denna studie var att beskriva arbetsterapeuters erfarenheter av bostadsanpassningar och intygsskrivande. Författarna använde sig av en kvalitativ ansats med semi-strukturerade intervjuer för att samla in data. Intervjuerna utfördes inom hemsjukvården i fem kommuner från mellersta till södra Sverige.

Studiens syfte var att undersöka hur grupper inom en industri skiljer sig från andra typer av arbetsgrupper från en större population. I den här studien användes Team Diagnostic Survey (TDS). TDS instrumentet används för att mäta faktorer som anses vara avgörande för gruppens effektivitet enligt en modell av Hackman (2002). Den statistiska bearbetningen visade på 12 signifikanta skillnader. Skillnader visade sig inom följande områden: compelling direction, enabling direction, supportive organizational context och available coaching.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate an existing user interface. The company in question has a web-based user interface (available through logging in via their website), but they are interested in making the process of using the interface more convenient and the interface more accessible, so that users without a background in computing can properly manage the interface. At the same time they want to apply additional functionalities in order create and to manage increased traffic on the company?s website. For this reason it is important to take into account the issues involved in human-computer interaction (HCI) as well as aspects of cognitive psychology in order to make the tool and the web interface more usable, more motivational, and therefore more efficient and professional.
