The climate changes that are occuring in the world have resulted in that the EU callingfor a 20 % reduction in energy consumption to the year 2020, to reach that goal theEU want the public sector to go forth as a good example. Västfastigheter owns andmanage the hospital buildings in the Västra Götaland region. To be able to reducetheir energy usage Västfastigheter has hired several consulting firms to chart out theenergy consumption on each hospital building. The biggest energy savings potentialhave been calculated and what the cost will be to perform each action. The energyaudit have been completed and stand as the decision basis for Västfastigheter?s choiceon which action packages that should be implemented.

Syftet med studien är att beskriva tandhygienisternas uppfattning om parodontal stödbehandling och få en inblick hur behandlingen fungerar i praktiken. För att få ett bredare faktaunderlag till ämnet bearbetades litteratur från referenslitteratur och tidskrifter. Studien bygger på en kvalitativ innehållsanalys, för att kunna utföra intervjuerna begränsades området, där Malmö var mest praktiskt i förhållande till tiden. För att begränsa studien ytterligare gjordes djupintervjuer med totalt tre tandhygienister som arbetar inom folktandvården samt privat sektor. Till grund för intervjuerna utarbetades en intervjuguide fram, för att ta del utav informanternas kunskaper och erfarenheter. Resultatet visar att parodontal stödbehandling definieras och beskrivs på olika sätt men överlag har tandhygienisterna samma uppfattningar om vad som ingår i parodontal stödbehandling och när det är indicerat.

The municipal housingcompany Strömstadsbyggen is one of the parties involved in the extensive development that mustbe implemented to meet the changes and developments which the issue holds.One area that is of interest in the discussion is Rådhusberget - this due to the existing infrastructureand unique qualities that the area holds. In order to achieve the best solutions possible for the area,Strömstadsbyggen wishes to listen to what the existing tenants at Rådhusberget thinks and feelsregarding the area and its future potential.This thesis has therefore been carried out in collaboration with Strömstadsbyggen and has beenaimed at identifying the current tenants' thoughts and opinions in the existing area of developmentand infill potential. The aim of this work was also to investigate how the tenants value their homeand local environment in its current state, and what their wishes are for the possible futuredevelopment of Rådhusberget.To achieve analyzable results concerning how the tenants perceive these aspects, an extensivesurvey have been carried out which were sent out to all tenants in the area.

Vardagsrehabilitering av äldre utgör en stor del i hemtjänstpersonalens dagliga arbete, där arbetsterapeuten kan vara behjälplig med bland annat handledning och utbildningar för perso-nalen. Syftet med denna studie var att ta reda på hemtjänstpersonalens erfarenheter av hur vardagsrehabilitering i hemmet fungerar och kan förbättras inom äldreomsorg. Författarna har använt sig av en kvalitativ ansats med semistrukturerade intervjuer för att samla in data. Inter-vjuerna utfördes inom två kommuner i sydöstra Sverige hos både kommunala samt privata hemtjänstaktörer. Datan analyserades med kvalitativ innehållsanalys vilket resulterade i fyra kategorier: ?Att möjliggöra vardagsrehabilitering för äldre?, ?Att samverka med kollegor och andra instanser?, ?Att arbeta i den äldres hem? samt ?Att förstå samt utveckla ett vardagsre-habiliterande arbetssätt?.

Att använda sig av virtuella tv- och dataspel inom rehabilitering är ett relativt nytt medel som det finns begränsat med forskning inom. Syfte: Uppsatsens syfte är att beskriva till vilket ändamål virtuella tv- och dataspel används inom rehabilitering och vad det ger för utfall. Metod: En systematisk litteraturstudie användes som metod i uppsatsen. De databaser som använts är Amed, Cinahl, PubMed och Medline (via Ebsco). De sökord som använts är virtual video game, video game, computer game, rehabilitation, outcome, movement, playthings och occupational therapy.

Syftet med denna litteraturstudie var att undersöka patientens upplevelse av livskvalitet efter överviktsoperation samt främjande omvårdnadsåtgärder. Metod: Litteratursökning utfördes i PubMed och Cinahl med Full Text. Sökord var följande: Bariatric, Bariatric Surgery, Quality of life, Bariatric patient, nursing, postoperative care samt treatment outcome. Dessa sökningar kompletterades med manuella sökningar. Efter genomgång avseende inklusions- och exklusionskriterier valdes sammanlagt 16 artiklar ut för denna litteraturstudie.

Syftet med denna litteraturstudie var att undersöka om nutritionstillskott, tryckavlastning och typ av förband har någon påvisad effekt på läkningen av trycksår. Litteraturstudien grundar sig på Goodmans systematiska tillvägagångssätt. Litteratursökningen gjordes i CINAHL, PubMed och The Cochrane Library samt att artiklar som inte var tillgängliga i fulltext via någon av databaserna söktes via Samsök. Granskning och kvalitetsbedömning av artiklarna gjordes individuellt utav författarna oberoende av varandra utefter ett modifierat granskningsprotokoll. Elva artiklar av varierande kvalitet inkluderades i litteraturstudien.

One of the largest work areas for speech and language pathologists is intervention for children with speech and language disorders. The purpose of the present study was to describe and analyze the clinical management of language impairment in children by studying and comparing medical records and literature from the years 2000 and 2009. The present study is a sequel to two previously published papers by Christina Samuelsson (1997; 1999), in which medical records and literature from the 1920-, 60- and 70?s were studied and a paper by Helén Sämfors (2001), in which the years 1985 and 1995 were studied. The medical records used in the present study came from a medical ward for speech and language pathology at a university hospital in Sweden. The results showed that significantly more children were referred to the clinic for speech and language problems in 2009 than in 2000, and more children were treated for their impairments.

Syftet med studien var att genom granskning av litteratur och vetenskapliga artiklar undersöka vilka typer av arbetsterapeutiska interventioner för vuxna med Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Den metod som legat till grund för denna studie var en litteraturöversikt. Valet av litteratur har bestått av vetenskapliga artiklar samt relevant litteratur. För att identifiera relevant litteratur har sökningen av litteratur gjorts i ett flertal olika databaser däribland de tillgängliga databaserna vid Luleå Tekniska Universitet. Totalt identifierades sju vetenskapliga artiklar som legat till grund för denna studie.

The project has been performed in a close collaboration with Hörsam who works in the field of hearing technology. In a first meeting with the company, the Project group was showed a few existing storage boxes for hearing aids. The company thought they were unnecessarily large with plenty of unused space and wanted a new, smarter solution to be developed.The project began with user studies in which audiologists, maintenance technicians, future users and others were interviewed. The purpose was to obtain their views on today's storage boxes and to find out how well the users maintained their hearing aids. It proved to be a large lack of knowledge regarding the management of hearing aids within the users.

Syftet med studien var att undersöka hur barnkonventionens artikel 12, barns rätt att komma till tals tillämpas i familjebehandling genom att göra en pilotstudie. Familjebehandlare inom kommunens öppenvård fick svara på hur de gjorde barn delaktiga, på vilket sätt barn kom till tals och ifall det fanns tillfällen när barn inte skulle delta i familjebehandlingen. För att få svar på dessa frågor gjordes en semistrukturerad telefonintervju. Den valda teorin var systemteori.  Studien innefattade även familjebehandling, barnkonventionen och BBIC.

Färg anses livsviktig för den mänskliga organismen och en vital del av den helande trädgården. En hälsoträdgård ska tillgodose brukaren samtliga terapeutiska inslag oavsett funktionshinder. Trotts detta saknas det funktionella färginslag för den blinda brukare som söker rekreation i en helande trädgårdsmiljö. Kromoterapi är en form av färgterapi som använts sen 2000 f. kr.

Bostadsanpassningar och att skriva bostadsanpassningsintyg utgör en del av arbetsterapeuters dagliga arbete inom kommunal hemsjukvård. I takt med att befolkningen blir allt äldre och bor kvar längre i sina ordinära boende ökar denna del av arbetsterapeutens arbetsuppgifter. Syftet med denna studie var att beskriva arbetsterapeuters erfarenheter av bostadsanpassningar och intygsskrivande. Författarna använde sig av en kvalitativ ansats med semi-strukturerade intervjuer för att samla in data. Intervjuerna utfördes inom hemsjukvården i fem kommuner från mellersta till södra Sverige.
