Denna undersökning syftade till att undersöka vad de medel som man under barocken använde för att väcka och stilla människans affekter har för påverkan på dagens musikstuderande ungdom, samt hur nära deras upplevda affekter ligger de affekter som barockens musikskribenter såg i musiken. För att studera detta använde jag mig av en kvantitativ enkätundersökning. Jag spelade upp valda delar ur ett stycke av Monteverdi för dem och undersökte i enkätform vad de upplevde för affekter. De flesta försökspersoner uppfattade de stora musikaliska mönstren, som oftast är de som uttrycker olika grad av energi, medan de underliggande, mer nyanserade mönstren, som kan uttrycka om ett litet stycke musik har en positiv, negativ eller neutral laddning, uppfattades mer sällan.

Länge har jag intresserat mig för skapandet av musik, kanske för att jag betraktar mig själv som en musikalisk improvisatör. I detta arbete utforskar jag därför hur jag arbetar med komposition, vilka metoder jag använder, vilka andra metoder som finns och vilka av dem jag kan bredda mig med. Målet är att vid genomfört arbete ha en översikt av min skapandeprocess, för att själv kunna vidareutveckla den, samtidigt som jag hoppas kunna hjälpa läsaren att, genom igenkänning, se sin egen process i nytt ljus. I detta arbete analyseras videoupptagningar och loggboksinlägg ur ett sociokulturellt perspektiv, vilket innebär att jag betraktar verktyg som något som både finns i intellektet och i den fysiska världen. Jag har även erfarit hur tätt sammanbundna dessa är. Dessutom influerar de resultatet, vilket gör valet av verktyg viktigt.

Introduction:A good work environment and good resources among district nurses? and general nurses? are important in the provision of good nursing care. For patient security it is also very important that resources and time are used in an appropriate way. A lot of time is spent on non-core activity, for example administration takes more and more time, which can result in feelings of stress.Aim:The aim was to describe how district nurses? and nurses? in primary care perceived their work environment, how their worktime content was distributed and if there was some connection between perceived work environment and the distribution of work time.Methods:A mapping of the content of the work was made in two parts.

People are usually directed towards each other in conversations, to make it easier to hear what is being said. Algorithms for voice and speech recognition works in a similar way, regarding the microphone direction towards the sound source. In this thesis in electronics has therefore a servo control with binaural sound localization been implemented on a microcontroller connected to two microphones.When people perceive sound, the brain can estimate the sound source direction by comparing the time taken by the sound reaching one ear to the other [1]. The difference in time is called the interaural time difference, and can be calculated using various techniques. An exploratory comparison between the techniques cross-correlation and cross-spectrum analysis was carried out before implementation.

Two different methods for measuring biogas production were used, gas meter and gasbags. The gas meters were electronic and counted each time a certain gasvolume passed through them. The gasbags collected the gas that hade passed through the gas meter until a manual measuring could be done. The two different methods gave the same result for a volume at three liters but for a volume around 0,2 liters they did not. Accuracy and precision for the gasbags was more exact than for the gas meters even if the method was difficult with a lot of different elements that could affect the result.

Syftet med detta arbete är att på djupet gå in i en sångcykel och göra en personlig tolkning av den, i detta fall Haugtussa op.67 av Edvard Grieg med texter från Arne Garborgs diktsamling Ingrid sierskan: ?Haugtussa? och ?Helheim?. ?Haugtussa ? En tolkning på 2000-talet? är en processbeskrivning av hur en tolkning med textlig utgångspunkt växer fram: hur jag har lärt känna Garborgs och Griegs gemensamma karaktärer i sagan om flickan Ingrid och hennes liv, för att jag på ett trovärdigt sätt ska kunna framföra dem inför en publik 110 år efter att de skrevs. Det primära målet har inte varit att utföra den perfekta konserten.

During my practical training I have seen what after-school offers children. Large groups of children and little staff, often results in that the children had to play freely until they go home. Few activities are offered to the children and the staff is busy looking after the children and ensures that they are not fighting.The purpose of this study is to find out how children feel about their leisure activities and if they think they are being offered a meaningful leisure. The main research questions were:How do children experience their leisure-time?Do after-school offers children a meaningful leisure and is it the children's interests and needs that govern the activities and the environment?How do the number of children in the leisure group affect the leisure time?The methods to collect data in the study are observations and interviews.

Syftet med det här arbetet var att undersöka i vilken omfattning harpundervisning bedrivs vid kommunala musik- och kulturskolor, samt att ta reda på hur ett självstudiematerial för harpa fungerar. En enkätundersökning visade att bara fyra av Sveriges musik- och kulturskolor erbjuder undervisning i harpa. Självstudiematerialet "Teach Yourself to Play the Folk Harp" av Sylvia Woods utvärderades av åtta personer med olika musikalisk bakgrund som följdes under fyra månaders tid. Resultatet av studien visade att materialet upplevdes på olika sätt, men att det samlade omdömet var mestadels positivt. Av studien framkom också att deltagarnas medvetenhet om sina inlärningsstilar hade stor betydelse för hur materialet upplevdes och utvärderades..

Uppsatsen handlar om cineliteracy; att öka sin kompetens att tillgodogöra sig rörliga bilder. Jag undersöker huruvida brittiska filminstitutets femstegsmetod är en fungerande modell för att stimulera elevernas lärandeprocess av komplex film. Som exempel använder jag mig av Jacques Tatis film Play Time..

Syftet med detta arbete var att undersöka dirigentens repetitionsteknik, kommunikation och ledarskap med musikerna under repetition av nutida konstmusik med instrumental solistensemble respektive symfoniorkester med professionella musiker. Metoderna som användes var dels mitt konstnärliga arbete som dirigent genom repetitioner och konserter av nutida musik med solistensemblen Norrbotten NEO och Gävle Symfoniorkester, dels sju intervjuer med professionella dirigenter och musiker. Det konstnärliga arbetet dokumenterades med videoupptagning medan intervjuerna dokumenterades med ljudupptagning. Analyserna av respektive material skedde i efterhand och var huvudsakligen kvalitativa, även om kvantitativa inslag förekom.Resultatet visar att dirigenten bör ha tydlig slagteknik och gestik och tydligt reda ut komplicerade rytmer och instruera musikerna. I första hand ska dirigenten arbeta med de musikaliska parametrarna rytm/samtidighet, dynamik/balans och artikulation men det är viktigt att dirigenten också kan gestalta musiken och lyfta den till en högre nivå.Slutsatserna är: 1) ju mer okänd och komplex musik desto viktigare att förmedla en musikalisk helhet till den enskilde musikern och låta den förstå sin stämmas funktion i helheten; 2) ju färre musiker i ensemblen desto viktigare att dirigera med små slag och gester, gärna sittande, och att lyhört genom diskussioner med musikerna, ta del av deras kunskap och förslag till musikalisk gestaltning; 3) ju fler musiker i ensemblen utan specialkunskap i och intresse för nutida musik desto viktigare att inspirera och motivera den enskilde musikern.Skillnaderna mellan solistensemble och orkester kan ofta vara stora; det kan gälla såväl kunskap om och intresse för nutida musik som förväntningar på dirigentens kommunikation och ledarskap.
