Syfte: Syftet med denna uppsats är att redogöra för hur ledare och anställda i en distansorganisation kan uppmuntras, via en god kommunikation till att förmedla sin kreativa förmåga. Genom att beskriva hur arbetet med kommunikation sker mellan de båda partnerna, kan vi presentera en förståelse om hur det skapas nya kreativa idéer även när medarbetarna inte är under kontorets tak. Metod: Den metod vi har utgått ifrån är en kvalitativ studie där data har samlats in genom en personlig intervju samt tre stycken telefonintervjuer. Den personliga intervjun genomfördes med KNS Bilfrakt AB ena delägare. Telefonintervjuerna genomfördes på tre lastbilschaufförer inom samma organisation.

Background: High demands are today placed upon Swedish elderly care nurses as more elderly live with multimorbidity while the hospital bed capacity is becoming lower. Aim: The aim of the study was to explore nurses? perception of decision-making in situations with acutely ill patients in nursing homes and which factors may influence the decision about transferring patients to the emergency department or not. Method: This is a qualitative study with a phenomenographic approach. Semi-structured interviews have been conducted with 11 nurses working in nursing homes. The data analysis was based on Dahlgren and Fallsberg (1991) data analysis. Result: Three different description categories were presented, which describes variations of the nurses? perceptions.Feeling comfortable in making the decision; which involved the nurses feeling confident in the decision-making about transferring patients to the emergency department or not.Hesitant in making the decision; which described how nurses perceived the decision-making as problematic, with regard to transferring patients to the emergency department.Many wishes to consider in taking the decision; which explained how nurses? decision-making was influenced by requests from the patients or from people close to them.Conclusion:  The study reflected how  supporting and aggravating factors could influence how nurses in nursing homes perceived the decision-making and how nurses have to take in consideration different opinions concerning the decision making process of transferring patients to the emergency department or not.

Background: Several accounting scandals have caused a development from rules-based to principles-based regulation. Swedish municipalities follow the principle-based recommendations issued by RKR (The Council for Municipal Accounting). An explicit requirement of component depreciation has been introduced prior to 2014. The principles-based regulatory framework raises some choices regarding the introduction and demands that professional judgments are made. There is some risk that comparability decreases.

This is an essay about health promotion and organisation development. The problem concerning all health issues that can be tied to work related illnesses has long been a problem in Sweden. For example did this problem alone cost the Swedish government 25 million crones a day between the years 2000-2001. This is a major issue and there is lots of money to save in this area. This is why we wanted to research how to promote health by changing the structure of the selected company.

This study is about how older people are portrayed in TV- commercials, and what those images are saying about senior citizens as consumers. I?ve chosen two of Sweden?s most popular TV channels that are broadcasting commercials and from those two channels recorded commercials in a period of one week, three times a day (morning, afternoon and evening/night). My purpose with this study was to see when older people stared in commercials, which kind of merchandises they were marketing, in which manor they acted out their roles, and (if possible) say something about the elderly people as consumers..

This thesis studies the Swedish advertising business as an actor in the national formation of Sweden. It argues that earlier research has ignored to see advertising businesses as possible forces of these formations. The essay investigates how this appears historically through collaboration with an informational organisation that had risen due to the Second World War and that was a part of the national defence. I can, by investigating a discussion that focused on this informational organisation and the advertising businesses relation to it, show how the business as an effect of a civic engagement expressed an interest to participate in the informational work. Relations between the Central Organisation of the Workers of Sweden and the Swedish Trade Union Confederation, 1910-1930:The Unification Debate The purpose of this study is to depict the hostile relations between the two unions, the Central Organisation of the Workers of Sweden (SAC), and the Swedish Trade Union Confederation (LO), between the years 1910 and 1930, the proposal of and following debate about unification being especially focused on. The questions are the following:1. What ideological differences where there between SAC and LO? 2. What ideas were common in the debate? 3.

Today's planning strategy, densification of cities, makes it difficult for municipal authorities to find spaces to build preschools and daycare centers on. The Planning and Building Act , Chapter 8, § 9 states that " if the site should be developed with buildings that contain one or more dwellings or premises for after-school , preschool, school or other activities, it should be on the property or near it, enough free space which is suitable for play and being outdoors. " Each municipality has to define the expression enough free space and a number of municipalities have established guidelines for preschool and daycare centers concerning dimensions. The guidelines measure the number of square meters of free space per child with the aim of contributing to a qualitative environment. But the size is just one quality and the issue is how other non-quantifiable qualities are taken into account in the planning process. The paper compares three municipalities, Gothenburg, Malmö and Lund.

I den globala världen blir det allt vanligare att det operativa ansvaret för chef eller ledare fördelas på en större geografisk bas. Syftet med studien är att med utgångspunkt från ett fall undersöka vilka faktorer som inverkar på ett ledarskap på distans. Undersökningsdesignen utgår från en studie av en enskild enhet i en ideell organisation. Svaren har sökts genom en kvalitativ forskningsstrategi i form av semistrukturerade intervjuer. Samtidigt har ett försök till korsvalidering gjorts genom att koppla resultatet till en liknande situation i en kommersiell organisation.Urvalet är ändamålsinriktat och genomfört som ett bekvämlighetsurval.

I dagens samha?lle finns det ma?nga faktorer som pa?verkar organisationer och dess synsa?tt vilket kan vara problematiskt da? dessa inte alltid a?r fo?renliga med varandra. I kreativa organisationer kan detta representeras av ett ekonomiskt och ett kreativt synsa?tt som ses som uttryck av institutionella logiker, korporationslogiken respektive professionslogiken. Studien a?mnar da?rmed underso?ka hur dessa tva? institutionella logiker som teoretiskt sett krockar kan urskiljas och samspela inom en kreativ organisation.

Syftet med min studie är att undersöka hur förhandlingsskyldighetn samt rätten till information efterlevs i praktiken. För att göra detta ska jag göra kvlaitativa intervjuer samt observera på ett MBL - möte på en arbetsplats. Detta ska jag därefter applicera på Ahrne och Brunssons teori om vad en formell / partiell organisation är- med hjälp av dess element, dvs medlemskap, sanktioner, övervakning, regler och hierraki. Frågeställning: Hur tillämpas god ekonomisk hushållning i kommuners styrning utifrån kommunallagen? ? Finns det skillnader mellan Eskilstuna kommun, Nyköpings kommun och Strängnäs kommun? Vad blir konsekvensen om god ekonomisk hushållning inte uppfylls?Syfte: Syftet med studien är att undersöka hur kommuner förhåller sig till god ekonomisk hushållning i deras styrning, om det är någon skillnad mellan Eskilstuna kommun, Nyköpings kommun och Strängnäs kommun i förhållande till kommunallagen. Metod: Deduktiv ansats har använts i studiens framställande. Informationen har samlats in, den har analyserats och av den teoretiska referensramen och empirin har en slutsats dragits. Respondenter valdes ut genom ett strategiskt urval och dessa kontaktades via mejl.Slutsats:  Eskilstuna kommun, Nyköpings kommun och Strängnäs kommun är styrda av de uppsatta mål som kommunfullmäktige sätter.

Studier som berör ämnet hur fysisk aktivitet påverkar det psykiska välbefinnandet hos äldre är något som berör alla. Fysisk aktivitet har i tidigare forskning visat sig påverka båda den fysiska och psykiska hälsan positivt. Mycket forskning är gjord på området, dock är de äldre underrepresenterade som målgrupp inom området. Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka i vilken utsträckning fysisk aktivitet påverkar det psykiska välbefinnandet, med inriktning självkänsla och fysisk självuppfattning, hos äldre. Undersökningen innefattade en experimentell undersökningsmetod med en randominiserad, kontrollerad design.

Max Webers teorier är klassiska inom sociologin. Denna d-uppsats syfte var att undersöka om Webers idealtyp byråkrati går att använda för att analysera en nutida organisation - Försäkringskassan. Kan Försäkringskassan utifrån valda teorier ses som byråkratisk och vad innebär detta för organisationen? För att få information om Försäkringskassan och dess organisation har olika typer av dokument undersökts. Denna information har sedan analyserats i förhållande till Webers byråkratibegrepp och en del kritiska röster om Weber.I uppsatsen framkom att Försäkringskassan är en byråkratisk organisation enligt Webers kriterier och att idealtypen byråkrati fortfarande är användbar - åtminstone på Försäkringskassan.

The market communication in organisations is vital to manage the competition. Studies have shown the importance of market communication in both private and public organisations.Since the past decade market communication has been acknowledged as an instrument to provide the organisations target group with valid information.This thesis is a study about the differences in market communication between private and public organisations. To manage this we asked ourselves the question:?- What distinguish the market communication in a private respective a public organisation??We have done qualitative interviews to get the best result for our study. We have interviewed both types of organisations and our respondents have leading strategic position in their organisations.Our research highlights important differences between private and public organisations in matter of tactics in market communication.In conclusion the result shows a great difference in how an organization is managing their communicative strategies all depending on if it is a private owned company or a public organisation..
