Internetanvändandet i Sverige ökar och en väsentlig del av Internetanvändandet inbegriper bloggar. Bloggläsande är mest populärt bland unga kvinnor och det är just denna grupp studien syftar att undersöka. Syftet med studien är att undersöka hur bloggläsare påverkas av det de läser i bloggar, med fokus på bloggläsares konsumtion och reflektera över hur det i sin tur påverkar bloggläsares identitetsskapande. Huvuddelen av tidigare forskning inom ämnet blogg har belyst bloggförfattarnas perspektiv. Den tidigare forskning vi presenterar i arbetet visar att bloggförfattare kan använda bloggen som ett verktyg i sitt identitetsskapande.

The main objective of the essay is to define the meaning of the termgovernance network on the basis of democratic values ? both normative andimperial - with the aim to analyse the prospects to develop an effective anddemocratic governance. Democratic values as well as civil participation,enlightenment, responsibility and approachability are discussed, but also moreeffectivness orientated values.It is clear from the presentation how normative and democracy models putdifferent values in focus, with the consequence that other values are played downor pushed aside. Compared to imperial research in partnership ? by definition atype of network arrangement - and with a starting point in democracy andefficiency, the networks are discussed as political formation.In what sense can the actual existing network arrangements meet and fulfil thedefined political values? As no straight forward answer exists, there is an ongoingconflict between the political demand for slowness and the effectiveness demandfor flexibility and mobility..

Scania Top Team is a competition where the best mechanics in the world are competing against each other. In 2011, the world final was recorded and this material is now used to see which problem solving strategies these top of the line teams are using to solve the realistic problems assembled in front of them. To help them, the mechanics are allowed to use two of Scanias IT-systems: Scania Multi and Scania Diagnose and Programmer 3. This report consists of two parts. The first part is the development of a method to analyze the recorded material.

The aim of this littrature review has been to describe how you can satisfy the need of nourishment for older people who suffer from dementia. Data has been retrieved by searches in Academic Search Elite, Sience Direct, Blackwell, PubMed and in the Journal Vård i Norden. The studies show that most of the people with dementia have a hard time to satisfy the nourishment. The results show that through different preventive measurement you can improve the nourishment for these people, to set the table, play calm music and to have a table companion. By taking the food oneself created a good meal environment and the individually need was provided for.

The purpose of this study is to increase the knowledge of individualism also how individualism is applied in a teacher?s classroom. Based on the curriculum, teaching is tailored to each and every student?s expectations and needs.  My research has been qualitative and includes four interviews with practicing teachers in two multi-cultural schools in the city of Stockholm. I have investigated how these four teachers perceive individualism, also how they individualize when teaching to meet all students' expectations and needs according to them.

Brands are the instruments corporates use to create and communicate brands reputation. Within the different industries for consumer products intangible assets such as brands are known to have great importance for corporate prosperities. When consumers experiences a specific brand symbolizes best possible value for money, the corporate behind it has managed to create a unique competitive advantage that should be to its full potential. Strong brands can pose the difference between winning or loosing on the market. Due to this brands should be considered as cost-effective instruments since they help create financial advantages such as consumer loyalty.

RES-direktivet antogs av EU under 2009 i syfte att öka Europas totala andel förnybar energi till 20 procent. Sverige tilldelades en kvot på 49 procent och regeringen valde att höja målet till 50 procent. Vid ökad användning av förnybar energi kan målkonflikter uppstå. De förnybara resurserna kan exempelvis användas i andra syften vilket skapar konkurrens. Energiomställningen beskrivs som en intstitutionell utmaning som kräver politisk vilja och svåra avvägningar.

I denna rapport behandlas verktyget FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis), dess användning och genomförande på identifierade komponenter som ingår i elmotorer tillverkade hos ABB LV Motors i Västerås. Målet med detta arbete har varit att ge lärdom om metoden FMEA på företaget för att möjliggöra användandet av verktyget bland medlemmarna på företaget och att vi implementerar verktyget på befintlig motor för att analysera de felsätt som kan uppstå. Eftersom ABB just nu har ett pågående projekt med en ny motor kan våra slutgiltiga felanalyser även ge dem information om vilka ändringar och åtgärder som kan vara till nytta vid utformningen av den nya motorn.Efter två veckors praktik i verkstan och en grundlig genomgång av företagets reklamationer kunde vi avgränsa arbetet genom att identifiera de komponenter som analyserna skulle genomföras på. Efter en genomgång tillsammans med våra handledare på företaget kom vi fram till att utföra våra analyser på fem komponenter, två av dem framstod som mycket kritiska som upptäcktes redan vid genomgång av reklamationerna.Komponenterna som vi har analyserat är:1. I den här kandidatuppsatsen behandlas organisationsfenomenet CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) och hur det tar sig uttryck hos två företag i klädindustrin, nämligen Lindex och Dem Collective. Lindex är ett traditionellt börsnoterat klädföretag som är verksamt i en rad olika länder. Dem Collective, däremot är ett litet Göteborgsbaserat företag med ett starkt ekoetiskt tänkande. Vi granskar dessa två företags tillverkningskedja för att få klarhet i vilka åtgärder som tas för att säkerställa en socialt, etiskt, miljömässigt och ekonomiskt hållbar tillverkning. Vi undersöker också huruvida dessa åtgärder stämmer överens med företagens CSR-idoelogi, dvs.

Vårt syfte är att beskriva och analysera hur benchmarkinganvänds i svenska detaljhandelskedjor med inriktning mot mode. Syftet är även att behandla fallföretagens erfarenheter av benchmarkingarbetet och ta reda på om det finns potential hos styrverktyget som inte utnyttjas. Vi har utfört en kvalitativ fallstudie, med en deduktiv ansats av fyra detaljhandelskedjor. Vår teoretiska teferensram består till störst del av teori gällande benchmarkingprocessen. Det empiriska materialet har insamlats genom intervjuer med personer på AB Lindex, KappAhl AB, Hennes & Mauritz Ab och Dressmann AB.

The use of silicon carbide (SiC) as a base material in power electronics has manyadvantages, including high breakdown voltage and excellent temperature endurance.However, the packaging of such electronics presents major challenges and there is aneed for packaging that can operate in higher temperature. The purpose of this thesishas been to develop a test method and verify the functionality of SiC powertransistors prototypes with a new packaging technique developed by Swerea IVF AB.It includes setting up an electrical test-bed for power and high temperature cyclingand analysis of the results. Even though test confirmed functionality after thepackaging process, (at room temperature) the performance seemed to have been reduced. This could be a result of the measurement setup and the packaging process.In higher temperature the transistors failed to operate longer than a couple ofminutes which showed the weaknesses in the design and the challenges with this typeof packaging..

This thesis has the overall objective to develop the optimum sealing system between the retarder and transmission. Today, there is a pressure-relief and two radial seals separation between the retarder and transmission. It has been found that carbon residue formation may occur between retarder axle and seal lips with, in some cases, leakage as a result.We have in this thesis tried to explain the phenomenon of carbon residue, how it is formed and why it can be seen just on the seals? A rig test was conducted where we show how friction, speed, transmission temperature and mitigation phases of the retarder affects temperatures in the sealing environment. Factors affecting the coke structure are reported, together with proposals for measures that provide a mitigating seal environment.

The company develops and produces fuel cells amongst other products, which have emerged during their research and development in the fuel cell technology. Cellkraft works in a high?tech frontline market where innovation is key.

Background: Sweden is one of many countries which have a long history of immigration during the past decades. Each yearSweden receives numerous immigrants from different parts of the world, which has madeSweden to a multi-culture country.Aim: The aim was to describe nurses? experiences of encounters with patients from different cultures.Method: A literature-based study based on qualitative research, nine scientific articles were performed.Result: The analysis of the data resulted in four themes such as; insufficient communication, family members as a link to the patient, unfamiliar situation, and attentive to the patients? vulnerability with seven subthemes.Conclusion: For a well functioning encounter between nurse and patient from different cultures, a prerequisite is that the nurses establish a relationship based on good communication with the patient and relatives. This can prevent inequality, suffering based on lack of nursing, violation and misunderstandings..

Denna studie undersöker det tolkningsutrymme som kan komma att uppstå på grund av oklarheter i förfarandet vad gäller tillfälliga samarbetskonstellationer. Studien är en fallstudie av kvalitativ art och empirin har insamlats med hjälp av semistrukturerade intervjuer. Fallet består av en samarbetskonstellation och dess beslutsprocess inför en eventuell etablering av en dryport i kommunerna Bjuv och Åstorp. Studien påvisar att det finns oklarheter som har lett till ett tolkningsutrymme var i de olika aktörerna ges möjlighet till att behålla och utveckla sina egna tolkningar av det aktuella problemområdet. Detta har i sin tur lett till att aktörer som i konstellationens början kände sig tveksamma till projektet har ändrat uppfattning och fått en mer positiv syn på situationen.
