Syftet med denna undersökning har varit att studera huruvida individuella målsättningaranvänds inom elitfotboll. Dessutom undersöktes vilka målsättningsstrategier som föredrassamt vilka av dem som uppfattas som mest effektiva. Vidare studerades hur användningen avolika målsättningsstrategier är relaterat till elitfotbollspelares upplevda kompetens ochmotivation. Även skillnader mellan ordinarie och icke ordinarie spelare samt juniorer ochseniorer studerades.

Is there something that we have to change?In this study I have asked our former students about their opinion of our education and I have also asked them to give me their view on what a good teacher is like. I have been able to benefit a lot from their answers in my efforts to be that good teacher. This survey took place at Facebook.The answers showed that we carry on a piece of solid workmanship. But you can always improve, try harder.

During the last two decades, the elementary, - secondary-, and upper secondary schools of especially Europe and USA have gone through a change. From being formed in the post war time and, in Europe, very influenced by the ideas of social democracy, the school today has more and more come under the influences of neo liberalism, entrepreneurship and the political and economical situations during the late 1980´s.This undergraduate work brings up the changed discourses of education and knowledge in relation to the traditional free school system for adults in Sweden, the popular education, and especially in relation to folk high schools (folkhögskolor). By using, first and foremost, the idea of Norman Faircloughs critical discourse analysis (CDA) the rules and documents concerning the folk high schools are analyzed. The purpose of the paper is to identify and recognize the movement in the discourse to reach an understanding about the political situation for folk high schools in Sweden. In the end you can see that it is possible to define a similar development in discourse surrounding the popular education, as has been in the case with the elementary, - secondary-, and upper secondary schools..

A reform of higher education in Sweden in 1993 led to stiffer competitive climate among educational institutions. The reform meant that educational institutions now had the opportunity to plan their curriculum autonomously. Prior to the reform educational planning was restricted to the Swedish government. The new rules spelled a greater opportunity for educational institutions to profile themselves based on their educational offerings. The higher degree of competition means that marketing becomes increasingly important when recruiting new students.

Motivationsforskningen i allmänhet och självbestämmandeteorin i synnerhet, pekar på vikten av inre motivation när det kommer till att predicera ett aktivt liv på lång sikt. Denna studie undersöker sambandet mellan elevers motivation till idrottslektioner och det stöd som finns i deras omgivning. Vidare undersöks om det finns något samband mellan upplevelsen av stöd från läraren och upplevt stöd från kamrater och föräldrar på fritiden. En enkätundersökning bland ett urval av Umeå kommuns niondeklassare genomfördes. Resultatet av regressionsanalysen visade på att upplevt lärarstöd jämfört med upplevt stöd på fritiden, har en större betydelse för elevers upplevelse av inre motivation.Resultatet visade även på ett medelstort samband mellan upplevelsen av stöd på fritiden och upplevt lärarstöd.

The aim with this essay is to find out what the expected changes in the subject physics will lead to for teachers and their pupils in ?gymnasiet?. The new fields we have chosen to focus on are electronic structure of condensed matter, nanotechnology and material physics. By studying earlier used curricula and textbooks, we illustrate what teachers may have come into contact with in their teaching careers. The main focus lies on what teachers claim to know about the fields mentioned above and if there is a need for further education.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the managers? perspective on leadership in relation to the motivation of the employees by an example of a manning and recruitment agencies. This is implemented by framing of two questions; What kind of leadership can be identified by middle managers to motivate their employees? Which motivation factors are relevant to employees based on the perspective of the managers? To answer the question and identify leadership strategies and motivational factors and the relationship in between, we have conducted eight interviews with persons who hold a middle management position. Through a qualitative investigation we have been able to go into depth and had access to these managers reflections, thoughts and experiences.

Syftet med studien är att genom kvalitativa intervjustudier undersöka vad lärare uppfattar kan vara orsaken till att en del elever tappar lust och motivation till matematiken, om lärarens egen inställning påverkar eleverna, samt hur lärare uppfattar att lärare kan undervisa för att främja elevers lust och motivation till matematikämnet. Denna studie utgår från forskningsmetoden fenomenografi som går ut på att finna olika uppfattningar hos ett fenomen.Genom resultatet av denna studie framkommer det att det handlar om att skapa ett varierande lärande för eleverna och att eleverna får konkreta mål att arbeta mot. Lärarna i studien är alla överens om att den inställning läraren har till matematikämnet med stor möjlighet kommer att spegla av sig på eleverna och menar att det är viktigt att läraren går in med attityden att matematik är roligt och viktigt.De slutsatser som kan dras av detta resultat är att det är viktigt att läraren kontinuerligt granskar sin egen syn på ämnet och att läraren individanpassar undervisningen så att alla elever får möjlighet att känna lust och motivation för matematiken..

There is a settled stereotype for women and men which give them different possibilities in our society. The schools, which are one of the most important sources of knowledge, have a great possibility to influence. This is the reason why we are interested in how the schools are working with a project, which we will call X henceforth. What was the purpose with the project and what does it contain? What is missing in the former education, since the project was started? Are there any obstacles or prerequisite in the design of the project or in the school teaching on the basis of X? We have done interviews in the gathering of empirical material to find out all the answers to our questions.

Background: The education for becoming a registered nurse in Sweden includes compulsory time for clinical practice. The clinical education means an essential part in the students? personal development. According to regulation for nurses, a registered nurse has the responsibility to supervise nurse students during their clinical placement.Aim:. The aim of the examination was to describe nurse students´ experiences of supervision during clinical education.Method: The study was an empirical examination based on interviews with seven nurse students.Results: The result showed that nurse students wanted to be seen and treated as colleagues, but not used as labour.

Det vill säga arbetar man endast för lönens skull eller finns det andra faktorer som spelar in?Undersökningen är av en kvantitativ form och är gjord på Posten logistik och på ett brevbärarkontor i Karlstad. Först utgick vi från Maslow, Herzberg samt Hackman & Oldham för att koppla samman monotont arbete och motivation.

The purpose of my study is to gain insight into how the education system (particularly social studies) is morally-minded based on the governing documents, former students and a textbook. I wanted to find out what morally-minded means and if it has a big role in social studies. Through interviews with former high school students (when my thesis is aimed at high school) I wanted to find out how they felt their social studies were educational and which the values that they had taken on from the lessons. I also chose to analyze a textbook to get a broader understanding of how the morally-minded education is written in specific areas relating to social studies. My study is a qualitative study and what I came up with is that the former students consider their social studies teaching lacked to some degree when it came to the morally-minded education. My investigation concludes that the morally-minded education is important in social studies as the purpose of social studies is to promote active democratic citizens.

Teorin sammankopplarmotivation med personlighetsorienteringar genom tremotivationsstilar: självbestämmande stil, kontrollerande stil ochopersonlig stil. Syftet med studien var att undersöka sambandetmellan en individs inre motivation och individens generellaarbetsmotivation, samt hur psykologiska behov korrelerar med deolika motivationsstilarna. En enkätstudie genomfördes med 87deltagare.

Syftet med följande arbete är undersöka elevers föreställningar om lärande och estetiska lärprocesser inom ramen för Kulturskolans verksamhet. Jag undersöker hur elever resonerar om sitt eget lärande med hjälp av intervjuer och relaterar resultatet till begreppen motivation, motstånd och estetiska lärpocesser samt analyserar det utifrån Bourdieus habitusbegrepp. Studien genomfördes, i form av kvalitativa djupintervjuer, under höstterminen 2013, och omfattar fyra slumpvis utvalda deltagare i åldrarna 11-14 år, som alla har avslutat en eller flera kurser på Kulturskolan. Sammanfattningsvis pekar resultaten i min studie på att ungas identitetsskapande påverkar deras känslor av motstånd respektive motivation inför lärandet samt att habitusbegreppet kan vara ett viktigt redskap för att förstå lärandets dynamik. Dessutom tyder resultaten på att estetiskt lärande i sig varken behöver skapa motivation eller lust till lärande.
