Syftet med studien är att ta reda på pedagogers perspektiv och förståelse för hur barn blir bemötta enligt riktlinjer om normer och värden i den reviderade läroplanen för förskolan, Lpfö 98 (Skolverket 2010). Forskningsfrågor i studie är: Hur tolkar pedagoger läroplanens riktlinjer om normer och värden? Vilket förhållningssätt utifrån normer och värden använder pedagoger sig av i förhållande till barn i verksamheten? Hur kan pedagogers perspektiv av normer och värden uttrycka sig i praktiken?Undersökningen i studie grundar sig på en kvalitativ forskningsstrategi. Skriftlig intervju och observationer med nio respondenter och sju ostrukturerade observationer på flera förskolor. Av resultatet från de skriftliga intervjuerna ser vi att diskussion om normer och värden på förskolorna är viktiga för att få en förståelse för riktlinjer i läroplanen, Lpfö 98 (2010).

Denna uppsats syftar till att belysa och diskutera kristen feministteologi, med fokus på hur det patriarkala språket inom kristen tradition påverkar kvinnor inom religionen, samt hur feministteologer använder och tolkar detta patriarkala språk för att göra det inkluderande även för kvinnor. Detta tar sig uttryck bland annat genom att benämna Gud med kvinnliga pronomen bredvid de manliga, såsom Gud Fader och Moder. Genom att tillämpa litteraturstudium som metod framgår att kvinnor från början var i majoritet i den tidiga kyrkan, som bestod av dem som följde Jesus under hans levnadsår och närmast efter hans död. Därefter tar män allt mer över religionen och gör den till sin egen, inte minst genom de paulinska breven som blivit normerande för kristendomens etik och moral. Angående resultatet av vad jag kom fram till kan sägas att trots att det kristna språket utesluter kvinnor i teorin, är det de kristna männen som har uteslutit kvinnor i praktiken, och sedan trettio till fyrtio år tillbaka i tiden har en våg av feministteologer kämpat för att kvinnor ska känna sig mer delaktiga i sin religion, samt synas och höras. Detta har gjorts genom att omdefiniera språk, omvärdera vikten av grammatik och genom att lyfta kvinnlig erfarenhet, exempelvis genom att lyfta fram det kvinnliga i treenigheten, och genom att försöka tala om Gud även med kvinnliga pronomen och med kvinnliga egenskaper..

BAKGRUND:Samlingen har funnits i förskolan sedan 1880-talet och är influerad av Fröbels pedagogik.Innehållet i samlingen varierar, alltifrån sånger och lekar till diskussioner om etik och moral. Isamlingen kan barnen få träna sin sociala kompetens samt sin koncentration.SYFTE:Vårt syfte är att undersöka vad ett antal barn och pedagoger anser om samlingarna i förskolan.Vi vill också undersöka barnens och pedagogernas uppfattningar om lärandet i samlingen,samt om barnen uppfattar att de har något inflytande över samlingens innehåll.METOD:Vid insamlandet av vårt empiriska underlag valde vi att använda oss av kvalitativa intervjuer,vilket vi anser var det bästa sättet för att uppnå vårt syfte med uppsatsen. Vi intervjuade bådebarn och pedagoger på grund av att vi ville kunna jämföra deras uppfattningar. Vår teoretiskautgångspunkt har vi lagt i utvecklingspedagogiken som lyfter fram pedagogens roll i barnenslärande.RESULTAT:Vårt resultat visar att barnen tar upp konkreta aktiviteter när de berättar om samlingen. Det äräven dessa aktiviteter som de anser är det roligaste på samlingen.

The aim of this thesis is to examine the historical use of "poison cabinets", or restricted shelves, in Swedish libraries. Drawing upon the theories of Mary Douglas and Michel Foucault, it also seeks to sketch a cultural and ideological context of the practice; with the emphasis on social or mental hygiene, and disciplinary aspects. Through qualitative interviews as well as digitalized recordings of librarians active during the first half of the 20th century, actual examples of poison cabinets are presented. A closer examination is conducted of past collections at Lund University Library, and two large public libraries situated in Växjö and Sigtuna. The essay also investigates views on library censorship, controversial literature, and other related subjects reflected in th elibrary press during the period 1916-1979.

I detta arbete undersöks hur deltagarna på nätforumen Flashback och Familjeliv konstruerar kön och sexualitet. Vi vill undersöka huruvida användare på forum som är manligt respektive kvinnligt dominerade uttrycker sig på liknande sätt i diskussioner gällande sex. Vårt fokus ligger på hur olika aspekter av sexualitet diskuteras och hur man i dessa diskussioner väver in moral, normer och värderingar. Internetbaserad kommunikation och den aggressivitet som kan uppvisas där är ett mycket aktuellt ämne, bland annat i massmediala kanaler. Till exempel förs en debatt kring näthat där fokus ligger på män som uttrycker sig aggressivt och hotfullt mot kvinnor.

Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka hur socialarbetare som arbetar med missbruk och beroende ser på deras eget samt andra socialarbetares bemötande. Vi undrar över vad deras erfarenheter av möten med människor med missbruks- och beroendeproblematik givit dem. Vi undrar även vilka komponenter som är viktiga att ta hänsyn till för att skapa ett gott möte. Syftet är även att undersöka socialarbetarens erfarenheter och tankar kring föreställningar om klienter med missbruks- och beroendeproblematik. Vi har valt att använda en kvalitativ ansats för att nå vårt resultat och använt oss av intervjuer som verktyg.

The intimate connection between autonomy and decision-making in applied health care, especially in various kinds of consent and refusal has taken center stage in medical ethics since the Salgo decision in 1957. Prior to that time, the physician?s supposedly moral duty to provide appropriate medical care typically surpassed the legal obligation to respect patient?s autonomy. The Salgo decision concluded that physicians have a legal duty to provide facts necessary for the patient to make an informed decision. "The doctor knows best" long ago was replaced with "The doctor proposes; the patient disposes." There is no legal obligation for the patient?s choice to be palatable to anyone, other than that patient himself/herself.

The purpose of this essay is to examine how gender rolls influences the culture of substance abuse among women and their social situation. To demonstrate this we have concentrated our research to relate how scientists and the media describe problems of abuse among women. The method we used in our research was qualitative and we gathered information through literature, reports and articles.Our main questions are:Do the social attitude toward women and men differ and how does it affect problems of abuse among women? Do women use alcohol in a different way than men? How do social reactions and restrictions influence women? We also want to examine what position women substance abusers have in society. What similarities or differences are there between the image of women in general and women with substance abuse?The main result of the study is that we found discursive connections that show a rectification among scientists concerning substance abuse among women.

During the last years, the moral and ethics in companies has been a growing subject in media. Large multinational companies are to a bigger extent using workforce in developing countries and the working conditions at the workplaces in those countries, are more or less controlled. Even if a company carefully controls its own business, it can be using subcontractors that for instance use child labour or forced labour, or in some other way makes human rights abuses. When the world gets more globalized and the market where the companies act gets bigger, there will be new issues for companies to handle. The companies have to satisfy not only the interests of the costumers and the shareholders, but also the environment around it, containing many different stakeholders.

The phenomena of cyber bullying is relatively new, but it is now more prevalent than ever as children today have access to the internet on a daily basis, in school as well as at home. Although cyber bullying is an increasing problem in today?s society, there seem to be few guidelines for teachers to follow when using the internet with their students in school. The purpose of this study is to investigate who, according to six teachers, has the responsibilities revolving cyber bullying ? teachers or parents.

The end of the 20th century brought a dramatic change to the music industry. The then predominant models for music consumption and sales were forever altered when the possibility to distribute music over the internet emerged. It has now become evident that it is virtually impossible to stop the distribution of digital music files. Music has turned into a non-excludable and non-rival product, which in economic terms is described as a public good. Public goods theory serves as a starting point for this study, which explores some of the factors that might explain why some consumers pay for music, while others choose to download music illegally.

Begreppet Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), har vuxit fram som ett etablerat uttryck förföretags ansvarstagande i frågor rörande etik, moral och miljö. Ett ansvar som efterfrågas i allthögre grad och därmed kräver en transparent och jämförbar presentation. Att komplettera denlagstadgade årsredovisningen med en hållbarhetsrapport har blivit ett verktyg för att redovisadetta ansvar. Jakten på legitimitet, breddade intressentperspektiv, samt förändradeförväntningar från omgivningen utgör alla incitament som bidragit till en snabb utveckling avhållbarhetsrapporternas innehåll och utförande, trots att de endast varit i bruk under ett drygtdecennium. I föreliggande uppsats har denna utveckling analyserats för två specifika företag;H&M och AstraZeneca, verksamma inom de hårt granskade branscherna detaljhandel respektiveläkemedel.

This essay examines a presupposed correlation between the way one look upon values and the way one look upon the will of the people in a theoretical democratic context. The more specific purpose is to test the following hypothesis: There is a reversed connection between the way one look upon values and the way one look upon the will of the people in a theoretical democratic context, that is; a strong claim of values give reason to a limited conception of the will of the people and a weak claim of values gives reason for a more unlimited conception of the will of the people.In order to test the hypothesis I examine three different conceptions of democracy, these are: pluralist democracy, deliberative democracy and constitutional democracy. I analyze the way they look upon values, there view of the will of the people and finally if there is a connection between the way they look upon values and the will of the people. Values should be understood in a metaethical context. In other words it is not values in the ?common? meaning, instead its how val-ues in them selves should be understood, and even more relevant, what we mean when we ex-press values.My conclusions are, first and foremost, that there is a correlation between the will of the people and values, according to the formulation of the hypothesis.

Abstract in EnglishElsa Grave (1918-2003) is a Swedish writer, artist and composer. The aim of my study is to analyse the female character in Mödrar som vargar, (Mothers As Wolves), which is a collection of poems written in 1972.The analysis is divided into four parts. First I analyse the figures of speech of the female ?I? in the poems. In the second part I`m dealing with how she acts and relates to men.

The study aims to examine how censorship and comics have been discussed in three debates. The aim is also to identify discourses and the orders and relations of power constructed in the debates, and to examine how librarians should handle debates about censorship and comics. Selected sources are articles from Swedish newspapers and tabloids about the debates on the Pox-trial, the manga case and the debate about Tintin in Kulturhuset. The results from the analysis indicates that the debates have been dominated by two main discourses: a discourse on freedom of speech and a discourse on social responsibility. Within the discourse of freedom of speech there is a range of perspectives that emphasize: artistic freedom, the need for open and free conversations, a discussion about how the comics are assessed in comparison with other media formats as well as a discussion about moral and moralism.
