This study centres on the question of how interfaith dialogue can function as a meeting place for young people from different social and cultural backgrounds. The study is based on qualitative interviews with five young participants in an interfaith project taking place in Sweden in 2013 and 2014. For reading the material through a lens of late modern religiosity, Heelas and Woodheads thesis of a spiritual revolution was used. To be able to conclude whether the religiousness of the participants functions as a social resource, Hammack and Cohlers term narrative engagement is used. Lastly Knitters models of theologies of religions was used in the analysis of how the participants reads and understands their own and the others faiths.The study shows that the participants meet in the common aim of defining a religious identity in a late modern and pluralistic society.

This is a historical documentary research study across Neva Leona Boyd (1876-1963). The theoretical perspective is based on the historical perspective of knowledge from ancient Greece to the approach of modern symbolic interactionism. The study shows that Boyd, who was Viola Spolins teacher, was a proponent of the modern view of group play theory. 1909 she founded Chicago School for Playground Workers, later transformed to the Recreation Training School. Until 1927, the school entered in Hull-House initiated by Jane Addams.

This diploma work was performed at the department for radiation physics at the Health University in Linköping. Its aim was to develop a method to retrospectively quantify the absorbed dose in coral. Coral is a material which suites well as a retrospective dosimeter because when exposed to radioactivity its induced free radicals are stable in time. The number of radicals is proportional to the accumulated dose so the dose can be calculated by quantifying the radicals. Therefore, coral can tell us something about the past environment and also be used in dating purposes.A young, modern coral from the Red Sea was studied and also a fossil one which I was given from the Natural History Museum in Stockholm.

Metod: Studien är designad utifrån en föreställning om produktplacering som en kommunikationsform där samarbete är centralt. Tillvägagångssättet består i huvudsak av en fallstudie av en svensk film. Resultatet från fallstudien kompletteras med tidigare studier, av mer allmän art, för att (i viss mån) kunna generaliseras.

The shopping mall is a reflection of the city and its habitants, a concentrate of the modern city. I have studied the dialogues of malls and the communication within, how malls are put together and what they communicate. The city is constantly changing. As soon as we try to grasp the city, it slips away. My opinion is that city planners and landscape architects need to widen their views. Under temat Skräck och rädsla har ungdomar i år 8 läst klassiska skräckhistorier och nyare spökhistorier, skrivit egna skräckberättelser, läst, ritat och svarat på frågor om en modern spökhistoria, sett på film samt gett tips om böcker och film på detta tema. Syftet och metoden med min undersökning var att jag, genom att systematisera och studera vissa givna ämnen,  ville se vad ungdomar påverkas av och hur deras bild av skräck ser ut. Jag har även sökt efter skillnader i pojkars och flickors bok- och filmtips och tolkat bilder av ungdomars sätt att se på döden. Resultatet av undersökningen visade att ungdomar idag påverkas till stor del av innehållet i filmer och dataspel och till något mindre del av böcker. Begreppet skräck innehåller lika mycket monster, vampyrer, mörka skogar, knivar och övergivna hus nu idag som det gjorde då, när själva skräckgenren uppstod.

This essay aims to examine managers experiences of control at the workplace within the property sector, and how these experiences differ between female and male managers. This study is a qualitative single case study that intends to offer a deeper understanding of a unique case and uses an abductive method approach. The essay is based on two main theories, Foucault?s (2003) theory of control and the gender system of Hirdman (1988, 2001) and is supplemented by previous studies of the modern workplace. The study is based on eighteen semi-structured interviews that aims to capture the participants personal experiences regarding control at the modern workplace, and the norms, surveillance, hierarchies, and self-discipline that make up this control.
