This means that the marketing is in the form of a network made up of various individuals who work together to advertise the company on to various potential customers.Aim: The survey aims to study the factors that are affecting the company Amway's growth.Completion: The survey is based on analyzing the interviews. The authors have relied on the qualitative method, where they have focused on how growth has increased the company Amway.Results: The results of this study are that Amway gradually managed to establish themselves globally thanks to the quality of the products they sell in a functioning market. The study also shows that all member customers are satisfied with the goods they buy from ABO groups, and that Amway's structure is not based on a pyramid scheme..

Abstract The IT- business is a fast growing business trade. This expansive line of business continuously demands flexibility both economically and legally. It is, today, of great importance to have knowledge about your own trade especially when it comes to new agreements. Laws and regulations are seldom flexible and adaptable tools, this is due to the fact it takes time to create new laws and, above all, it takes time to create laws with the right effect. This is where standard agreements enter the scene.

Bees are of importance for the global food security. In Europe 84% and in the World 35% of all the agricultural crops are dependent of animal pollination (Winfree et al., 2011:1). In agricultural production there is a huge lack of pollinators (Azien & Harden, 2009). A problem that is widely spread. In Sweden the problem becomes clear when looking at the statistics of the number of bee colonies during the last 20 years, where it has been a decline with 63 % (Statistiska Centralbyrån & Jordbruksverket, 2011).

Denna uppsats handlar om butiker i Sverige som utvidgat sitt sortiment till att omfatta varor eller tjänster från minst två traditionellt åtskilda branscher. Uppsatsförfattarna försöker systematisera dessa kombinationsbutiker, samt analysera vilka för- och nackdelar som finns. Med hjälp av ett antal fallstudier från svenska detaljhandelsföretag dras slutsatser om kombinationsbutikernas karakteristika. Kombinationsbutiker tycks skilja sig åt på flera punkter, bland annat med avseende på avsikter, ägarförhållanden och valda kundsegment. The aim of this thesis is to interpret and discuss the weapon-graves of Viking Age Birka. The weapon-grave phenomenon is deemed differential in relation to the rest of the grave-material of the site, and thus the questions that motivate the thesis is: who was buried with weapons and why? Further questions arise regarding the social aspects of individuals who were buriedalong with weapons. The theoretical approach will be to evaluate any differences in 'social class', 'social age' and 'gender' between the weapon-grave contexts. Syften med denna uppsats är att studera vilka normer och värderingar som ligger till grund för rekonstruktionen av Afghanistans regeringsinstitutioner, samt vilka strukturer som gör att dessa normer är de hegemoniska globalt. I mitt analysarbete har jag framförallt använt mig av Norman Faircloughs textnära kritiska diskursanalys och ?Världssamhällemodellen?, där begrepp såsom legitimitet och hegemoni står i fokus. Som analysunderlag ligger ?Afghan Bonn Agreement? samt tre resolutioner från Förenta Nationernas (FN) Generalförsamling.Det finns idag tydliga normer som styr vad som anses vara ett legitimt styrelseskick.

Background: The HIV-pandemic is a global concern. Everyday about 6000 adolescents become infected with HIV. The HIV-prevalence in Zambia among adolescents, between 15-24 years, were 3,8% for men and 12,7% for women in year 2005. Aim: The aim of this study was to explore adolescents` knowledge, attitudes and beliefs about HIV/AIDS in Livingstone in Zambia. Method: The sample consisted of 67 adolescents, 33 males and 34 females in age 15-24 years.

The purpouse of this study is to find out how and if a Content Managment System (CMS) can benefit from applied User Experience Design (UX). A work project has been executed where a client wanted the students to create a user friendly CMS for adding content to a global hotel review site. A prototype of a CMS was created based on literature studies about UX and CMS. The prototype of the user friendly CMS was then tested through user tests and interviews with key users. With a base in Ian Manners? theory about Normative Power Europe ? that the European Union is to be seen as a normative power instead of a civilian or military ? this paper seeks to contribute to the discussion about identity by examine the normative elements of the union?s policies towards Russia between 1997 and 2013. Which norms are most important and how does the diffusion look? The findings show that democracy, rule of law and respect of human rights are among the most diffused norms, and this is more than often done by using the Russian interest in economic progress. Over time the European Union has taken on a more critical approach against Russia, while still appreciating their prosperous relation when it comes to trade and energy.

This thesis aims to describe how a fashion designer should balance art and commerce in order to succeed in the fashion industry. We aim to define the Swedish term KRÄDD, and sort out how a designer or CEO in the fashion business should relate to the term, as well as the balance between cultural and economic capital. We present theories of the origins and fluctuations of fashion, as well as social studies on cultural capital, and brand building. The study is made in a qualitative manner where the empirics consist of interviews with 13 respondents that have different positions in, and experience from the fashion industry, including designers, journalists, buyers, a CEO and a PR-professional. In our conclusion, we emphasize the need for a balance between cultural and economic capital in order to succeed as a fashion designer.

By doing this we can compare the different objects studied in this essay and furthermore we will be able to see which hotel that has the best match.

För att skydda den europeiska produktionen av bränsleetanol har EU satt upp höga tullar på importerad etanol. Vi har analyserat hur marknaderna för socker och etanol fungerar i Brasilien och EU, därefter försökt förutse vilka samhällsekonomiska effekter ett borttagande av importtullen i EU kan ha. Vi finner att etanolpriset i EU sjunker, därmed ökar efterfrågan. Bensinkonsumtionen ökar på kort sikt i både EU och Brasilien, då ett lägre etanolpris medför ett lägre pris på bensin via den inblandningskvot av etanol som finns i vanlig bensin. På längre sikt kan så kallade ?flex fuel?-bilar bli allt vanligare och bensinkonsumtionen kan avta.

Bakgrund: Konkurrensen för svenska tillverkningsföretag finns på både global och lokal nivå idag, något som gör det viktigare för företag att hålla hög effektivitet. Det försvåras av den ökade dynamiken på marknader och oväntade konjunktursvängningar som leder till en ökad osäkerhet för företag. Företag utformar sourcingstrategier för att uppnå ett högre värdeskapande och utformandet av strategierna antyds i litteraturen ha en koppling till konjunkturen, och det faktum att inköpschefsindex används som en konjunkturindikator styrker att det finns en relation mellan dem.Syfte: Inledningsvis syftar studien till att undersöka om inköpschefer i svenska tillverkningsföretag upplever en större osäkerhet i dagens ekonomiska omvärld, samt om det finns större fokus på strategiskt inköp. Vidare syftar studien till att utreda om konjunkturen har någon inverkan på val av sourcingstrategier, och det utifrån vad som lyfts fram som anledningar för och emot att sourca globalt respektive lokalt, samt genom att se om andra sourcingstrategier i form av strategier för antal leverantörer, storlek på leverantör och outsourcing visar på en koppling till konjunkturen.Slutsats: Svenska tillverkningsföretag upplever inte en ökad osäkerhet i omvärlden, vilket delvis följer av att de inte upplever sämre tillförlitlighet i prognoser. Allt större fokus läggs på inköpsfunktionen, och företag har insett vikten av och tagit steget till ett strategiskt inköp och lägger därmed mer tanke bakom sourcingbeslut.
