Syftet med denna uppsats är att se om modellverksamheten resulterar i en mer rättssäker behandling av asylärenden. För att fullfölja syftet har jag följande frågeställningar: Vilka skillnader och likheter finns det mellan den traditionella verksamheten och modellverksamheten? På vilket sätt kommer modellverksamheten att innebära en förbättring eller försämring för den som söker asyl? För att ge svar på dessa frågor finns det kapitel som handlar om bland annat migrations- och asylpolitik, medborgarskap, mänskliga rättigheter, Sverige som rättsstat och modellverksamheten. Slutsatsen är att modellverksamheten kommer att innebära förbättringar och försämringar för den asylsökande. En av förbättringarna är att asylprocessen kommer att gå fortare än tidigare och en försämring kan vara att de asylsökande kan komma att behandlas på olika sätt..

Denna rapport kommer att redogöra för NK-cellers (Naturliga mördarceller) beteende vid odopat tillstånd. Det vi kallar dopning är när NK-celler aktiveras genom interleukin-2, detta är en signalerande molekyl i vårt immunsystem som reglerar aktiviteten hos vita blodkroppar vilka utgör en del av immunförsvaret.Med hjälp av ett par mikroskopfilmer har vi kunnat följa varje enskild NK-cells migration(rörelse) och interaktion med våra målceller i ett prov under en 8-timmars period. De målceller vi använder är en sorts tumörceller, HEK 293T(Human embryonic kidney 293T cells. Vi har valt att spåra cellerna manuellt med ett program kallat ImageJ och automatiskt med ett matlabprogram, Baxter algorithm. Anledningen till att vi dessutom valt att spåra automatiskt är för att kunna avgöra hur väl detta program kan spåra celler.

The political view of migration has changed over the years and the current perspective is the one of mutual integration and cultural diversity.

The purpose of this thesis is to present and describe which criteria, according to the systemfamily Configuration Management, should be met when developing a CM-tool to handlemigration data.ACT is a tool developed by Microsoft to gather information about, analyze, test and mitigateapplications in a network when migrating the IT-infrastructure of an organization to a newoperating system. The organization that is being studied wants to present the data about theanalyzed applications in such a way, that a customer can choose what to mitigate and migrate.The goal is therefore to develop a prototype (CM-tool) that will present this data.The study has shown that ACT lacks certain requirements stated by the organization when itcomes to presentation. But when it comes to the rest of the functions, ACT performs as expected.The investigation resulted in specifications and technical solution for the new CM-tool. Studien belyser uttagningsprocessen och mottagandet av kvotflyktingar ur de arbetandes perspektiv samt studerar samverkan mellan olika aktörer som arbetar med frågan. Studien är uppdelad i fyra delar där första delen tar upp processen och samverkan mellan aktörer. Andra delen belyser problematik och konsekvenser kring samverkan samt olika aktörers synsätt. Granskning av likheter och skillnader mellan kvotflyktingar och andra flyktinggrupper belyses i tredje delen och sista delen tar upp hur lagstiftning och kriterier inverkar i processen..

In the analysis we used the theory of action as a theoretical perspective.

This is a study about residential segregation in Malmö. The aim is to highlight the segregation that is taking place in the city as a whole. I therefore focus on two residential areas in Malmö which are not often mentioned when speaking about segregation; Västra Innerstaden and Limhamn-Bunkeflo. I present different theories on housing segregation and discuss them in relation to these specific residential areas. I investigate how the socio-economic and ethnic characteristics of the inhabitants in these residential areas are connected to Malmö being a segregated city.

Den här studien undersöker för- och nackdelar med att migrera existerande mobilaapplikationer till Xamarins crossplatform ramverk Xamarin Forms. Metoden somanvänts för att samla in data är inom ramen för forskningsparadigmet Design Science.En prototyp har utvecklats med syftet att undersöka vad som är möjligt att migrera tillXamarin Forms. Prototyputvecklingen har dokumenterats i loggböcker som sedananalyserats som kvalitativ data. Två intervjuer har även genomförts med andraxamarinutvecklare med syftet att nå en djupare förståelse för ämnet. Studien harproducerat ett flödesschema för när ett beslut om att migrera en existerande applikationtill Xamarin Forms bör tas.

This essay is an investigation of the level- and importance of interactivity on YouTube for the active user. YouTube is a great example of a user-friendly Internet environment which enables the users to take part in a virtual community where they can create the content and, with the various functions the site has to offer, interact with each other. With Uses and Gratifications as a tool for this research we look at the motivations and needs of the user and how they come into play on the most popular video distribution site in the world today. Qualitative interviews on Swedish respondents give us insight in how the YouTube-users with their own words perceive this relatively new highly interactive era. We focus on a narrow group of the most popular age-group of YouTube-users to go deeper - not to expand.

The aim of this essay was to acquire an enhanced knowledge about young immigrants? point of view of integration. During a former practical training semester I became interested in what the young immigrants thought about their own integration, what their conception was about this issue. I found that it had different meaning to different persons, to some it meant assimilation, to others it meant being able to interact with the opposite gender. To examine this I used interviews and interviewed an amount of young immigrants in different stages of their studies in Swedish.

This paper attempts to trace the journey of Adonis from ancient Mesopotamia, through Phoenicia and finally to Greece, and to see how his function and cult have evolved during this migration. It starts with a short summary of previous research regarding Adonis and goes on to describe the myths and the rites of Adonis as they were celebrated in Alexandria, Byblos and Athens. I then examine possible connections to ritual drama, the mystery religions and whether there is any evidence that the Adonia might have been a germination ritual.My conclusions are that Adonis loses his connection to the growing cycle and the ideology of sacred kingship with the move to Greece where the political system with independent city states is different, and that there has been too much focus on Adonis as a vegetation god. Since Adonis is connected with the ancient Near Eastern cults of sacral kingship it might be more rewarding to consider the death aspects associated with his cult and the possibility of ancestral worship in relation to a ruler. This would make some of the otherwise puzzling aspects of his cult more understandable..
