Syfte och frågeställningarStudiens syfte har varit att ta reda på vad idrottstränare har för syn på mental träning och gruppdynamik. Vi ville även ta reda på vad de aktiva anser vara viktiga egenskaper samt vad de har upplevt som negativa egenskaper hos sina tränare när det gäller mental träning och gruppdynamik.Vilken syn har de intervjuade tränarna på gruppdynamik?Vilken syn har de intervjuade aktiva på gruppdynamik?Hur går tränare tillväga för att främja en bra gruppdynamik?Vilken syn har de intervjuade tränarna inom på mental träning?Vilken syn har de intervjuade aktiva på mental träning?Hur kan tränare gå tillväga för att hjälpa sina aktiva med mental träning?MetodVår förundersökning innan huvudstudien bestod av en enkät, en intervju och en genomgång av litteratur. Därefter har vi valt att intervjua åtta personer för att få svar på studiens syfte. För att dels få ett så brett material, dels få med så mycket av de intervjuades aspekter av området användes öppna frågor i intervjuerna.

Patients with mental illness experience dissatisfaction with their care due to lack of understanding and ignorance from the nurses. The nurses? approach might influence these patients' experience of their care. The purpose of the literature review was to describe nurses' approach in care of patients with mental illness. The literature review is based on an inductive approach and the result is based on 14 scientific papers, of which eight used a qualitative design and sex used a quantitative design.

In autumn in 2010 the project group came in contact with the travel company Golf Joy in Halmstad. They had been briefed on the problems of their customers had when they travel with their golf bags and contacted Halmstad University for help in solving this problem. When we heard about this idea, we became curious and contacted the company. After a successful meeting, we took the problem with us to the school and began to brainstorm to see how we could solve the problem. The goal was to produce a stylish and functional travel golf bag with the cart and bag in one and launch it in the golf season in 2012.

The aim of this study is to investigate a specific form of Special Interest Tourism (SIT), namely health- and fitnesstravels. This kind of travelling is studied from a Swedish perspective and includes aspects like gender and age in active tourism. It also includes which travel motivations that lies beyond the choice of an active vacation.The study is based on a survey that was sent in an e-mail to the health tourism company InShapeTravel´s customers. The answers to the survey has been analyzed and related to earlier research about active tourism.The result shows that more women than men participate in the kind of healthy travels that InShapeTravel offers. A majority of the respondents are between 41-60 years old and the most common travel motivation was ?Better physic/psychic wellbeing?. .

Access for disabled people in the outdoor environment is an important and accurate issue for landscape architects. The demands on public places are increasing and the aim is that everyone should be able to use the environment and be a part of the society. To enable this, landscape architects must put and extra effort to their design. This report shows examples from Uppsala Travel Centre where different ways of travelling meets in one place and many people pass on a daily basis. The area is newly built and should thereby represent modern solutions that enable access for disabled people.

Background: Mental health problems among children and adolescents have increased. The school is an important arena for prevention of mental health problems. There is a huge demand for successful interventions. SEL is a method that aims to increase the social and emotional competence among children and adolescents. The program SET applies this method.

Syftet (även kallat huvudtema i kategoriprofilen) med studien var primärt att (1) undersöka vilkeninställning idrottande ungdomar har till begreppet mental styrka. Sekundärt syfte som förs upp tilldiskussion var att (2) skapa en förståelse om hur de tränar och upprätthåller sin mentala styrka samt(3) vilka faktorer under träning och tävling som deltagarna anser är viktiga för att utveckla ochupprätthålla mental styrka. I studien deltog tio idrottande ungdomar (m= 16,24), 6 män och 4kvinnor inom både lag och individuella idrotter. En egen utformad semi- strukturerad intervjuguideanvändes, utvecklad med teoretiskt stöd från Jones et al., (2007) och Gucciardi et el., (2009).Resultaten i studien visade att deltagarnas inställning och kunskap om begreppet mental styrkavarierade. De flesta deltagarna hade en positiv inställning och ansåg att det var en viktig faktor i deflesta situationer inom deras idrott.

This essay contains a discoursive analysis of fifteen travel reports from five of the largest papers in Sweden. The travel reports contains recaptions from wildlife tourism experiences were the predators are the main target, or at least one of the main targets. Seven of the reports are from Sweden and eight of them from Russia, Rumania, Finland, Turkey and the United States. Att köpa ekologiskt är ingen ny företeelse, men i takt med att både e-handel och efterfrågan på ekologiska varor konstant ökar så behövs det stöd för designers för att kunna möta dessa utmaningar. För att kunna designa e-handelswebbsidor med ekologiska valmöjligheter krävs förståelse för användaren och dess behov. Genomatt kartlägga målinriktade beteenden går det att påvisa när en användare är mottaglig för ett ekologiskt val på en e-handelswebbsida. En mental modell byggs utifrån användares målinriktade beteende och denna kan användas som stöd av designers för att förstå när en användare är mer mottaglig för ekologiska val på en e-handelswebbsida. Time Perspective is related to mental and physical health. This study examines the relationship between Time Perspective and perceived stress where Time Perspective was expected to predict the level of perceived stress. Past-negative, Future-negative, Future-positive and present-fatalistic were expected to be positively associated with perceived stress while Past-positive and present-hedonistic were expected to be negatively associated. Measures from the self-assessment forms S-ZTPI, PSQ-recent and CES-D from 445 participants (242 women, 203 men) between 60-90 years were used to examine the hypothesis of the study. Two hierarchical multiple regression analysis confirmed that Time Perspective is associated with perceived stress and in part 2 explains it's variance, one when adjusting for demographic data (.R = .37) and the 2 other when adjusting for demographic data and depressive symptoms (.R = .13).

Mitt arbeta handlar om mental träning för elever som känner sig stressade inför prov. Då mina erfarenheter var begränsade inom området, valde jag att anpassa ett redan utformat material inom idrotten, Integrerad mental träning (IMT, 1996), skriven av Lars-Eric Unesthål. Här ändrade jag endast på vissa formuleringar för att materialet skulle passa in på skolan. Arbetet består av en teoretisk del utifrån idrotten och en teoretisk del där jag visar på vad mental träning kan åstadkomma i skolan. Till sist finns en praktisk del, med ett utarbetat åtgärdsprogram för arbete med mental träning i skolan.

The mental health has during the recent years decreased among Swedish adolescents while theinternet has become a common tool for communication between people. Aim: The overall aim is toidentify the relationship between internet use among adolescents and their mental health. Method:A literature based study within a defined research field. Result: The scientific hypotheses whichexist is based on whether social capital increase or decrease due to internet use. The healthoutcome is positively affected by internet communication, especially for boys and socially anxiousadolescents.
