Since Sweden became a member of the European Union (EU) several constitutional reforms has been taking place. During this time, Sweden has also changed its view on democracy,from a collective to an individual perspective of democracy in the politics. A reasonable hypothesis and the purpose of this essay is to investigate if the Swedish government has beendeveloped towards an Europeanization.The Swedish state audit changed in a pioneering way after the EU- entry, with the formation of Riksrevisionen. Another constitutional change is that the Swedish EU- membership is being instituted in the Swedish constitution. The role of Swedish courts has also changed since the EU- entry.

The computer consultant company Create in Lund AB wishes to facilitate their invoice routines, as it at present is required that the administration finds and compares information from two different systems.The purpose of this thesis is to develop an invoice management system that simplifies the invoice management process for the administration at Create. During the development of the system, I have chosen to follow the software development process Unified Process and also tried to find design patterns that can be applied to the integration.The result of my project is a self-contained application developed using the Java programming language that communicates with the databases of the other two systems and presents relevant information to the user as a set of invoices. Of the 23 design patterns I studied, I used four of them in the invoice management system. However I couldn?t find any connection between any design pattern and the integration of systems.

Studiens syfte var dels att undersöka om det fanns skillnader iförskrivning av centralstimulantia hos barn som kunde kopplas tillföräldrarnas utbildningsnivå och dels att undersöka om det fannsskillnader i förskrivning av centralstimulantia vid nydiagnosticeradADHD som kunde kopplas till föräldrarnas utbildningsnivå. Uppgifterom studiepopulationen hämtades som aggregerad data frånläkemedelsregistret, patientregistret och utbildningsregistret.Deltagarantal för första forskningsfrågan var 37959 personer, varav25385 pojkar och 12574 flickor. Den andra forskningsfråganomfattade 9443 personer varav 5931 pojkar och 3512 flickor.Åldrarna på deltagarna var 5-24 år. Resultaten från analyser av denförsta forskningsfrågan visade att barn vars föräldrar hadegymnasium som högsta utbildning var den grupp som hade störstandel behandlade. I den andra forskningsfrågan sågs inga skillnadermellan föräldrarnas utbildningsnivåer och andelen behandlade vidnydiagnosticerad ADHD..

The inventory is based on material gathered from Sandviken Municipality archives and from Göransson Arenas' own archives. The archives consist of such things as board meeting protocols, annual reports, bookkeeping, drawings, photographs and more. The method is based on Foucault's discourse analysis, focusing on his archaeological period.Results & conclusion: The archives show how business ideas, theories, and expressions can be seen in the two arenas. The results show how the concepts of customer, company and association are present in the design of the two arenas in different ways.

ABSTRACTThe privatization of pharmacies in Sweden took place in 2009, in part with higher availability of medicines as justification. For a good adherence, the patients needs a good availability of medicines from pharmacies. The aim of the study was that two years after the pharmacy reform study older people?s opinions on drug supply and pharmacy services, and which pharmacy chains they know about and use. The method used was a quantitative cross-sectional study and was conducted using questionnaires.

Syfte: Studiens syfte är att undersöka hur Generation Y:s attityd och värderingar förhåller sig mot det ledarskap som bör tillämpas av framtida chefer. Metod: Studien har en kvalitativ ansats i form av individuella intervjuer och en fokusgrupp, således har studien baserats på det empiriska material som insamlats från de fyra individuella intervjuerna och vår fokusgrupp som genomfördes. Det empiriska såväl som det teoretiska materialet har sammanställts i sitt respektive kapitel och därefter analyserats med utgångspunkt ur våra frågeställningar. Slutsatser: De senaste åren har det förekommit artiklar i fack- och dagspress om hur individer ur Generation Y ställt sig ovilliga till att acceptera chefsrollen. Vårt resultat visar att det finns ett genuint intresse för civilingenjörs- och civilekonomstudenter att faktiskt acceptera chefsrollen. Det är dock med krav på kontinuerlig feedback, coachning och möjligheten till att arbeta fritt och kreativt som gör att dessa individer är benägna att acceptera chefsrollen i företagen..

Många förändringar har skett i skolan sedan 2006 och debatten har på senare tid handlat väldigt mycket om grundskolelärares ökade administrativa belastning. Intresset väcktes därför att undersöka dessa förändringar genom att fånga grundskolelärares egna uppfattningar om deras möjlighet till delaktighet i förändringsprocesserna och deras uppfattningar om hur dessa förändringar har påverkat deras arbete. Studiens syfte är således att undersöka hur grundskolelärare uppfattar de förändringar som skett sedan 2006 gällande administrationen i deras arbete. Studien ämnar undersöka grundskolelärares uppfattningar gällande delaktighet i själva förändringsprocessen och hur de uppfattar att deras arbete har förändrats. The aim of the study is to investigate attitudes about rapists and to determine whether it is felt that they need treatment, imprisonment or a combination of the two. The study examines differences in attitudes between two different educational groups. The first group of students is comprised of those studying on programs that lead to careers working with people, whilst the other contains students who will work in business administration. The investigation also includes views on which punishment alternative the informants believed to be the most appropriate. The same differences are also investigated between gender and age.

In Sweden everyone has the possibility to report deficiencies in animal welfare they encounter. They report this to the county administration in their county and such a report is called a complaint case. Complaint cases are normally handled with animal welfare inspections, carried out by animal welfare inspectors from the county administration in the county where the animal keeper with reported deficiencies lives. The county administrations in Sweden receive a lot of complaint cases that differ in grade of how severe the deficiency is. The complaint cases are given priority by how severe the deficiency seems to be.

Introduktion: Val av läkemedelsform och lämplig administrationsmetod är mycket viktig för patienter med enteral sond. Administrering av orala läkemedel via sond kan leda till komplikationer som obstruktion av sond eller minskad läkemedelseffekt, varför noggrant val och iordningställande av beredningsformen behövs för att minska komplikationerna vid läkemedelsadministrationen. Syfte: Att genom en litteraturstudie svara på vilka problem som kan uppstå när läkemedel ska administreras via sond samt hur man kan lösa dessa problem. Metod: Litteratursökning i Pubmed/Medline, Cinahl, Ovid och Cochrane som resulterade i 14 artiklar, som behandlade administration av läkemedel i sond och olika problem som detta kan leda till. Resultat: Resultatet visar att det vanligaste förekommande problemet vid administration av läkemedel i sond är obstruktion och detta orsakas av olämpliga administrationsmetoder och okunskap om vilka läkemedel och beredningsformer som kan administreras via sonden.

While conducting our practical training we experienced how the structure and the complexity of the municipal administration could, from a white-collar workers perspective, become a limitation and burden for efficient work. Deriving from this experience we found an interest in how politicians reasoned with regards to their relationship with supervisor in municipal old-age care. Kouzes och Micos (1979) ?Theory of organizational behavior in human service? became our point of departure. Their framework was therefore the foundation for our research and work throughout this paper.Our aim with this research was to examine how politicians viewed their relationship with supervisor in municipal old-age care.
