Project management has been a very popular way of conducting information system development in the past years. Among all major information system developing companies today, almost everyone work in some form of project management. Our objective with this study has been to find out if there are any problems that begin in the early part of the project. Problems that, if they aren?t solved directly, can become bigger problems later on in the project.

The objective of this graduate work is to gain a better understanding in how pre-school educators are able to work with music in their pre-school activity to promote child development. We also want to enlighten possible factors for the development of children based on music and to form our own ideas of whether teachers choose to apply music in their didactic practice or not.The point of this essay has been to attempt answering on what importance music makes for children's development and learning in pre-school, and how teachers could work with music in pre-school in order to promote children?s development. Our data consists of six interviews and two observations realized at a pre-school in Södertälje.We took heed from the theories laid out by Lev Vygotsky's which describe four different levels of development that includes educational development in social interaction between teacher and child. Our choice of this theory is inspired by our seeking deeper understanding of Vygotsky's theory´s application to the aesthetic approach in the interaction in meaning making and learning.The result of our study confirms previous theory and research in that music as a form of expression has a major impact on children's development.

Uppsatsen syftar till att identifiera faktorer som påverkar vid köp via enprisjämförelsesida. Faktorerna söks både i konsumentens tillvägagångssätt samtprisjämförelsesidans utformning. Identifieringen av faktorer sker med hjälp avett eget utvecklat ramverk för utvärdering. Ramverket bygger på befintligateorier och modeller som presenteras i litteraturgenomgången. I uppsatsenpresenteras empiriskt material från observationer och djupintervjuer med tiorespondenter.

 Over the past ten years, the pupils' performance and grades has fallen and the number of competent to high school has decreased gradually. The Swedish school has been criticized and the role of the teachers has been questioned, among other by the media. In autumn 2007 Johannesskolan, one of Sweden's tenth worst schools replaced the ordinary teachers of Class 9A against eight of the country's "main" educators with the goal of the class to become one of Sweden's third major. The teachers have the autumn term in which to achieve the goal and the outcome will be measured by national tests in core subjects Swedish, English and Mathematics. The aim of this paper is to examine the role of the teacher's leadership in relation to the pupils' social and intellectual development, and identify common leadership of these eight educators.

ABSTRAKT Elisabeth, Olsson (2009). Self- concept and mathematics. Syftet med studien har varit att få en bild av elevers uppfattning kring matematikämnet, matematikprestationer och hur bemötande i undervisningsmiljön påverkar deras prestationer i matematik. En kvalitativ metod i form av djupintervjuer med åtta elever som går det individuella programmet på gymnasiet. Sammanfattningsvis visade resultatet av min studie att alla de intervjuade eleverna uppfattar matematikämnet som viktigt. Framförallt den matematik som är relevant för eleverna, det vill säga matematik som har syftet att användas i vardagslivet och för kommande yrkesval.

Projektarbeten är till följd av den informationstekniska utvecklingen inte längre begränsade till företagens huvudkontor. Individer som har tillgång till olika informationstekniska samarbetsverktyg kan sända stora mängder information mellan varandra och uppnå ett samarbete på distans. Projektarbeten som utförs av projektmedlemmar som är geografiskt åtskilda och inte befinner sig inom samma lokaler benämns som distribuerade projektarbeten. Undersökningen syftar till att visa vilka framgångsfaktorerna är för ett sådant projektarbete. Utifrån det syftet har en litteraturstudie genomförts av områdena distribuerat projektarbete och informationstekniska samarbetsverktyg.

Systemintegration är ett omfattande ämne som innehåller en uppsjö av begrepp och teorier, Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) är den avgränsning som genomförts inom detta område och fokuserar på en mer praktisk synvinkel av systemintegration. Vidare har det även avgränsats till en designers syn på EAI. Med dessa avgränsningar har en induktiv studie genomförts av tre framstående organisationer som är verksamma inom systemintegration. Genom att genomföra intervjuer med personer som dagligen arbetar med EAI identifierades 17 faktorer. Dessa faktorer analyserades och jämfördes med befintlig teori inom området för ERP och EAI.

The study's purpose was to get a picture of what a number of class teachers know about and their views on the concept of working memory and working memory training and whether this affects their working and teaching in the classroom. The study is based on qualitative interviews and classroom observations and the theoretical perspectives that the study is based on two: didactic perspective and the socio-cultural perspective. The results of my study show that the class teachers' views and use of the concept of working memory is limited, even if they unknowingly working on parts of it in their teaching. All classroom teachers in my study term difficulties that can arise for students as concentration difficulties, which according to previous research can count towards deficiencies in working memory. All of the respondents in this study believe that it is mostly special education teacher who trains working memory, and that they themselves do not have that knowledge. They also believe that the classroom environment is important for all learning. Common to all respondents consider that the topic is important and would like to have more knowledge of how they can help and support pupils with poor working memory. As a special education teacher and teacher you often meet students who have trouble concentrating, and because of this may be difficult to absorb knowledge as when reading.

Vi har i detta arbete undersökt och analyserat hur den stereotypiske läraren representeras i de fyra svenska filmerna: Hets (1944), Ole dole doff, (1968), Lust och fägring stor (1995) och Vikarien (2006). Senare har vi genomfört en jämförande analys med hur den stereotypiske läraren representeras i tre fackliga tidskrifter ifrån samma tid: Svensk Lärartidning, Svensk Skoltidning och Skolvärlden. I vår jämförande analys fann vi stora likheter, exempelvis mellan diskursen om bristande resurser i skolan samt elevdemokrati. Vidare fann vi också skillnader, exempelvis presenterade en av filmerna en karaktär som tidsenligt inte stämde överens med hur den svenska skolan under den aktuella tiden såg på lärande, samt hur en lärare skall vara. Vår önskan är att lärare och lärarstudenter skall kunna använda denna analys för att ifrågasätta samt fundera kring sin egen lärarroll, och se likheter och skillnader i hur den idealiska läraren representeras dels inom filmens värld samt inom de fackliga tidskrifter som existerar inom skolvärlden..

I det moderna samhället utför många privatpersoner ekonomiska handlingar på Internet. Vi handlar i större utsträckning via Internet vilket kräver att vi skyddar oss mot olika datasäkerhetshot för att vår personliga information inte hamnar i fel händer. I studien gjordes en kartläggning på privatpersoners medvetenhet av datasäkerhetshot genom enkätundersökningar. Vidare undersökte vi vad två e-handelsföretag gör för att skydda privatpersonens personliga information. Resultaten visade att datasäkerhetsmedvetenheten var hög hos många privatpersoner men det fanns ett samband mellan ålder och medvetenhet.

Denna uppsats undersöker gränssnittets betydelse för e-matvaruhandeln. Mer specifikt så undersöker den vilka faktorer, i ett gränssnitt för e-matvaruhandel som bör beaktas. Det spekuleras kring varför e-matvaruhandeln inte är större än vad den är idag och vad som kan göras för att öka dess användning. Djupgående intervjuer genomförs med tre personer från en webbyrå som har tidigare erfarenhet av e-matvaruhandeln och har bland annat framställt lösningar för ICA handlare, Malmborgs, Kvantum och Maxi. Intervjumaterialet analyseras och sammanställs för att sedan jämföras med tidigare forskning inom ämnet.

The objective of this thesis was firstly to examine the possibilities of creating a universal tool for evaluating IT-security. When all the material was gathered we saw that we had strayed away from our subject and that our focus was on IT-threats and IT-professionals apprehensions and possibilities on the subject. The purpose of this thesis was there after to find and identify threats and counter measures in publications and later discuss these with IT-professionals. We found and identified several threats that the professionals encountered in their work. These threats ranged from techniques used by hackers to threats that can arise when the users on the network are poorly educated.

AbstractThis study is based on my work as a secondary school teacher of literature and the Swedish language and rooted in my interest in developing knowledge about the importance of teaching literature in order to both cultivate young people?s reading habits and their view of themselves as readers. The more concrete purpose of this study is to examine a reading project that focuses on theories of literary perception and teaching literature.I examine four pupils who, in 2003, participated in the reading project as readers and compare this description with their view of themselves as readers seven years later. I complete the study by examining how they discuss reading and the teaching of literature. The method is qualitative and the empirics include materiel collected in two different time periods: first in 2003, in a class I taught in a secondary school; and second in 2010, when I examined four of the former pupils who participated in the project from 2003.

Mitt syfte med det här arbetet var att undersöka en grupp gymnasieelevers tankar kring sin inlärningssituation i matematik och se under vilka förutsättningar de själva tror att de lär sig bäst. Studien genomfördes med hjälp av 175 enkäter som delades ut på en gymnasieskola i Västergötland. De svarande tillhörde olika program och olika årskurser, och enkäten hade dels frågor med fasta svarsalternativ och dels några ganska öppna frågor. Resultatet kan sammanfattas med bland annat:- att de flesta elever tror att det är viktigt att öva många gånger på samma sorts uppgifter i matematik; framför allt flickornas svar betonar detta.- att det finns en svag positiv korrelation mellan använd tid till läxläsning i matematik och betyg i matematik även om kausaliteten är oklar.- att det finns en stark önskan hos många elever om förståelse av matematikstoffet..

The aim of this study is to describe the variation in two teachers perceptions of their work with individual developments. The study begins with a review of the Swedish National Agency for Education?s guidelines for working with individual developments. With this I want to give the reader an insight into the teachers working conditions and the responsibilities the school authorities have against their students. Using phenomenography, I have examined the differences between two mathematic teacher?s perceptions in working with individual developments for student?s in need of special education.   My questions are: How do mathemathic teachers perceive their work with individual developments? What support and what information do the teacher?s feel that they have been given in order to use individual developments as a tool? How do the teachers perceive that their work situation has influenced their work with individual developments? The two teachers I have interviewed showed different perceptions both in how they understood the guidelines for working with individual developments and how they chose to work with them.
