Vår uppgift är att undersöka om vi kan förbättra utsignalens kvalité från ett digitalt TV-kort genom att översampla A/D-omvandlare. Vi kommer att programmera vår kod i en FPGA och i den finns enbart 3 stycken multiplikatorer lediga. Utgången från vårt filter ska ha samma frekvens som innan översamplingen, vi kommer därför att bygga ett FIR-filter som decimerar signalen. Vi valde detta filter för att kunna utnyttja symmetri och minimera antalet multiplikatorer. Vi använde ett filter med ordningen 44 vilket ger 45 koefficienter.

Det här examensarbetet har utförts på beräkningsgruppen inom hyttutveckling, Scania CV AB i Södertälje under perioden juni-november 2007. Syftet med arbetet har varit att undersöka hur utmattningsbedömning av hyttstommen kan förbättras genom användning av så kallade virtuella skakriggar. Främst har skadan på torpedplåten i hyttens front undersökts. Dessutom har möjligheten att använda metoden som utgångspunkt för att förenkla beräkning av krafter omkring hyttupphängningen undersökts. Med den virtuella skakriggen utgår man från uppmätta accelerationer och tar med en iterativ process fram de lastsignaler i hyttens infästningspunkter som ger samma beteende hos hytten som uppmätts i prov.

What impact and effects are created by the placement of an international ranking? Could it be that a top rank is detrimental to an entire country's efforts to fight corruption?This bachelor thesis in political science is about Swedish corruption. In essence, so questioning the Transparency International's indexed rankings that placed Sweden in third place. Issues concern since if the third placement has created nonchalance and a careless mentality in Swedish government and in particular in the municipal operations. Research results show that Transparency International's rankings have low validity and low reliability and that the government is not acting sufficiently to prevent and fight corruption.

Bullying is something that is often times talked about in relation to school, in spite of that it's still something that is a very common problem. It is also rarely ever clearly defined, and is subject to a heap of different definitions. In order to prevent something, we must first understand it, and therefore define it. With that the purpose of this study is to examine swedish preschool-teachers definitions of bullying. How do they define bullying? Do their definitions differ from one another?The investigation was qualitative and used qualitative interview methods to interview four pre-school teachers about their deifnitions of bullying.

The euthropthication of the Baltic Sea is a threat that is beginning to be taken seriously by the governments concerned. In Sweden, regulations concerning the allowed nitrogen (N) concentration in the effluent water from wastewater treatment plants are being tightened up. The Rimbo wastewater treatment plant has been imposed to reduce the annual mean concentration of total N in the effluent water to levels below 15 mg l-1. A more and more common way to reduce the nitrogen level in wastewater is to let the water pass through a wetland. This study investigates the possibility to build this kind of wetland at the outlet of the Rimbo wastewater treatment plant.A prestudy of the topography, soil characteristics and groundwater flow indicates that the land area in question is well suited for the construction of a wetland.

The purpose of this paper has been to describe the project manager's experience of the customer relationship in customer order projects. A qualitative interview study has been conducted in which seven project managers were interviewed. A thematic analysis resulted in four overall themes. The results showed the importance of a clear, responsive and open communication as well as a large degree of customization to meet the customer the best way as possible. The experience was also characterized by a dynamic relationship and the importance of the customer's expectations.

This essay seeks to articulate how one should understand Adorno´s perspective on Kant. The essay produces an interpretation of this very complicated relationship using the (Nietzschean) concepts "affinity" and "ressentiment" : an elucidation that will hopefully make clear that the works of Adorno in many ways constitute a pursuance of Kant´s philosophical insights to their logical ends, especially with the regard to the questions about the purpose of philosophy and its various demands on knowledge, personality, society, ways of ressistence etc..

Anyone moving to Arvika gets the magazine ?Nyinflyttad/Recently moved in" sent home. The year 2011 Arvika had 1017 new residents, and they all got the same version of the magazine "Nyinflyttad/Recently moved in." A simpler version of the magazine hasn?t been made, although the municipality is aware that it is needed.The aim of my thesis is to see if the information that Arvika is sending to its new residents in meeting their information needs. To get the answer on this question, I have examined data from the target group perspective.

Idag finns det flera olika topologier inom området AC-DC-omvandlare. Framför allt har flyback-omvandlaren blivit en populär topologi inom lågeffektapplikationer p.g.a. dess få komponenter och relativt enkla styrning som gör den kostnadseffektiv.I detta arbete har det undersökts vilka fördelar och nackdelar som finns med flybackomvandlaren för laddning av en kondensatorbank. Detta har utförts genom att bygga en prototyp som baseras på flyback-topologin och sedan jämföra prototypen med ett befintligt system som är baserad på en annan topologi. Jämförelsen tyngdpunkt låg på storlek,prestanda och kostnad.Laddningsförloppet simulerades i MatLab genom att omsätta ekvationer från en grundlig teoristudie till kod.

AbstractPurpose/Aim: The aim of this paper is to find out how the company Japanporten can improve their communication through their website. I want to find possible weaknesses in the communication style, and suggest solutions to those. All for the purpose of managing to create understanding and interest to fulfil the purpose and goal for the communication.Material/Method: I have used a qualitative research method, where I have interviewed the manager of Japanporten and made an contents analysis of their website.Main results: Japanporten supplies good functions on their website. The have a clear purpose and explain who they are and what the can do for the visitor. The main weakness is the argumentation to create and keep an interest from the visitor.

There is a clear difference between the way football players and leaders regard the role of the referee, compared to the way the refereeing body looks at it. The refereeing body regard themselves as fundamental for the existence of the sport, while the other mentioned parties merely see them as functional justice makers. This view places the referees outside the field of football. This establishes a football culture, which is conflicted when it comes to the role of the referees on the field. The conflict comes to its edge in youth football, where the referees are under severe pressure.

The purpose is to show what the work makes with text and how it produces ambivalence with sex and gender and thereby demonstrate the queer leakage in heteronormative performativities. The communist party Khmer Rouge took over the power in Cambodia in 1975, and ruled the country until the beginning of 1979. During these years they attempted to create a completely new society, a true Khmer nation, which involved massive economic and social reorganisation and elimination of people which did not fit in the new ideal.Three decades has passed since the genocide, and the senior leaders of the Khmer Rouge will now be tried in the Khmer Rouge tribunal, which consists of both Cambodian and international judges and prosecutors. The integrity of those tribunal representatives will be crucial for the integrity of the tribunal as a whole and thus also for the outcome of the processes. It is hard to determine whether the purposes for demand of accountability will be satisfied, it is though clear that there are many obstacles in the way for an unproblematic and fair procedure..
