Spiralanvändning tycks öka i yngre åldersgrupper och hormonspiral föreslås allt oftare till kvinnor sominte har varit gravida (nollgravida). Den kliniska erfarenheten av spiralinsättning i denna grupp ärbegränsad och det saknas vetenskapligt underlag avseende behov av och vilken typ av premedicineringsom är adekvat. Syftet med denna studie var att utvärdera smärtupplevelsen vid spiralinsättning hosnollgravida i förhållande till given premedicinering samt att utvärdera vilken premedicinering som gavbäst effekt vid spiralinsättning hos nollgravida kvinnor. Metoden var en kvantitativ och deskriptivobservations- och tvärsnittstudie. Denna utfördes som ett led i vårdutveckling inom primärvården i SödraBohuslän.

Latent heat storage is a way to store thermal energy when a phase change material undergoes a phase change. The advantage of latent heat storage is the capability to store more energy per mass unit than other heat storage methods. The most commonly used phase change in latent heat storage is the transition between solid and liquid. Phase change materials can be divided into organics, inorganics and eutectics.In the Nordic electricity market the price of electricity is set every hour by Nordpool spot, which leads to price fluctuations because of changes in demand. The main goal of this report is to create a latent heat storage system in a single-family home and investigate the possibility to save money by charging the latent heat storage system when the price of electricity is low, and discharge when the price is high.The thermodynamic model consisted of a ?tube-in-tube? heat exchanger with phase change material in the outer tube and water as the heat transfer fluid in the inner tube.

Asset management in insurance companies differs from conventional asset management to the extent that respect has to be taken to both assets and the commitments the insurance company has towards its customers. A model that has proven to fit well regarding the matching of assets and liabilities is the Asset Liability Management Model (ALM model). In addition to the matching in the balance sheet, the ALM model can be used in a company's work with strategic portfolio allocation by applying it as a basis for analyzing investment strategies with expected risk and return. From this, the ALM model also becomes relevant for calculating key figures according to the legal framework Solvens II which includes laws and regulations regarding the demands on economical strength (solvens) of insurance companies.Hence, the goal of this masters thesis has been to, on behalf of Bliwa Livförsäkring, create an ALM model to support the asset management department of Bliwa in their work with defining a credible way of analyzing the future risk and return of Bliwa's asset portfolio and insurance undertakings.The ALM model generally consist of four submodels, the scenario model, the liability model, the asset model and the company model, where the scenario model often is named as the core of the ALM model. The course of action has been to develop these submodels individually, with focus on the scenario model.

The purpose of the following essay has been to identify four men?s momentums of their volunteer access to treatment for their disruptive gender-based violence. The questions that have been asked in the entrance of this field have been divided into the following questions: (i) is it possible to identify the processes of change that leads to turning points into the interviewed men's treatment of violence, (ii) how do the interviewed men, themselves, reflect on their turning points into treatment, and (iii) are there other, implicit, interpretations and analyzes of men's access into treatment that I can discern in their stories? As a point of departure of the analysis one theoretical perspective has been used to explain and analyze men?s access to treatment, the sociological life course perspective, focusing on the concept of turning points.The method to approach this field has been qualitative interviews with a life story oriented approach which means that, focus has been to let the four interviewed men describe their lives from early childhood to their adulthood and from their histories identify contingent processes to their access of treatment. The study resulted in a division of two parts, one part consisting the processes that have been identified by the men?s stories of present tense of violent outbursts.

Framförallt kvinnornas roll i arbetet är i förändring, de tar allt större plats inom företagsmarknaden. Det blir allt vanligare att kvinnor startar och driver företag, många av dessa är små.Vårt gemensamma intresse för den realistiska livsformsanalysen och kvinnligt företagande blev grunden för detta arbete. Det var av intresse för oss att söka finna svar på hur kvinnliga småföretagare upplever sin situation gällande balans mellan fritid och arbete.

Idag möts vi människor av allt mer reklam och varumärken där företagen konstant strävar efter att öka försäljning samt stärka sitt varumärke på marknaden. Det stora arbetet med att differentiera och kommunicera sitt varumärke har på så sätt blivit väldigt viktigt då utbudet växer. Den tidigare mass- och relationsmarknadsföringen har i många avseenden fokuserat påatt kommunicera produkterna och varumärket kring dem. I den framväxandesamhällskulturen där fokus på upplevelser av en produkt och dess varumärke börjat vinna mark, blir en ny typ av marknadsföring viktig, nämligen sinnesmarknadsföring. Sinnesmarknadsföring syftar till att via människans fem sinnen påverka och erbjuda kunder en upplevelse som ges via stimulis riktade till sinnena.

Projektet har genomförts som ett examensarbete i civilingenjörs utbildning med inriktning mot energi. Arbetet har genomförts vid New Bolidens smältverk, Rönnskärsverken, i Skelleftehamn.Syftet med detta examensarbete var att finna ett ekonomiskt mer optimalt körsätt på fumingverket med avseende på zink och energiproduktion samt förbättra dess samverkan med energicentralens energibehov. Största producenten av ånga och fjärrvärme på Rönnskärsverken är fumingverket.Olika driftförhållanden påverkar både produktionen av ånga och fjärrvärme. Tillgängligheten på zinkrik slagg samt reducerad ångproduktion vid tappning av slagg påverkar mest. Vid låg produktion av ånga i fumingverket och stor förbrukning på Rönnskär, samt stor konsumtion av fjärrvärme används oljepannor för att upprätthålla behovet.

Logistics is an important concept in the organizational context in which the planning of flows, services and products are treated. Logistics handles supplier management, supply of materials, production and distribution. The distribution of goods can be managed with different types of transportation depending on price and time aspects. The lowest transport cost for larger amount of goods is by maritime shipping. A common carrier used in transportation of goods is a standardized ISO- container.

The purpose of this study has been to investigate advantages and problems with distributionsystem metering in substations. This report is a study in cooperation with Göteborg Energi.The analyses in this report are made for GENAB, a subsidiary company of Göteborg Energi.To analyse advantages and problems in advance is interesting information for GENAB. Theresult of the report could be based upon whether installation of metering in distributionsubstations will be implemented and in that case which kind of measurement that is relevant.The most relevant and strategic place to implement measurement is at the distributionsubstations on the secondary side (400V), this is due to the placement of the currenttransformers. The measurements in this study involve current, voltage, power, power factor,temperature, energy and power quality.Measuring instruments that are relevant to implement are intended to measure current,voltage, power, power factor, energy and, possibly, power quality in the same measuring unit.It is desirable to have a measuring instrument that measures both energy and power qualitybut since it is most often a cost question, it can be established that energy meters have a lowercost.Metering in distribution substations gives a better illustration of the power network. Thisresults in many advantages for GENAB.

Title: The impact of environment on music students' commitment to music - a study of attitudes among music students and their parents. The purpose of this essay is to illustrate the importance of environmental influence on childrens' musical interests and factors inspiring children to play instruments and sing. The parents' opinions, regarding the extent of the effect of the environment on the musical interest of their child, are compared in the text, with the childrens' own opinions in this matter. I conducted the survey in two music classes in Malmö. I used a questionnaire, where all students participated and I also conducted qualitative interviews with four students and their parents.

The enterprises of today are beginning to realize that environmental issues are a important part of their activity. Companies and organizations are expected to a greater extent communicate their environmental work to the world surrounding them in a trustworthy and structured way. Lack of information or information that is incorrect may bring farreaching consequences. Communication is mentioned in several of the ISO 14001-standards. But what is missing is a guideline how companies should act to create and be sure of the quality of the data that can be used in the environmental communication.

This essay aims to emphasize and clarify the positions that exist within the current globalization debate. The positions are the neo-liberal, the opponents, the pragmatists and the skeptics. The text presents and explains their ideological, moral and political positions and beliefs about the world, the nation state, the society and the individual; in light of Steven Lukes? and Antonio Gramsci's theories regarding the interaction and the relationship between power and hegemony. The methodological starting point is the ideology-critical analysis; in which their arguments in the current globalization debate is highlighted and categorized.

The energy sector is facing an impending paradigm shift. Today?s technology enables the end-user to generate their own energy locally at home. Furthermore, recently developed storage technologies make it possible to balance energy demand with stored energy and integrate district heating with the local power grid. This means that in the future heat and electric power will interact and energy flows is converted over energy boundaries.

Jag upplever det som att dagens samhälle är i ett konstant läge av förändring, vilket borde medföra att de företag som finns ute i samhälle måste befinna sig i ett konstant läge av anpassning. Utifrån det undrar jag hur företagen kan klara av att hantera de mänskliga resurserna samtidigt som de måste klara av den föränderliga omgivningen. Jag har därför valt att undersöka personalhanteringen på tre företag inom samma bransch för att fastställa ifall personalhanteringen utvecklas åt liknande håll. Eller om företagen utvecklas åt helt olika håll utan några likheter. De företag som jag undersöker lyckas uppenbarligen med konststycket att anpassa sig samtidigt som de hanterar sin personal och det jag är intresserad av är hur lyckas de med en sådan balansering.Mitt syfte är således inte att hitta ett gyllene snitt för personalhantering utan om möjligt finna liknelser mellan hur de företag jag kommer i kontakt med hanterar personal.
