Kungafamiljens sommarparadis, en pärla på Öland : En fallstudie om Sollidens slott och dess image, varumärke och positionering
This essay is based on a mission from Anna Schibli, Director of Tourism at Solliden Palace. The thesis aims to investigate the image that Solliden Palace has, and the picture that local and regional tourist offices have of the Sollidens Castle brand and what position Solliden include in these markets. A total of six in-depth interviews with tourist offices, at local and regional level, has been carried out and an initial in-depth interview with Anna Schibli of Solliden Palace. The responses of the respondents have since been interpreted and processed based on an inductive approach, in order to interpret the image that Solliden Palace has. Scientific papers have been studied and analyzed in order to generate an explanation and understanding of the research area.

Abstract
Title: Yes logo! What defines a good logo?

Course: Bachelor?s thesis in Business Administration, 10 credits.
Purpose: To find out which are the defining characteristics of a good logo,
from a scientific point of view.
Method: We have used a qualitative method consisting of interviews with experts
within the marketing area with the goal to test the Swedish point of view
against the one in the litterature.
We also used a quantitative method to investigate the publics attitude towards
the testlogos we created. The purpouse of this poll is to test different
colourcombinations and how the marketsegments feel about them. In this poll we
used statistical methods to make sure that the agelimits and the number of male
and female respondents are correct.
We executed another quantitative study towards Swedish marketing companies to
create an idea of the businesses thoughts about a good logo are.
Results: A good logo is a simple symbol or geometrical form consisting of a
combination of colours that reflect the company?s core values, visions and
goals.

This essay is about the planning of Stockholm's border regions (areas on the outskirts of the city) during the first seven years of the 21st century. It describes how planning decisions are made in reality, in respect to a 'green' perspective. By describing what a "markanvisning" is (the right to negotiate with the city about a certain piece of land) and by discussing examples of what has happened
with a hundred applications for markanvisning, this essay shows how Stockholm's border regions are planned. In the majority of cases it is the initiative
of the future developers that begin the planning and construction processes.
Research shows that the application to get a markanvisning in Stockholm does not follow a clear, structured system. However, the existing system in Stockholm does work and it seems like almost all the employees within the municipality, the politicians, and the future proprietors are happy with the current situation.
Interviews have been held with key individuals involved in the planning process.

Marknadsundersökning av John Deere slåtterkross 730/735 :
This examination work is about an marketing investigation of John Deere Moco
730/735 during the season year 2003.
Moco 730 has an workingwidth on 3 m, and 735 has one with 3,5 m.
The research results of 16 moco 730/735 are from intervju- and questionnaire made of
the owners. The results also comes from intervju anwser from dealers which sold this
mocos.
The examination work shows comments and opinions from the customer after one
seasons use.
In the end of my examination work are all comments and opinions put together in a
marketing analysis called swot-analys in Swedish. The analysis declare that the moco
730/735 is functional and have god quality. The future seems god for this kind of
moco.
The strength for this moco are god quality and the dealers god service support. The
most important weakness about this moco are that the machine came out late on the
market, compared to other mocos on the market.
I think it´s important the have in mind that the customers are very John Deere faithful
and this JD 730/735 is used for only one season..

Introduction: The population of Sweden has during the last century doubled. An increased live expectancy results in an older population and the share needing medical care increases. Demographic and political changes in developed counties have resulted in changed demands on the care of the elderly. The elderly are discharged from hospital earlier and this results a significant responsibility on the elderly themselves and their relatives. Often the relatives are engaged in the elderly?s health problems, care needs and the future consequences the current situation results in for the elderly and the domestic life.

To be able to plan for the expansion of a town, one needs a vision of the future appear-ance of the town. It is the current issues (social situation, supply and demand, political control etc.) which decide what the ideal for town planning is. This is turn is the steering factor of the physical structure of the town. Therefore, the town's structure is decided by these ideals.In this report, I will present planning ideals that have historically been, and which criticisms that have been directed towards them. With reference to these issues, I will present those guidelines and ideals we have today for planning of our towns.
Kommunikation i den fysiska planeringen - Ett arbete om systemtillit och socialt kapital, Fallet Södra Älvstranden
Sammanfattning
Bakgrunden till mitt Examensarbete är att jag som student på magisterprogrammet
för fysisk planering skall göra ett examensarbete som motsvarar 30 hp i
slutuppgift.
Mitt Examensarbete är ett utredande arbete av medborgardeltagandet inom fysisk
planering.
Syftet är att studera om och hur planprocessen påverkas av systemet, och dess
relationer till medborgarna. Syftet är även att undersöka hur man kan genomföra
en planprocess i en redan bebyggd miljö. Analysen visar att Södra Älvstranden
som använt sig av ett ambitiöst upplagt medborgardeltagande, både innehåller
faktorer som gynnar och missgynnar deltagarnas tillit till varandra och till
systemet i sig.

Digital marketing has been changing continuously and rapidly since the introduction of Web2.0 ten years ago (Lin, Li, Deng, & Lee, 2013). Companies are now engaging their users intheir digital marketing by providing with interactive contents in digital campaigns. A film can attract all kinds of emotions and moods of the audience through its audiovisual communications and cinematic expression, in which music plays a significant role in both understanding and interpretation of film content.It is interesting to explore the musical significance and the emotional aspect of the film out of a media and communications perspective and visual communications perspective because it?s a subject that belongs to the communications of scientific discipline as film is a media text which is working both as communicative and as audio-visual medium with its expressive aspects.The purpose of this bachelor?s paper is to increase and deepen the understanding of music's function and significant role in context with its reinforcing sense of visual expression in film. More specifically, it aims to explore the musical value of the expressive aspect of the media text in form of film musical Les Misérables (2012), which has been transmedialised from the novel of the same name, referring to the sound, music and song in relation to the film's visual expression.The research questions are at the core of the essay study: "how is music used to reinforce the cinematic visual expression?" and "how can music signify the narrative and highlight the emotional aspect of the film?" The theoretical framework is based on some of the key scholars assumptions such as Michel Chion (1994) and Claudia Gorbman (1987), who share the same theoretical views that the soundtrack seems powerful when it expresses its participation in a scene?s emotional moods as the music follows the scene?s rhythm, the image?s flow and contributes emotional and musical codes of emotions and expressions. According to Chion sound and image interact together to tell a story where sound enrich the image with expressive and informative values.

This essay reviews the situation for real estate agencies within the Stockholm area. In this essay we assume that costumer loyalty is a requirement for survival on the competitive estate market. Two actors have been compared; A well known national Internet-based agency, Skandia Mäklarna, and a smaller local traditional agent Mäklarfirman Grönberg. These actors have been analyzed up on theories on loyalty, relationship marketing, service marketing, quality and involvement .The conclusion of the essay is that it is possible for small estate agencies to compeed with larger Internet based agencies by building loyal relationships with their customers. This can be achieved if the right strategic decisions are made.
Planering och exploatering i fjällnära natur
Detta kandidatarbete handlar om planering, exploatering och naturvärden i den
svenska fjälen. Syftet med denna uppsats är att studera och analysera hur
planering och exploatering i de svenska fjällen påverkar den naturmiljön som
finns där. En del av syftet består av att studera hur turismen påverkar
planeringen, en annan del är att se hur naturmiljön påverkas av exploateringar.
Genom exempel i från den planerade exploateringen av Rödkullen i Åre kommun
skall problem och möjligheter som kan uppkomma vid planering och exploatering
belysas. En fallstudie har gjorts på Rödkullen i Åre, ett naturområde som inom
snar framtid ska exploateras.
