1998 förvärvades företaget Urbis Security i Rumänien. Urbis Security blev sedermera införlivat i dotterbolaget Assa Abloy Romania. Med tiden har problem börjat dyka upp och företaget har fått allt svårare att hävda sig både kvalitets, konkurrens och resultatmässigt. Följden av detta är planer på nedläggning eller förflyttning av vissa delar i tillvekningsenheten av Assa Abloy Romania. Undersökningens syfte är att med hjälp av den framtagna modellens fyra faktorer utvärdera hur dessa påverkade situationen fram till nedskärningarna av vissa delar inom tillverkningsenheten i Assa Abloy Romania.

Sammanfattning Efter utförd praktik på fartyg ansåg vi att det övades för lite på HLR, hjärt- och lungräddning, och D-HLR, hjärt- och lungräddning med hjärtstartare, samt att det inte fanns hjärtstartare ombord på alla fartyg.Syftet med detta examensarbete är att undersöka de riktlinjer som finns för utrustningskrav på hjärtstartare ombord på svenska, norska och danska fartyg med fokus på Sverige och svenska rederier.Metoden genomfördes genom en kvantitativ metod där ett frågeformulär skickades ut via e-mail till samtliga rederier registrerade som medlemmar i Sveriges Redareförening.  Ett annat frågeformulär skickades till de skandinaviska sjöfartsverken, innehållande kvalitativa frågeställningar. I studien utfördes även kvalitativa intervjuer. Av resultatet framgår att 17 av de 22 rederier som vi fick svar av hade hjärtstartare ombord i sina fartyg, och ungefär hälften hade haft en incident ombord. Det framgår även i vår studie att det inte finns några krav gällande hjärtstartare och utbildning nationellt, såväl som internationellt..

Arbetsuppgifterna på ett fartyg kan innefatta hård fysisk påfrestning samt arbete i mörker, påhög höjd och i slutna utrymmen vilket betyder att sjöfolk måste vara lämpliga för tjänstgöringen.De nationella reglerna för medicinsk lämplighet för sjöfolk skiljer sig trots att deninternationella standarden är densamma för alla. Syftet med denna rapport är att åskådliggöraskillnaderna mellan regelverken om läkarintyg för sjöfolk i de skandinaviska länderna ochundersöka historien bakom de svenska föreskrifterna.Vår slutsats är att det skulle gagna Sverige att återinföra Sjömansläkare, som troligtvis är merkompetenta än en icke specialiserad läkare vad gäller tjänstbarhetsbedömning för sjömän.Systemet med sjömansläkare är fortfarande i bruk och fungerar väl i både Danmark ochNorge.Slutligen sammanfattas rapporten av författarnas egna reflektioner kring ämnet i relation tillresultatet. In 2005 the Swedish social democratic government settled a defense treaty with Saudi Arabia. Ten years later, a new Social democratic government ends the treaty. This thesis will study the Social democratic party?s motives behind their actions regarding the treaty. The IPv6 protocol offers with some new functions, one of them is auto configuration. With auto configuration it is possible for nodes, i.e. hosts and routers, for automatically associated with IPv6 addresses without manual configuration. Auto configuration it is another protocol as it uses Neighbor Discovery protocol (ND) messages (ND is mandatory in the IPv6 stack). The main purpose of ND is that nodes can discover other nodes on the local link, perform address resolution, check that addresses are unique, and check the reachability with active nodes.There are exactly the same vulnerabilities of IPv6 as IPv4 and is now exception, ND if not properly secured.

SummaryIntroductory: Since the mid-90s, the numbers of places in psychiatric inpatient settings have decreased and accommodations for individuals with schizophrenia have become increasingly common. In addition to the basic needs that we humans have, individuals with schizophrenia may be in need of special support. Social support can be seen as a protective factor for maintaining health and the recovery of the individual. Lack of social support has shown to be linked to mental illness. The extent of need and support of individuals with mental disabilities may be such that they live in a special accommodation where such assistance can be provided by staff.

Beslutsfattande är den viktigaste av alla ledningsaktiviteter. Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka hur befälhavare upplever beslutprocesserna ombord och i den omgivande organisationen. Undersökningen har gjorts genom intervjuer med tre befälhavare. Intervjuer valdes för att kunna lyssna till intervjupersonernas upplevda värld och de har varit semistrukturerade, som stöd har en intervjuguide använts. The intention of this essay is to describe the problems with loss of books at three Swedish University libraries. It?s based on interviews with librarians. The library codes of ethics, the library law and the terms of reference of the libraries are central for my understanding. Interview results: Little was being done to stop theft.

                                  The study aimed to explore how patients with ICDs experience their quality of life with a focus on everyday life, electric shocks, and how support from the health service is perceived. The studydesign is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with seven patients. Data collection lasted for three weeks and interviews were conducted in the participant´s homes, at the participants? workplaces or over the phone.The study shows that most participants have learned to live with the ICD.

Not enough attention has been paid to the correlation between the failure of peacekeeping operations and the actual source of civil wars. This text is an attempt to fill that gap. Hence the question: under which conditions is it possible for peacekeeping operations to replace the responsibility of the state concerning the security aspects of the social contract? The outset of the text, using the theories of Robert Nozick, is a theoretical approach towards the founding of states, described as the merging of entities. The theory serves a purpose since it, in combination with identity, illustrates in what manner the glue of society occurs and the rallying around other kind of loyalties like clans and ethnicities.
