Den här rapporten har som syfte att utreda vilket eldistributionssystem för offshoreenheter som sparar mest vikt och utrymme. De två elsystem som jämförs är GVAs standard system och Siemens Blue Drive System. Rapporten innehåller en teoretisk bakgrund för båda systemen och dimensionering av systemens kraftkablar samt beräkning av kabelvikter och komponentvikten för systemen. GVAs standard system har en lägre ström vilket gör att ledararean blir mindre och i med det blir kabelvikten mindre.

New guidelines and laws were set to try and improve the quality of the auditing business while trying to restore stained reputation. This thesis is carried out at Portsystem 2000 AB who manufactures and markets industrial doors and docking systems. The background to this thesis is that the company?s management considers that their follow-up process of cost accounts is not fully functioning.The aim with this report is to investigate and describe the present procedure of the follow-up process concerning the time of operations and come up with suggestions for improvements. The management at the City of Stockholm?s Sports Department have problems. During recent years several IT-projects have been launched but results are worse than could have been hoped for. The projects are generally perceived as being too expensive, too time consuming and not to have delivered the expected results. This thesis aims at giving the City of Stockholm?s Sports Department theoretically based advice on how to improve their management of IT-projects.

This master thesis is an in-depth study of an existing heating system at a household cooperative in Uppsala that has been converted from district heating to a bedrock heat pump system. The study focuses on an economical system optimisation of the building?s complete heating system. The aim was to determine how well a heat pump system in large buildings actually work, find out possible ways to optimize the existing system and point out important system parameters for new heat pump installations in larger buildings.The project points out a possible energy cost reduction of 45 % without investment and further cost reductions with equipment investments. A reduction by 30 % is possible by improvements in the regulation system and 15 % is possible by maintaining the brine system.

A helicopter based system equipped with a millimetre-wave fire control radar is studied for improvement of the detection probability for moving ground targets. The system is a pulse doppler radar that sends out the electromagnetic wave in repetitive pulses. The frequency in which radar sends this pulse is called Pulse Repetition Frequency (PRF). The velocity of the moving targets is measured by spectral analysis of the pulses received. With this sort of system some targets will not be possible to detect.

IT - systemen har blivit en del i samhället. IT -system används inom olika områden och verksamheter i och med detta så har användbarhets faktorer i IT -system blivit sådan som inte går att bortse ifrån. Det finns många användbarhetsfaktorer som alla skiljer sig mer eller mindre åt. Gemensamt för dem alla är att ett system bör innehålla visa kriterier för användbarhet för att godkännas av användaren då de använder sig av ett IT -system.Det finns en vilja att skapa användbara system för att underlätta för användaren. Visa faktorer i användbarhet i ett IT -system är genom tänkta medan andra behöver förbättras för att anpassa till beslutfattande och ta hänsyn arbetsmiljöaspekter.

Background: Anorexia Nervosa (AN) is a complex condition with high mortality. AN has increased within the last fifty years and it?s associated with considerable suffering.Aim: To describe women?s experiences of AN.Method: This study was made as a systematic literature review. Articles were searched in Chinal, PubMed and PsycINFO. Eleven articles were used.

På senare tid har skolungdomar börjat uppleva sig allt mer stressade. Det kan handla om exempelvis stress inför skolan och den kommande framtiden. Denna studie undersökte elever på högskoleförberedande program upplevda stress, stressen inför framtiden samt eventuell betydelse av Locus of Control och kön. Respondenterna utgjordes av 42 poj-kar och 51 flickor, samtliga gick på samma gymnasieskola i årskurs tre. De fick besvara tre bakgrundsfrågor, en inom stressforskning väl använd stressenkät (PSS), en fråga gällande stress inför framtiden, samt Locus Of Control.

Vårt syfte är att skapa en djupare förståelse och klargöra för användningen avbegreppen management och ledarskap i praktiken. Med hjälp av begreppens innebörd kan vi som forskare få möjligheten att framföra hur begreppen används praktiskt. På så vis kan vi se om teorin reproduceras i praktiken. Vår uppsats visar att intervjupersonerna tror att de utövar ledarskap, men att det inte kan utövas i praktiken. Detta har sin grund i den tvetydighet som omger begreppet ledarskap och företagets organisationskontext.
