Anknytningsteorin betonar det viktiga samspelet mellan barn och vårdnadsgivare som resulterar i trygg, otrygg/undvikande eller otrygg/ambivalent anknytningsstil. Anknytning representeras genom inre arbetsmodeller vilka färgar individens syn på sig själv och sin omgivning. Dessa synsätt tenderar även att vara stabila längs livet.  Begreppet motivation rymmer flertalet motivationsorienteringar som ligger till grund för individens handlingar. Syftet var att undersöka om anknytningsstil kan relateras till individens inre och yttre motivation i arbetet. Ytterligare syfte var att studera inverkan av kön, ålder, utbildning och/eller civilstånd på denna relation.

The purpose of this study was to investigate different relations between the damages of falls and background variables as well as the relation between the falls and the weather condition to later be able to use this report to expand the knowledge among workers at VTI about the pedestrian fall injuries. All of the fall injuries in the data that this study is based on have occurred in Sweden during the time period between January 2003 and December 2011.To be able to answer the questions that this report is based on several statistical methods are used. The statistical methods that have been used during the making of this report are multiple linear regression, binary logistic regression, correlation analysis, association analysis and descriptive statistics as well as visual analysis.The results of the study show that women around menopause age have a tendency to get a big increase in the amount of injuries compared to men of the same age. The study also suggests that men on average tend to have a lower level of injury compared to women.Age also seems to affect both the amount of injuries and the level of injury negatively. The study suggests that the most likely reason for this is both that the intake of ?Fall Risk Increasing Medicine?, which is medicine that increases the drowsiness, is higher among older individuals as well as lower estrogen levels among older women and lower amount of testosterone among older men, which causes a loss of bone density in both sexes.The weather seems to have a strong effect on how many injuries occur but also a noticeable effect on the scale of the injury.

The effect of inoculation on containerized pine and spruce seedlings in a nursery with two ectomycorrhizal fungi was investigated in regard to the development of mycorrhiza and plant growth. The fungi were Elaphomyces muricatus and Elaphomyces granulates and the inoculated seedlings were compared to an uninoculated control. These seedlings were all fertilized with arginine. Five mycorrhiza species were found after DNA sequencing of the mycorrhizal root tips with different found morphotypes on seedlings from all treatments. Thelephora terrestris was the type which had the greatest distribution on pine seedlings and Tylospora asterophora was found at big extent on spruce seedlings. The inoculated species was not found, if it was due to the species hadn?t colonized the roots or if the DNA sequencing failed we can only speculate about.

The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the work situation for temporary workers within the field of journalism. During the past decade, influential external forces such as commercialization, new technologies and increased competition have brought great changes within the industry. As a result, employers value flexibility of manpower, not least to reduce cost, where the flexible employee is usually leased by the media company from a manpower company. Today it is a normal practice with manpower companies and this way of hourly paid form of employment. Although the temporary worker can sometimes benefit from this kind of employment, there are also significant setbacks like job insecurity.

The scarcity of qualified forest machine operators as well as the increased competition for competent machine operators among others from the mining industry in Norrland, were the reasons to investigate what attracts and what deters active and potential forest machine operators to the occupation. An interview study was conducted among four groups with four persons in each group. The groups were students in year 1 and 3 respectively at a forestry school at upper secondary school level as well as employees of a forest company and employees of contractors. The majority of all respondents were of the opinion that their interests in machines had been important for the choice of occupation. But for the active machine operators both the interest in the forest and their interest for machines have had importance for choosing this occupation.

Syftet med denna studie är att studera sambandet mellanorganisatorisk rättvisa, delaktighet, tillit till ledning och motivationhos arbetstagare inom vuxenutbildningen. Syftet är även att undersökasambandet när det kontrolleras för kön, ålder, yrke ochanställningsform. För att besvara studiens syfte har data samlats invia ett standardiserat frågeformulär och därefter har deskriptivstatistik tagits fram, en korrelationsanalys har utförts samt envariansanalys där flera gruppers medelvärdesskillnader har jämförts.Studiens resultat visar att det finns ett signifikant positivt sambandmellan variablerna organisatorisk rättvisa, delaktighet och tillit tillledning. Det finns dock inget signifikant samband mellan variabelnmotivation och de övriga variablerna. Sambanden kvarstår somsignifikanta respektive icke signifikanta när det kontrolleras för kön,ålder, yrke och anställningsform.

Syfte: Syftet var att undersöka bröstcancerpatienters upplevelse av omhändertagandet i vården i samband med den onkologiska behandlingen. Metod: Studien har genomförts som en kvalitativ studie, baserad på en öppen fråga i en enkätstudie. Urvalet är baserat på det regionala Kvalitetsregistret för bröstcancer i Uppsala/Örebroregionen, sammanlagt 1573 kvinnor erbjöds att delta i studien. Det slutliga deltagarantalet blev 312. Resultat: Bröstcancerpatienter är överlag nöjda med vården i samband med den onkologiska behandlingen.

Syftet med vårt examensarbete var att undersöka om man genom att arbeta med vardagsrelaterade problemuppgifter i undervisningen kan öka elevernas motivation för ämnet matematik. Undersökningsmetoden som vi använde oss av var vardagsrelaterade problemuppgifter, observationer och intervjuer. Utvecklingsarbetet pågick under fem veckor och utfördes i år 8 på två skolor i olika kommuner. Resultatet visade att eleverna var mer motiverade under arbetet med de vardagsrelaterade problemuppgifterna, men vi kunde inte se om eleverna blev mer motiverade i ämnet matematik. Vi kom under vårt arbete fram till att uppgifter som motiverar eleverna är sådana som handlar om saker ur deras egen närhet, något som de känner igen.

I min studie har jag valt att tolka fyra ungdomars upplevelser om vad de anser om hur föräldrars attityder och engagemang påverkar ungdomars motivation till skolarbete. Faktorerna som ungdomarna ansåg påverkade dem mest för att de skulle klara sina studieresultat var trygghet och kärlek. Studien visar att både brist och överflöd på bekräftelse och beröm kan sporra till bättre studieresultat..

Studiens syfte har varit att studera hur faktorerna kompetens, resurser och motivation påverkar pedagogerna i deras val av läs- och skrivutvecklingsmetod. Utifrån implementeringsteorin och med hjälp av kvalitativa intervjuer har vi försökt få större förståelse för de förutsättningar pedagogerna ställs inför på skolorna. Vi har intervjuat fyra pedagoger som undervisar i läs- och skrivutveckling i årskurs 1 eller 2. Teorin visar att pedagogerna ställs inför olika förutsättningar på skolorna och att pedagogernas kompetens är det centrala för genomförandet och utformningen av undervisningen. Tidigare forskning visar också att pedagogernas motivation är avgörande för deras vilja att utveckla sig själva och undervisningen. Resultatet av vår studie visar att faktorerna kompetens, resurser och motivation i många fall påverkas av varandra.

Research shows that there is a lack of knowledge of adult students with ADHD. Most of all research focuses on children with ADHD in school. The purpose of this study was to gain a better understanding of how adult learners with ADHD experience academic studies related to cognitive difficulties, emotion, motivation, and their experience of SOC. The questions tried to determine how any cognitive difficulties and emotions are perceived, how students' motivation to study impacted and their experience of SOC based on studies in higher education. To answer the purpose and questions used qualitative interviews based on three students with ADHD using a hermeneutic method.

Betygsliknande omdömen och elevers motivation är en kvalitativ studie vars syfte är att skapa en inblick i hur elever i grundskolans tidigare år reagerar på att bedömas med betygsliknande omdömen. Främst har undersökningen åsyftat att se hur elevers motivation påverkas av detta bedömningssätt och om omdömets utformning spelar någon roll för elevernas motivation. Genom intervjuer ställs elevers resonemang mot tidigare forskning och ett kognitivt synsätt på bedömning och betyg. Resultatet pekar i stor utsträckning på vad som konstaterats i tidigare forskning. Undersökningen visar att elever uppfattar bedömning på olika sätt beroende på hur de bedöms.

Syftet med detta arbete var att undersöka vad elever reflekterar över vid problemlösning. För att finna svar på detta genomfördes observationer, där elever i årskurs 8, fick lösa ett matematiskt problem. Eleverna arbetade enligt Polyas problemlösningsmetod. Denna metod är indelad i fyra faser där den sista fasen är att se tillbaka och reflektera över det lösta problemet. Resultatet visar på en ovana bland eleverna att reflektera efter löst problem.

How to motivate yourself to learn has always been an area of interest, gamification has become a way of capturing and enhancing ones motivation. But how should the learning applications be designded to maximize the users motivation? This paper adresses wether Yu-Kai Chous framework Octalysis, is applicable on learning applications. The study is conducted by using a modified set of heuristics that are applied to the evaluated applications to gather data that is then used to evaluate the framework. The paper concludes that the framework can be used to evaluate learning applications but it should be modified to improve the results.

This report presents suggestions and recommendations on how to convert an old industrial building, built in 1958, to an office hotel. One of the main criteria was that the floor plan should be flexible. The building is situated at Jonsereds Fabriker and the study was conducted for Hantverkslokaler i Göteborg AB, the estate owner.The survey is initiated with study visits at various office hotels, together with studies of literature regarding office planning. One conclusion from the study visits is that meeting-places, where the different companies can meet and exchange ideas and services, are important. Another one, and probably the most important parameter when planning offices is that they should have windows.
