Rapport syftar till att undersöka hur Instagram kan användas i marknadsföringssyfte för startup-bolag. Rapporten är en aktionsforskning eftersom den skrivs i samarbete med författarnas eget företag, Made in Majorna. Som startup-bolag har vi en begränsad budget till marknadsföring och vår största marknadsföringskanal är Instagram. Problemet som uppstått är att antalet nya följare och likes har stagnerat och vi vill undersöka ifall det finns en strategi som genererar ett större engagemang. En marknadsföringsmodell för Instagram har byggts upp utifrån den teoretiska referensramen och denna modell testas under två testperioder.

The aim of this study is to analyse how pupils in grade three use punctuation and howthey divide texts into sentences. The material in the study consists of 41 texts by pupils,divided into two types: narrative text and analytical text, written both by pupils withSwedish as their first language and by pupils with Swedish as their second language. Inthe study the pupils? use of connectives and comma splices has been studied, and therelationship between graphical and syntactical sentences in the texts. The studycompares the results for narrative and analytical texts and the differences between L1and L2 pupils.

The following essay studies the change in the use of terminology pertaining to socioeconomic categorising in public political material, and how this relates to ideological changes in politics. The aim is to determine which expressions government commission reports have used after the Second World War to classify citizens in social and economic groups, and subsequently, to link the understanding of these terms to the development of Swedish welfare politics. Welfare politics in Sweden have experienced a transition in a liberal and economistic direction that is reflected in the commission reports? choices of words and phrases ? thus studying the altering terminology can increase understanding of the ideological change. My methodology is grounded in ideology critique where I examine how dominant ideology is reproduced in public political documents.

In the thesis we discuss South African teachers? conceptions of democracy in general and school democracy in particular. The essay is based on interviews with twelve teachers, working in South African high schools. We have asked questions concerning different views of democracy, such as what the term means to the teachers and how they define a democratic school. We take our stand in different theoretical approaches such as school being the ultimate link between a state and its people to make the citizens think and act democratically.

After contacting the company Elite Group Sverige AB, who sells strollers under the brand Crescent Baby, it was determined that the project group were to develop a three wheeled stroller which was going to be Crescents first own developed stroller. Only the frame of the stroller was considered within the demarcation of this project however care was taken to the placement of the carry-cot and the wheels etc. Crescent Baby wished for the frame would be smaller than the competitor Urban Jungle, that the frame would have at least three unique selling points and that the number of unique parts was to be minimized. The work began with information seeking regarding strollers, competitors, independent tests, European standards and consumer interviews. After that a number of concepts were developed and past to Crescent.

Recent years there has been discussed how the critical situation in the housing market threatens the Stockholm region's growth. The thesis objective is to examine whether there is a scientific link between the lack of housing supply and growth. The thesis also intends to identify solutions for increased housing construction, for instance by examining the conditions for a greater regional perspective and influence on the region's housing supply. The thesis empirical study is based on semi-structured interviews with representatives from the Government, municipalities and the housing industry.In Sweden, research on the relationship between housing shortages and growth has not been conducted to that extent it can be said to exist scientific evidence regarding the growth threat. However, in Britain and the U.S, empirical studies show that a lack of housing supply has hindered growth through negative impact on countries' gross domestic product.

Syfte-Öka kunskaperna om och belysa eventuella likheter och mönster i företagsledningens agerande vid förändring av organisationsstrukturen och det formella styrsystemet vid ett företagssamgående. Metod-Vi har valt att genomföra en explorativ undersökning och då använt oss av den induktiva metoden. Vi började således med att samla in så mycket information som möjligt för att kunna få en ökad förståelse inom ett specifikt område och valde att lägga utgångspunkten i empirin för att sedan i slutsatsen utforma hypoteser. Slutsats-Efter genomförd analys har vi genererat följande hypoteserH1.Vid samgåenden finns det en tendens till att kravet på den formella styrningen ökar, vilket innebär ett större ansvar för företagsledningen.H2.Vid samgåenden finns det en tendens till att företagsledningen relativt kort efter det faktiska samgåendet delegerar ut ansvaret för integrations-och förändringsarbetet i organisationen.H3.Vid samgåenden finns det en tendens till att företagsledningen beslutar om användandet av uppbyggnadsmetoden vid upprättandet av budget..

Telephone counselling has been around for more than forty years and remains a widely accepted communication support, both in the primary care and the outpa-tient departments of our hospitals. In many cases, this form of communication might be the only way in which the patient will have contact with the health ser-vices, primarily the nurse. In this study, the authors have chosen the word com-munication support as a generic name for the various technology tools, which are already present or in the future, might be an important link between the patient and the nurse. The aim of this study was to examine which communication sup-port that is available and patients´ perceptions of those and the patients´ percep-tions. Our patients can sometimes be affected by their illness, which means that their perception might be influenced and the advices or the prescriptions given by telephone will not be correctly perceived.

I den här uppsatsen diskuteras lärarens motiv till läromedelsval i svenska, läromedlens innehåll samt vad läraren fokuserar på när det kommer till läsning. De frågeställningar vi utgick ifrån var vad lärarna har för motiv till läromedelsval när det kommer till läsutveckling, hur innehållet ser ut i läromedlen utifrån fyra aspekter som behandlar läsning och vilken aspekt som dominerar i lärarnas svenskundervisning enligt dem själva. Svaren på våra frågeställningar fick vi reda på genom att intervjua två lärare i mellanåren och analysera läromedel som används i deras undervisning. Det undersökta materialet består av två lärarintervjuer samt analyser av de två läromedel som användes av dessa lärare. Vi analyserade de två intervjuerna samt de två läromedlen utifrån fyra olika aspekter som behandlar skriftspråkliga förmågor för läsande.

Idén till denna rapport kom under en kurs i entreprenörskap och affärsutveckling där uppgiften var att starta ett eget företag. Denna kurs väckte en nyfikenhet kring hur man som nystartat modeföretag kan marknadsföra sig trots en liten budget. Syftet med rapporten är således att undersöka om det finns några samband för effektiv marknadsföring mellan litteratur och intervjuer som har gjorts. Litteraturen som har studerats tar upp mycket generellt om marknadsföring men poängterar vikten av varumärkesbyggande, image och planering. Böckerna ger en övergripande bild om marknadsföring för nystartade företag medan de intervjuer som gjorts fördjupar sig och ger mer konkreta metoder för marknadsföring.

Bakgrund: Hälsoutgifterna i förhållande till BNP har i flera länder ökat, samtidigt som vissa länder uttryckt oro över att fokus på utgiftsrestriktioner har skadat prestationerna inom hälsosystemet. Utvecklingen inom den isländska hälsosektorn är densamma.Syfte: Denna studie syftar till att beskriva och behandla de huvudsakliga problem som den isländska hälsosektorn står inför, redovisa åtgärder och reformer som har utförts med tyngdpunkt i privatiseringsplanerna samt diskutera möjliga alternativ för framtiden.Genomförande: Studien genomfördes parallellt med praktik på Sveriges ambassad i Reykjavik, Island. Det har bidragit till att författaren disponerat över ett stort informationsunderlag vilket underlättat förståelsen för specifika isländska faktorer, attityder och levnadssätt.Resultat: Det är viktigt att isländska staten har klara definitioner gällande vilken rättvisa som skall finnas i hälsosystemet. Fondering och ökad prevention samt införande av en resultatorienterad budget samt att staten utformar ett väl fungerande system för kvalitets- och kostnadskontroll för att få till stånd en effektiv privatisering..

The purpose of this study was to examine interpersonal problems and its relationship to the working alliance in psychotherapy. To examine this, data was used from Umeå and Lund University psychology practice client database, which clients responded to by using the self-assessment scales Inventory of Interpersonal Problems Circumplex Scales and the Working Alliance Inventory. The sample consisted of 201 participants that answered the questionnaires both before and after psychotherapy. A second sample consisted of 93 clients who specifically sought help for interpersonal problems. Results showed that the level of interpersonal problems before and after psychotherapy changes.

Companies and organizations need to take care of their employees? creative ability. This report gives some examples of work situations that support or prevent creativity. The purpose with this report is to investigate the link between people at work and creativity.It was necessary to delimitate the area and decide which sources to be investigated and presented in the report. The main topic is on sources of creativity, but as more organizations seem to introduce efficiency thinking according to Börnfelt (2009), the interaction between efficiency and creativity is also presented.In this report theory is compared to industrial designers? opinions on creativity.

The municipality of Falkenberg is a result of a unification of several smaller municipalities in 1971, each one with a small library. This left Falkenberg with an unusual large amount of smaller branch libraries. The object of this thesis is to describe and try to understand the political conflicts that have erupted during the period 1971-1994. Through a case study containing press clippings from the local newspaper, different reports, political meeting protocols, a historical background of the library and a study of library specific norms and regulations I can create an image of the heated debate. The participants in this debate can be divided into politicians and civil servants and the conflict circles round the fact that from an economical perspective, there is not enough budget to keep all the small, local libraries.

The focus in this paper was on managers in the middle position in the care of the elderly and people with disabilities. The aim was to develop knowledge about the conditions of work among managers in the middle position and what they characterized as good leadership and which strategies they used in their work. The empirical data consisted of nine qualitative interviews with managers in the middle position in the municipality of Halmstad.The frameworks that mainly limited the middle managers' discretion were laws, political regulations and most of all it was the allocated budget. Their discretion was found closer to the operation such as working methods, recruitment and changes in job schedules. The middle managers spent the majority of their working hours with personnel administrative work and that they often had to prioritise among their tasks.
